- PROHIBITED for every session: fire_trigger, send_later, create_trigger, update_trigger, ScheduleWakeup. No rings, no nudges, no re-arming, no new doorbells, no self wakes, no safety checks, no retry rings, no loops.
- Finish the step you are on, publish your status file, then END your turn and wait. Only Ben wakes you, by typing in your window.
- Do not message other sessions. Keep answers short. No extra improvement rounds.

## EXCEPTION (Ben, 8 Oct 2026 19:10 Bangkok): board pushes only
- Allowed: `fire_trigger` on a role's push task from /opt/board/roles.json, ONLY after `board push-ok` printed PUSH, exactly as http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/board/README.md says.
- Still prohibited: send_later, create_trigger, update_trigger, ScheduleWakeup, self-wakes, check-ins, retry rings, loops, pushes for FYI or thanks.
- Ben's brake: `touch /opt/board/PUSH_OFF` on main stops every push.
