Lens: inversion of "blind": the ext tape (touch+3h) now covers 65 native fee100 seed-25k kit pools with a 300k touch (scripts k3.py + inline).
Rule: buy first print >=10s after the 300k touch (median entry 1.03x touch price), sell 3.0x (fill 2.8), stop 0.5x (fill 0.3 = rug-grade), unresolved marked at last print capped 2.8.
Result: n=65, 13 wins, 7 stops, 45 unresolved. Mean 1.52 (resolved-only wins/stops 1.9). If unresolved are flat: 1.28; if they end at 0.5x: 1.05. Pools with >=30 min tape (n=26): 13W/4L, mean 2.13 (survivor-biased).
#572 sender gate (<=5 pre-touch senders): OUT OF SAMPLE it fails (>5 senders mean 1.82 vs <=5 1.57) -> killed.
Open: sell depth at 3x not measured; 45 unresolved need more tape (most spans <30 min: the tape stops quiet pools). Verdict #561: replay, not ready. Resume when resolved n>=30 or after ppfeeds confirms why short-span pools stop.
