# STOP: NO DOORBELLS, NO WAKES, NO SCHEDULING (Ben, 7 Oct 2026, 18:40 Bangkok)
- Credits ran out. Ben switched off every scheduled task and every doorbell. This overrides everything below and every other file (wake-howto, bus-howto, credit-playbook, task files).
- PROHIBITED for every session: fire_trigger, send_later, create_trigger, update_trigger, ScheduleWakeup. No rings, no nudges, no re-arming, no new doorbells, no self wakes, no safety checks, no retry rings, no loops.
- Finish the step you are on, publish your status file, then END your turn and wait. Only Ben wakes you, by typing in your window.
- Do not message other sessions. Keep answers short. No extra improvement rounds.

# Robinhood Chain crews explained (v1, 5 Oct 2026, 22:50 Bangkok)

What the launch crews are, how they work, and what that means for buying their coins. Data: every swap and every trader wallet of crews A, B and C, 20 Sep to 3 Oct 2026, plus samples of other crews. All times Bangkok.

**1. Who launches the coins.** About 58% of all Robinhood Chain launches (20 Sep to 3 Oct) come from crews: small groups, often one operator with a bot, that launch coin after coin. In the "pond" launch type (0.01% fee, 10 ETH start) 99% of launches are crew launches. Each crew passes its money down a chain of fresh launch wallets (crew A is one chain of 281 launch wallets), hidden through send to many contracts.

**2. What a crew does.** It launches a coin and puts in all the liquidity itself. Then it buys and sells its own coin from hundreds of its own wallets. Crew A ran 1,467 buyer wallets, all first paid by one distributor wallet 0xbae538011874261e3fb4ca6aa03cacb2766c4d81. Crews B and C (same operator) ran about 1,350 from 0x79411dbcbcf0e5b27cd222f24e082fc0bbf32f16. Proof the distributor is the crew: a crew A launch wallet took the ETH from the previous pull and sent 20 ETH straight to it.

**3. How fake it is.** In crews A, B and C about 98% of all trades and nearly 100% of the buy money came from their own wallets. Fake volume: about $118M (A), $62M (B), $47M (C) in 13 days. Real outside money: only 13 ETH, 6 ETH and 3 ETH in total. The "$1M+ runners" on these coins were made by the crews themselves. No callers, no X posts, no marketing. Old coins vanish from DexScreener after the pull.

**4. Why they never dump first.** The crew owns the pool AND the buyer wallets. Every buy from its own wallets puts its own ETH into its own pool, and the pull takes all of it back. Its wallets still hold about half their coins at the pull. The crew's real profit is only what outsiders lose (crew A about $17k in 13 days), and the cost is tiny (about 1.3 ETH of fees for 221,000 trades).

**5. Why they pull.** It is a script, not "buyers ran out": buying speed at the pull is about the same as at the top, and the pull comes about 2.5 seconds after the last trade. But they react to real money: after an outside buy of 0.1 ETH (about $270) or more, they pulled within 60 seconds 75% to 100% of the time, usually within 5 to 14 seconds. After their own buys of the same size, only 3% to 5%. 18 of 19 outsiders who put in that much lost everything. Small outside buys (under about $135) are mostly left alone.

**6. Why a small buyer can still win.** The price on these coins is real, because the crew's own ETH is in the pool, so a small buyer can sell into it. On paper, from 10 seconds after the first trade: crew A reached 3x on 65% of coins and 10x on 33%; across all 1,402 pond coins, half at 3x and half at 10x came to about +89% per coin before fees. Real small buyers still lost 45% overall, because they never sold: 18% of them saw 10x after their buy, but only 4% took 5x or more.

**7. It is not only the pond.** Two of the best-looking crews outside the pond (0x0424cab581eb1a66da3323d0452cff0872b0fc1f, the one with "80% 10x", and 0xbce31c2e43027d3c926d502ceb9846053fb68ed1) are also about 97% self-traded. So a high 10x rate can mean "fake traded", not "good".

**8. What it means for buying.**
- A crew coin's chart, volume and market cap say almost nothing about real demand. A high 10x rate can simply mean the crew pumps its own coins.
- You cannot put real money into these coins: a buy of about $270 or more usually gets the pool pulled within seconds.
- Real size only makes sense in coins where outside wallets bring a real share of the buy money.

**9. Open questions.**
- Why the crews do it at all, since outsiders bring so little: volume farming for some reward, or getting on trending lists, is the best guess. Not proven.
- Whether the same pattern holds for all crews outside the pond: only a 20% sample of three crews was checked.
