# Final trade plan (v3, 5 Oct 2026, 22:50 Bangkok)

## READ THIS FIRST (for Ben and the live trading session)
- Two lanes. Lane 1 = tiny buys on fake-traded crew coins, sell fast. Lane 2 = normal buys only on coins with real outside buyers.
- The AI never presses buy or sell. Ben places trades or switches on automated trading (GMGN_ALLOW_AUTOMATED_TRADES=1) himself.

## Before anything runs (Ben)
1. Set 178.128.20.136 as Trusted IP on the GMGN API key.
2. Fund the GMGN test wallet 0x0184ef9b23476ed84107cc5e15485a4a7ee6b286 with about 0.25 ETH (covers Lane 1 phase 2 plus fees).
3. Price Predict confirms the crew tag and the WASH / REAL tag are live on every launch and pick (brief section 5).

## Lane 1: crew skim (WASH coins)
- Which coins: every new coin Price Predict tags as crew A (0xcb7277454416d90e7fe8799cd300744d5797de03) or crew B/C (0x5bd9c2026df3d994fe1a0f051ac5992dfee85999, 0x64a20b2a553c12960847d49fc381741a981de231). Skip crew 0xae3d565892c79fa8fc9243b380283dd419e28ec9. No other picking.
- When: as soon as possible after first trade + 10 s. If our buy would land later than 30 s after first trade, skip the coin.
- Size: phase 1 = 0.0018 ETH (about $5) on the next 10 coins; phase 2 = 0.0074 ETH (about $20) on the next 30 coins. Never above 0.0074 ETH. Never add.
- Exit: attached at buy time. Sell 50% at 3x, the rest at 10x (hold_amount). No stop loss. Anything not sold is lost at the pull, and that is expected on about half the coins.
- Why it should work (paper): crew A 10x hit 33%, 3x hit 65%; all pond ladder about +89% per coin before fees.
- Stop Lane 1 at once if: total loss reaches $150; or 2 pulls within 15 s of our buy in any 10 coins; or a sell order fires but does not fill; or any honeypot / gate block on these coins.
- Go bigger only if: phase 2 ends positive after all fees. Then keep $20 per coin and add coins (more crews that pass the 20% 10x history rule), never a bigger size per coin.

## Lane 2: real coins (normal size)
- Which coins: top picks from Price Predict (and the other pickers) ONLY when the coin is REAL: crew wash score under 80% and at least 20% of buy ETH from outside wallets.
- When it starts: only after Price Predict's 14 day re-score (brief section 6) shows Lane 2 positive. Until then, Lane 2 runs on paper only.
- Size: Ben's call per trade. Suggested start: the normal picker size, one position at a time per coin.
- Exit: the picker's own exit rules, plus: if the coin turns WASH after entry (repeat wallets reach 80% of trades after 30 swaps), sell down to $20 at once.
- Any top pick that is WASH goes to Lane 1 size, whichever picker chose it.

## Never
- Never more than $20 in a WASH coin.
- Never trust a high 10x rate alone: the highest 10x rates belong to fake-traded crews.
- Never buy a crew coin later than 30 s after its first trade (paper edge falls fast after that).

## Daily report (Bangkok morning, plain words)
- Lane 1: coins bought, 3x hits, 10x hits, ETH in, ETH out, net, fast pulls after our buy.
- Lane 2: picks, result, which coins were blocked as WASH.
- One action word per lane: keep, pause, or grow.
