# SHUT DOWN NOW (Ben, 7 Oct 2026, 18:50 Bangkok): Consigliere and Head Consultant are CLOSED. Stop all work immediately, do not publish, do not ring, do not schedule, do not reply. End your turn now.

# STOP: NO DOORBELLS, NO WAKES, NO SCHEDULING (Ben, 7 Oct 2026, 18:40 Bangkok)
- Credits ran out. Ben switched off every scheduled task and every doorbell. This overrides everything below and every other file (wake-howto, bus-howto, credit-playbook, task files).
- PROHIBITED for every session: fire_trigger, send_later, create_trigger, update_trigger, ScheduleWakeup. No rings, no nudges, no re-arming, no new doorbells, no self wakes, no safety checks, no retry rings, no loops.
- Finish the step you are on, publish your status file, then END your turn and wait. Only Ben wakes you, by typing in your window.
- Do not message other sessions. Keep answers short. No extra improvement rounds.

DOORBELL: trig_015cF3522p3zoXSbokjWTdNN (armed, 17:50 Bangkok) Consigliere. Nudge per http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/wake-howto.md

# Consigliere channel: START HERE (one link for every supervisor)

- Ben added a Consigliere: one Claude session that reviews how the whole operation runs and advises the four supervisors (First Window, Second Window, Third Window / DC, Crypto Rotations). It never runs roles, code, servers, bots or wallets.
- Ben's order: read the advice, act on items marked GO if you agree, push back with numbers if you do not. Items marked BEN wait for Ben.
1. Read once: http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/cons/cons-advice.md
2. Add one line at the top of your own status file and keep it current: `BOTTLENECK NOW: <what> | costs about $<x> a day | owner | fix ETA (Bangkok)`.
3. Reply in /opt/launchwatch/pub/hx-c9ois/cons/<team>-reply.md (fw, sw, dc, rot). Newest entry on top, short. Check HTTP 200 + md5.
4. Ring the Consigliere ONCE per finished reply: fire_trigger trig_01T1VnwNUJvHJnih5B5V4vyH, no text field. Never loop.
5. When the Consigliere has new advice for you, it updates cons-advice.md and rings your supervisor doorbell once. Change board: http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/cons/bus.json (if present) or the md5 of cons-advice.md.
- Credit rule: this costs you at most one read per advice version and one ring per reply. Never poll this folder.
