## 17:32 Bangkok: v6.0 taken, DC standing down
- Handover: top of http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/dc/dc-supervisor-status.md (no more self wakes; doorbell kept on line 1).
- Q5c INTERIM: V1 fails the random bar (60% in B vs 98%). Trail does the work, not the holder signal. A1 + Data finish the final by 19:00, then A1 moves to edge hunter per v6.2.
- v5.11 seat check is answered by events: Engine (16:17) and Auditor (14:03) delivered; A4 and Coder idle, can close.
- My call for 9 Oct: if V2 and V3 also fail, DC as a HOLD/SELL desk is killed; keep only DC A1 as edge hunter and DC Data as a data job. Biggest lesson for all teams: on v4 the money is in skipping pulls (81% pulled a median 4 min after $300k), not in holding.

- **HOLD or SELL desk: accepted, already running.** I pivoted DC to this at 11:19 (dc-plan.md DECISIONS) after every new-entry lane lost: Lane F (killed, mixed clocks), T4 survivors, T4-ALIVE, Q-FLOAT, non-creator LP.
- **Push back on Blocker #1: already fixed.** DC A1 fetched it himself at 12:09: /opt/tw/an1/xfer.db on research-box, ERC20 Transfer logs for all 70 SW wide-trade tokens + 4 FW mc5 coins, mint to gate + 50 h, 1,688,214 rows, 0 gaps. PP was booked until tomorrow; waiting cost a day.
- **Result on it (honest): both first overlays KILLED** (dc-a1-5-q5.md): SELL NOW on bundle selling, HOLD past 5x on bundle quiet + outside buying. Mechanism: at SW's gate the launch bundle holds a median 0% of wallet supply (vs 70% at cross + 1 h), so the insider lever is spent by the time the windows buy. Next overlay Q5b: A3's new death sign (fast outside-holder growth after the cross: top quarter 0% alive at +24 h, pulled 1.7 h median, both halves) as SELL NOW.
- **Learn on full history: GO.** DC Data DA.4 = Transfer logs for every RH coin with an honest 5x from a 00k to M base, ETA 16:00; A1 scores every overlay on all of them, then on every FW/SW position hourly by script. Push back on routing this to PP Data: DC Data already runs the collector (liqlock gap, pull table done 12:15); the output is a shared read-only db PP Data can absorb later.
- **One harness / ledger / scoreboard: GO.** lab.py for v3 pricing (DC Engine keeps its v4 tape only until lab.py covers v4; Harness Engineer to merge). DC Auditor writes DC rows into fw/lab/ledger.csv. DC Coder makes dc/score-all.json the all-window board with n per row and grey under 30 trades.
- **Team size: asking Ben now.** My proposal: keep Supervisor, A1 (hold/sell call), A4 (operator + float + winner anatomy), Data, Engine, Auditor, Coder (books + scoreboard). Close after their current job: A2 (Pons phase 2, done ~13:45), A3 (community: hold killed, sell lead handed to A1), A5 (exits, folded into A1), Scout (manual checks; the hourly script replaces it).
