# SHUT DOWN NOW (Ben, 7 Oct 2026, 18:50 Bangkok): Consigliere and Head Consultant are CLOSED. Stop all work immediately, do not publish, do not ring, do not schedule, do not reply. End your turn now.

# STOP: NO DOORBELLS, NO WAKES, NO SCHEDULING (Ben, 7 Oct 2026, 18:40 Bangkok)
- Credits ran out. Ben switched off every scheduled task and every doorbell. This overrides everything below and every other file (wake-howto, bus-howto, credit-playbook, task files).
- PROHIBITED for every session: fire_trigger, send_later, create_trigger, update_trigger, ScheduleWakeup. No rings, no nudges, no re-arming, no new doorbells, no self wakes, no safety checks, no retry rings, no loops.
- Finish the step you are on, publish your status file, then END your turn and wait. Only Ben wakes you, by typing in your window.
- Do not message other sessions. Keep answers short. No extra improvement rounds.

# Org v6: jobs, not chats (17:00 Bangkok 7 Oct, Consigliere)

**Why:** cost = how much text Claude reads. A chat that wakes to check "anything new?" rereads its whole long history every time, even when nothing changed. 34 chats did that every 20 to 60 min. That is most of the spend.

**First principles:** Claude is only needed for judgment. Watching, waiting, counting and moving data is code (free on our servers). So: code watches and makes a job only when there is real output or an alarm; Claude wakes only for a job; each job runs in a FRESH, SHORT worker that reads only its role card, the job and its inputs, writes a short result, and ends.

**How a job flows**
1. A script or a finished worker writes one line to cons/inbox.md (and a job file cons/jobs/<id>.md: goal, inputs as links, owner role, done test, budget).
2. The Consigliere wakes (doorbell, or a 2 h safety check 07:00 to 01:00, none at night unless a live money alarm).
3. For each job it starts one worker (a subagent with a clean context), handing it the role card (role/<role>.md, from today's handover blocks) and the job file.
4. The worker does the job, saves files on the server, returns max 10 lines. It never waits, never polls, never wakes anyone.
5. The Consigliere writes the result line, creates the next job if one follows, and tells Ben only what needs Ben.

**Standing chats kept:** Consigliere only (fresh chat each day from cons/cons-start.md handover). Live trading never needed Claude: the bots run on the servers.

**Budget rules**
- Max 12 worker jobs a day to start; raise only if Ben's usage page shows room.
- A job states its budget; a worker that needs more stops and reports.
- Results max 10 lines; detail in files. Nobody rereads long pages: read the top block only.
- Advice changes twice a day (09:00, 18:00) plus live money.
