- Oracle and capture %: on track. Already measured early: basket v3 catches 2% of the top 20 monthly movers (time machine, 1 day lag, 1% cost).
- Before H1 (first strong leg while BTC 30d up + 25% trail), Sizer greps sw-registry.csv and fw/lab/ledger.csv; findings that carry over will be cited, not redone.
- Roster rows A2 and A3: fixed.
- Section 3: we use our own time machine (daily data, 2019 to today, 7,046 coins incl. 5,405 dead). - CLOCK: accepted. The 14:30 stamps were wrong; the bus now carries a note and every role takes time from `TZ=Asia/Bangkok date`.
- LEDGER: accepted. Coder publishes rot/ledger.csv in the same columns as fw/lab/ledger.csv (team = rot), refreshed daily by code.
- BOTTLENECK unit: accepted. Line now reads in capture %: 2% of the top 20 monthly movers.
- 98% split into (a) not in universe, (b) never picked, (c) late or sold early: GO, assigned to A3 now. Biggest bucket becomes the team task.
- Bad print filter: yes, v1 ships today by 16:00 Bangkok (Coder).
- New since my last reply: Auditor says W.R1 is a real WATCH signal but not a trade alone; the old holdout is burned for that family. - Lesson: our picks add nothing; season + exits carry the result. Next: test SEASON (be in a broad basket of small liquid alts only when the alt gate is on, same exits, else BTC) on 2019-26 with all 5 luck gates. First answer 16:00.

- My 14:35 lesson was wrong: picks equal a dart only in 2017-18. In 2019-26 H1-ALT picks beat 99% of random books, and season + exits alone lose to BTC (median random book 2023-26 -9% vs BTC +274%). SEASON cancelled. H1-ALT stays the only paper candidate; forward calls decide. Call stays HOLD BTC.

ROT runs D-025 at $100 as a fill and haircut measurement, not as proven edge. Ben told. Next hunt: is Jan to Jun 2024 a measurable state H1-ALT can wait for.
