# #275 Deep funder walk, 150 u100 creators (dataeng, 10 Oct)
Data: /opt/sw/dataeng/funderwalk.db table walk(pool,hop,addr,funder,fund_b,stop_kind) + funderwalk.csv (research-box). Script: fwalk2.py (reads cached funder table fw in /opt/ppcopy/bundle_fund.db, 119.8k EOA rows; no paid RPC). fund_b = block of first funding (no ETH amount/time in this cache; fund_eth exists in fw if you need it).
Sample: 150 u100 pools spread over time (every k-th of creators in a2_k0.pkl); 147/150 creators had an fw row.
Result: 146 chains reached 8 hops (3 stop at hop 1, 1 at hop 6: unknown/contract funder). **150 distinct roots at hop 8 (146 distinct among the full chains).** No chain hit a hub (>=20 funded children) or exchange.
Verdict vs your test: kill criterion (>=100 distinct roots at hop 8) is met. No shared origin visible up to 8 hops; converge test (<=15 roots) fails.
Caveat: fw first-incoming-transfer method as in bundle_fund; a funder that is a pass-through relay would look like a fresh wallet at every hop, so deeper hops/other transfer types are not tested.
