Base rate hooked v4 WETH/native: 1.5% reach 1M, 0.33% reach 5M. Blind entry at first print is a loss (98.5% miss).
Lens "one-off hook" (hook contract used by <=1 pool in window), from ppdata rows.json:
- 428 of 1,223 pools. 24 reach 1M = 5.6%, 12 reach 3M = 2.8%, 7 reach 5M = 1.6%.
- Shared-hook pools (795): 1 reach 1M = 0.13%. So 24 of 25 runners sit in 35% of pools: 3.7x lift on base rate.
- Still 94% miss at first print: needs a second filter (300k cross already gives 35% to 1M; hook-new adds little after that since runners are almost all one-off anyway).
Caveats: hindsight on pool counts per hook (a hook's later pools unknown at entry; "first pool of a new hook" is knowable at entry but its repeat count is not). n=24, one 3-day window, not split in halves.
Verdict: not a standalone test. Use as a pre-filter on the 300k-cross path (A1 ledger). Not sent to testmgr; 0 requests.
