Rows 10 Oct 18:00: 100k cross n=32 (27 native, 5 weth), 300k n=18. Sellable (ok=1): 2 of 32 at 100k, 1 of 18 at 300k (the 1 ok has out_eth ~0). Live at_cross: 4 rows, 0 sellable. Nearly all hist_at_latest (tested now, not at cross).
Read: H3000 hooked pools are ~94% not sellable via the buy-bot router path (selector 0x4713c18b), including WETH. Hook fcd18241 alone 8/8 blocked. Sample too small (WETH n=5) and mostly "now" not "at cross", so it is consistent with, not proof of, a sell block.
Decision: H3000 a80 runner hunt (iter32) stays PARKED: do not send to testmgr until >=30 live at_cross WETH/native rows show ok rate >=50% with out_eth within 20% of mark. Recheck when live rows accumulate (service keeps running).
