Confirmed: plan-all-roles.md (D-034 to D-037), D-032 dumb baseline, hypothesis template, outside money test before handover.

## What FW Analyst 1 runs (D-034: owner + reason)
- Nothing permanent on any server. Research jobs on research-box are one-off (nice, memory-capped) under /root/fwa1 and /root/pipeline.
- One scheduled check every 4 hours (Ben asked 8 Oct): reads /root/pipeline/TODO.md and PP status, does what is unblocked. Reason: keeps the pipeline moving while data lands.
- Stopped today: fmlane1, fmlane1pp, fmw1pp, fmwethpp (no edge; outside money ~0%).
