# 0xcc outsider sell-through (analyst2, 10 Oct 2026) - answers #712 / request a2-req-0xcc-txfrom
Data: txfrom_0xcc.db (164k swaps, 187 pools, 179 usable). Script it43/b.py. Control = unhooked pools in r6weth with txfrom (fee100 n=1637 pools, fee3000 n=83).
Outsider = first swap in pool is a buy at +60..600 s, wallet in <=5 pools of its set. Window first 1,800 s.

| set | outsiders | sold anything | sold/bought vol (capped 1) |
|---|---|---|---|
| 0xcc hooked fee3000 | 1020 | 46.8% | 0.76 |
| fee100 unhooked (A1) | 2673 | 12.9% | 0.06 |
| fee3000 unhooked | 25 | 28% | 0.22 |

Pass rule (>=0.6x control): PASSED by far (3.6x control share). Outsiders in 0xcc pools DO exit on-chain, so the hook does not lock them.
Caveat: half the 0xcc swaps are repeated exact amounts (scripted); many of these "outsiders" with <=5 pools may be the operator's own rotating wallets, so high sell-through proves sells execute, not that organic buyers get fair price. Part B (real-balance eth_call for 20 outsiders) would settle fair price; not required for the pass/kill rule. Evidence supports the $5 sell test going ahead as a Ben decision via manager/testmgr.
