  fee == 3000, quote native, int(hooks,16) & 0x3FFF == 0xcc  (known at pool init)
Entry: first swap +5 s (lag <= 2.5 s), >= 3 swaps before entry, 0.04 ETH. Exit: sell at first swap +600 s (also arm +630 s). Pull = 0.
Run as NEW arm E (flag + n_pre>=3, +600 s) and arm F (flag only, +600 s) next to the existing arms; log the flag bits per trade.
Evidence (fw/a2-iter27.md): hist n=155 sell +600 s 8.04x (halves 8.6/7.5), zero 1%, p10 2.9, at 8% slippage 7.28; flag only n=178 7.58x zero 7%; old unique rule 6.44x zero 15%. Forward (h3n): 0xcc 9 trades 7.99x vs non-0xcc unique pool 1.31x.
