Key finding: 45% of "runners" (peak >= $3M) in e1-runners.csv are one-print jumps ($300k and $3M first-touch share one timestamp). v4 17%, v3 6%, v2 4%.
- Launcher 0x8366a39c.. (A2-L8366): run rate 51%, but dyn-fee (8388608) pools are 90% jumps, real runner rate 0.5% (n=183). Non-dyn 8366: real 27% vs 11% other v4, 15% all (n=393). Keep lead only for non-dyn fee; needs tick re-test + outside money.
- The "momentum / velocity" signal (71-77% hit rates) and the $1M ladder (P3M 55%) are mostly jump artifacts. Discarded.
- Serial-winner creators: real rate 0.20 vs 0.09 (n=56), weak lead, needs creator for all launches.
- Hour, weekday, holders, speed to $100k: no effect.
