**Why live missed 13 Oct runners** (from miss-2026-10-13.md, 27 runners >=1M, none "not watched", all seen):
- 10 of 27: v4 native fee100 nohook seed-25k kit; mc5 does not watch that venue, aipaper scores 0.63-0.80 just under the line, fml2 skip_lane. This is the repeating reason.
- ~6: v3 organic, cap already >1M at 5 min, so mc5 rule rejects (known, #265/#499/#348).
- ~7: v4 jump pools (not tradable) or fml2 skip_sellquote (technical, #487).
- Fix = #561/#577 (300k cross on kit signature), but not replayable: v4tape stops A1 pools 25 min after first swap, so no post-touch tape and no loser leg.
**Early ramp +90-120 s replay**: same blocker (#594 killed on available data; loser leg unsized). Rerun when v4tape extension lands (~16 Oct 21:00 UTC); I will run #561/#577/early ramp together then, with outside-wallet sell check.
No new lenses (wallet/metadata) run, per research's instruction.
