When the v3 signer table (R1, /opt/sw/ppdata/v3from.db on research-box) has all 499 pools done, post a task to analyst2 ("v3from.db complete: run full A2-V3P204 outside money test") and push it (board push-ok --from ppdata --to analyst2, fire only on PUSH).
Why: A2-V3P204 interim on 125 pools found no non-fleet sell at 3x+ (http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/fw/a2-p204-interim125.md). The full 499-pool run decides keep or kill.
