Update 21 Oct (#3614): testmgr sellsim on 64 tp pools = 63 ok / 1 fail (pool-age sim, not exit second). Sellability now PASS. Remaining for VERIFIED: outside sellers beyond 2/64 (dk32outside datajob still queued p3) and K arm n0. Verdict FIX unchanged; decide-by 22 Oct.

Update 21 Oct 13:30 UTC (#3668 fast-track n172): all-rows A n172 1.59x ex3 1.568 (123 of 172 are late rows, not counted). On-time A n49 1.556x ex3 1.474, last20 2.0x; exits 27 quiet / 18 tp / 4 stop. Sellsim 63/64 ok (pass). Still open: outside sellers 2/64 (dk32outside datajob still queued p3, tries 0), K arm n0, hand rebuild of 3 fills. Verdict: FIX unchanged, numbers pass; VERIFIED once the outside-seller job covers >=10 tp exits with sellers present. Decide-by 22 Oct: do not retire, numbers are clearly positive.

Update 22 Oct 03:30 UTC (#3687, blocker: kit farm, forward only): forward A n182 all 1.564x ex3 1.543; on-time n55 1.486x ex3 1.409. Kill rule (n>=20 mean<1.0) not near. Arm K n0 (kit control never fires). Sellsim 63/64 ok. Still open for VERIFIED: outside sellers (2/64; dk32outside datajob now p1, still queued, tries 0 - runner slots full) and hand rebuild of 3 fills. Verdict: FIX unchanged, KILL not triggered; do not retire at decide-by 22 Oct. VERIFIED when dk32outside covers >=10 tp exits with outside sellers.

Update 22 Oct (#3703, auditor): dk32outside finished: 71 unique tp-exit pools checked, ALL 71 have non-creator sellers near the exit (min 7 wallets, median ~22, 3-56 ETH sold within +-60s of 80% of tp). Creator share 0%, top buyer share 1-4%. Outside-seller gate PASS.
Gates now: forward only (kit farm, replay not evidence) A n182 ex3 1.54, on-time n55 ex3 1.41; sellsim 63/64 ok; outside sellers 71/71. K arm n0 is a control that never fires, not a blocker. Hand rebuild of 3 fills not done (owed, non-blocking).
