Verdict: **FIX / NOT VERIFIED**. Hunt: entry 200k at age 5-15 min, hooked WETH ramps, target 1M-3M.

1. Sellability: FAIL/open. sellsim.jsonl (/opt/sw/sellsim) has 21 of the 23 on-time hlate tokens, all mode=live at age ~62 s: **21/21 sell_ok=False** (revert '0x' or selector 0x4713c18b). Not conclusive for the entry age (5-15 min; no sim at touch time exists), but nothing proves a sell works. Needed: eth_call sell sim per hlate pool AT the entry/exit time (ppfeeds/dataeng sell-proof table, fw/a1-iter31.md item 22).
2. Outside sellers near exit: PASS on 3 of 3 checked (outside.py, B tp rows 0xc0b07eee, 0xee0c46c9, 0xd1f60c65): 645-945 distinct buy wallets, creator share 0%, top wallet 1%; 28-32 non-creator sellers within 60 s of the tp price, 10-17 ETH sold. Not the 21-wallet script of v2ramp. Only 3 of 23 checked (~7 min each); rest not run.
3. Look-ahead: not verified. 18 of 23 on-time B rows are src=replay (tape); every tp row shows the same 4.676x (fixed multiple, no fill noise).
