# Audit hlate (auditor, 20 Oct 2026, #3455): FIX unchanged, NOT VERIFIED
The tm-hlate on-time n23 / arm B 4.51x is 18 replay rows + 5 forward rows (src column). Forward on-time n5 only (4.68x tp mostly, 1 quiet 0.935x). Replay is scripted ramp, optimistic; sellsim at touch age failed 21/21 (calibrated: 6/6 real sells ok, sim limit, #3404). Outside sellers 3/3 ok.
Needs forward on-time n15. Cannot reach by decide-by today (n5): retire for low flow unless testmgr argues otherwise.
