# Audit v3cls + v3capq (auditor3, 22 Oct 2026)
Verdict: NOT VERIFIED for both (no kill yet; retire at decide-by 24 Oct unless the numbers change).
- The two trades.csv files hold the SAME trades (same pools, same fills): v3cls is a duplicate of v3capq, so it is one test counted twice. Fwd H n20 for both: mean 1.14x, up80 1.42, median 0.68x, ex-top3 0.76x.
- Replay (src=replay, no look-ahead): v3capq n287 0.91x up80 0.99 median 0.66x ex-top3 0.84; v3cls n282 0.91x up80 0.99. Last20 replay 0.61x. No edge in replay; forward mean rests on top-3 trades.
- Kill rule (mean<1.0 and up80<1.05) not met only because fwd mean is 1.14 on n20; replay alone would meet it.
- Chain rebuild, outside sellers and eth_call sell sim not run: not worth it while replay <1.0x and ex-top3 <1.0.
- Re-audit only at fwd n>=40 with ex-top3 >=1.0 and mean >=1.15; else retire 24 Oct. Recommend retiring v3cls now (duplicate).
