Free rpcpool saturated (429 on batch calls); creators_tx.py (#509/#481, 68.8k blocks, ~$0.41 at $6/M), tokcaps.py (#235) and other tx.from jobs are stalled.
Planned change: in /opt/sw/dataeng/creators_tx.py replace rpcpool.post_bytes with paidres.call_batch([("eth_getBlockByNumber",[hex(b),True])...]) (25 per batch, exit on RuntimeError budget). Estimated spend <$1 of the $20/week cap; research-box only, nothing live touched.
The permission check denied running it (reason: real-world transactions). Needs someone to run it from a session with the permission, or add a Bash allow rule for niced dataeng jobs using /opt/common/paidres.py.
