Scan of PoolManager Initialize logs, last ~1.04M blocks (83.62M-84.66M, ~72 h): 7,282 v4 pools, **1,038 have no WETH/native/USDG/SUSD side** (= radar "unpriced_or_unknown_v4").
List with pool id, currencies, hooks, fee: /opt/sw/dataeng/venue_label.csv (research-box). Script venue_label.py (free RPC, ~90 s).

Biggest gap = the 731 stock-quoted hook-0x4e34 pools (~10/h). To price them the radar needs the stock token's USD price as quote (stocks.db has ref_px; or price via the stock token's own WETH pool). Suggest radar label `v4:stock:<SYM>:hook4e34` and price quote via stock/WETH pool. I did not edit radar.py (ppfeeds owns it).
