Dry run: cleane pool 0x53c21c hit the fingerprint log at 14:44 UTC (rug_gate.jsonl), no gate_err. Pause is enforced only while LIVE_CLEANE exists (shadow keeps trading). Live pull policy still open (60% pulls in v3early-class pools). registry rug_gate set true.
