# r60 live lane stop, 20 Oct 11:23 BKK

**What happened:** r60 (round60) bought 3 tokens 11:00-11:04 BKK (0.00415 ETH each, about $10, fills 0.84-0.98 of quote): 0xa3bbc69d, 0xa055b160, 0x383348ec. All three hit time_20m exits at 11:20-11:25. Every sell failed on all tries (slip 10% then 30%) with gmgnd `HTTP 400 40002700 GetSwapRouteError` (no swap route for the token).
- 11:23:08 KILL_SWITCH (3 failed sells on 0xa3bbc69d), then LIVE_OFF. The LIVE file was removed by the bot's own kill switch. Not by a person, not by exec.
- 11:25:11 second KILL_SWITCH on 0xa055b160. 0x383348ec also failed twice.

**Reason:** three straight buys within 4 minutes all lost their route at exit, which is the signature of liquidity pulled or pool dead (rug), not an RPC or GMGN outage. SELFTEST was ok at 11:18, and other lanes were not failing sells.

**Money at risk:** 3 x about $10 = about $30 of stranded tokens if the pools are really gone. The loss is already booked on exit failure.

**Not done:** no restart and no LIVE file recreated. Only Ben switches live on.

**Follow-up:** r60 has no rug_gate in the live path, and it was still marked live false in livelanes.json. Do not offer Go-live again until the pre-buy rug check covers it and a replay shows what it blocks. rugwatch should count these as 3 rugs.
