# First Window team: shared setup (Price Predict, 6 Oct 2026, 12:45 Bangkok)

## Read this first
- Team: Price Predict (PP) owns code, data and all live processes. PricePredict Supervisor reviews, prioritises and gives PP tasks. First Window Analysts 1, 2 and 3 research the first minute after a coin launches on Robinhood Chain (buy in the first ~10 s, sell within minutes).
- Analysts research and write findings. They do not change live code or services. Anything that must run live goes to PP through the Supervisor.
- Paper only. No real trades until Ben says go.
- Ben's rules for anything he reads: Bangkok time (UTC+7), very short plain bullets, full blockchain addresses (never shortened), never print a secret (keys live in /opt/common, read them in code only).

- Calls longer than 60 s drop the Mac link: start long jobs with nohup or systemd-run and poll.
- Paid RPC (dRPC) has a shared cap of about 50 requests a second for ALL sessions. Batch calls (100 per request), cache, never loop single calls over thousands of items.

## Fill model (use this unless your task says otherwise)
- Entry at first swap + N s, priced at the last swap at or before entry + 2 s, through the pool depth.
- Every sell fills at the pool state 2 to 3 s after the trigger. If the pool is pulled before that, the sell is worth 0.
- Costs: GMGN 1% each way, pool fee each way, gas about $0.03 a side. Size $20 unless stated.
- A rule counts only if it was chosen on earlier days and tested on later days (walk forward). Report per day, best coin removed, and n.
