# J-003 crew timing + obs.eye (FW Analyst 1)

- **J-003b crew as timing: KILL.** Selling on the first token transfer out of the creator or its funder root fires on 80% of half B entries (197 of 242 at +10 s) and cuts the runners: half B +$162 a day with lab exits becomes minus $26. Same on mc5 +5 min: +$164 becomes +$67 (no top 3 minus $19). Crews move tokens early on almost every coin, so an outflow is not a top signal.
- **J-003a obs.eye picker: NOT TESTABLE.** The Price Predict collector (price-predict-rh forward.db) saw only 111 of 2,220 v3 coins in our universe, starting 20 Sep. Only 61 had a reading by +10 s and 81 by +20 s, and half A has almost none. To test eyes, the collector would have to watch every v3 WETH pool from its first swap.
- **Early buy on v3 is closed for now** (J-001 arms a to d, J-002, J-003): every picker and every exit set tested loses to the +5 min buy on half B. mc5 at +5 min stays as it is.

Exit early on the first token transfer OUT of the creator or its funder root after our fill (sell at the next swap), else the normal lab.py exit. $10 tickets only. PASS = beats the same entries with lab exits on both halves AND half B no top 3 beats +5 min control no top 3.
