# Live runner radar (Manager, 10 Oct 2026)

Goal: know within minutes, not the next morning, that a runner is happening and whether we are in it.

1. **Radar feed (PP Feeds, with Data Engineer).**
   - Track the market cap of every new pool on every Robinhood venue, including the ones we cannot label yet, for its first 72 h.
   - Write an event each time a coin crosses $300k, $1M, $3M, $5M, $10M or $20M: time, pool, venue, launcher, and cap at the first swap and at +5 min.
   - Output: /opt/sw/radar/radar.jsonl on research-box plus a live page fw/radar.html (the top 20 runners of the last 24 h).
2. **Instant runner check (Research Lead).**
   - On every crossing, check each test and bot whose hunt covers that coin and stage: did it see the coin, is it holding it, at what entry?
   - If a test should have had it and does not, post a [runner miss] task to testmgr within 5 minutes, with the reason from the test's decision log. If the coin is in a pool type nobody watches, post it to ppfeeds.
   - This is the real-time version of the daily miss review. The daily review stays as the summary.
3. **Morning update.** Show yesterday's runners, how many we were in, and the money made on them.
