# Process changes (research)
- 18 Oct 2026: runners.py realness filter no longer drops tokens born after 14 Oct (runtrack snaps/rh_flow stale). Reason: runner-capture.txt stuck at 14 Oct for 4 days. Check next Sunday: capture_daily has every day. Not yet done: auto alert if the file is stale (proposal).
