live_wlink/live_wlink1 cards are stale since 16 Oct 03:02: /opt/review/livecards.py (main, cron */2) only writes lanes listed live in fw/livelanes.json (now only r60); wlink lanes were stopped 12 Oct after 3 rugs, so cards stay status "running" and dashqa flags them.
Fix: at end of livecards.py (before print("ok")) add: for each fw/livecards/live_*.json whose id[5:] not in LANES and status=="running", set status="stopped" (prefix report_md "STOPPED, lane off since 12 Oct rug pauses") and write atomically. Safe: only touches dashboard card JSON. Backup first (.bak_ops_<time>). Dashqa skips non-running cards.
