Claim: memes quoted in tokenized stocks (Long.xyz, Pons V2 custom quotes, CME "everything pairs" with 94 non-standard assets). One episode: meme paired with a counterfeit stock token moved a real Nasdaq stock 350%. Genuine stock tokens show thousands of mint/burn events.
Relevance: matches our known phantom-cap artifacts (ledger #183 #191 #314). New: quote-token authenticity check (mint/burn count, issuer) as a pre-buy gate, plus new CME venue/quote assets may widen phantom caps.
Test: for every pool whose quote is not WETH/USDG, flag quote token by mint/burn event count and deployer; replay how many past "runners" had a fake quote.
Data: quote token transfer logs (Transfer from/to 0x0 counts), CME factory address (unknown, not in our feeds).

Signals: dev transfers to FRESH wallets (not sells) = strongest rug signal; heavy bundles still held = rug predictor; deployer funded via fresh-wallet chain ending at a bridge; volume multiples of mcap with few dozen wallets = wash; shared funder across early buyers = wallet farm; v4 PoolManager shows as fake top holder. Has API/MCP covering Robinhood chain, free daily scans (could cross-check our rug gate, no ground truth).
Test: analyst3 rug-gate features: deployer-transfer-to-fresh-wallet, funder chain depth, volume/mcap vs unique wallets.
