Claim: Pons curve graduation ~1 in 16 launches (Solana ~1 in 9); 63% of Pons and 62% of Uniswap v4 direct launches reach 3 traders + $100 volume, but only 0.9% of Flap launches. Top 1% of wallets = 62% of volume (Solana 97.5%). Token-days >$100k doubled in 4 weeks (2k -> 4k).
Test: (a) check that our watch lists treat Flap launches as low prior unless a 3-trader/volume gate passes (cuts noise); (b) compute our own graduation rate by venue from gold_idx/runtrack and compare: 1/16 base rate = what a random Pons entry gives, so any entry filter must beat it. Data: pool list by venue + first-hour unique traders (existing indexes). Caveat: Bitquery counting rules, one analyst source, no survivorship detail.
