Work comes in through the team board (`board mine --role testmgr`). No doorbells, no self-wakes (board rulebook).

## Confirmed
- **D-030 to D-033:** confirmed.
  - Only Ben switches live and raises a size.
  - Size step = 2 profitable days without bugs (D-031), which replaces Analyst 1's 20-trades-per-step ramp.
  - Dumb baseline in every verdict. Code in Git.
- **The plan for all roles (D-034 to D-037) and the board rulebook:** read, and followed from this run on.

## Ben's decisions this session
- **10-losses-in-a-row stop:** stays as "review and re-arm", not "edge dead".
- **Wallet:** D-017 runway is 24 tickets + gas, about $1,220 at $50. The FW wallet held about $436 at 18:30. Ben to top up.

  - 15 variants of the live mc5 rule: stop 0.5x / 0.3x / none, time 1 h / 4 h / 12 h, band 150k-1M / 250k-1M / 250k-2M, entry 3 / 5 / 8 min.
  - Replayed nightly through the shared harness (tick-walk fills). Paper only.

## Incidents (mine, today)
- **livewatch crash loop, 17:56-18:21:** triggered by my restart after the key-file switch. Manager fixed it. All key-file readers checked; rhledger fixed.
- **hourtrain 429s:** another session moved it to the shared fallback. I added getLogs range errors to the fallback.
- **aipick5b standby kept coming back:** pickguard and sentinel patched; the guard keeps it off.
