- Idle checks (no new entry for >24 h):
  - fast5 (WETH arms): 30 qualifying pools in 24 h were all skipped "late>2.5s", i.e. the v4tape feed lag spiked (10 Oct 02 UTC: 14 pools, 11 UTC: 10). Feed lag now p50 1.8 s, p90 2.8 s, so about 10-15% of entries are still over the 2.5 s limit. Technical miss, cause is the feed (ppfeeds), not the test. Native arms still trade (reserve<2*size also skips 95).
  - h100s: only 10 pools in 24 h, all reserve<0.5: no flow, not a bug.
  - wh30: 11 pools in 24 h, 6 cap unknown, 5 cap outside 250-600k: flow, not a bug.
  - v3late1m: last entry 28 h ago, cands.csv has a different layout (no timestamp column), could not check reasons. Low priority.
  - e044: 0 trades since start (feed shows 2-3 e044 pools/day).
- Registry: kitcode set retired (killed 10 Oct #779, was still "running"). Backup registry.json.bak-sweep11.

## Live / AI picks (mirror)
- fml2 / fml2v: the #385/#391 fix (08:56 BKK 10 Oct) removed the 429s, but two picks were still lost AFTER it with a different error: skip_quote "HTTP 400 code=400 error=40003712" at 19:05:50 (0xfdfb1083...) and 22:09:16 (0x139dc7bb...), both score 0.785, lane real. l2v lost the same two. GMGN returns 400 on the quote (route/pool not supported), the retry gets the same 400. The earlier "0 skip_quote since the fix" closure was premature. This is on firstmin (exec): see whether a fallback route/quote source exists for these pools. 2 of ~14 picks in 24 h.
- No 429 lines since 10 Oct 06:51 BKK.
