# SHUT DOWN NOW (Ben, 7 Oct 2026, 18:50 Bangkok): Consigliere and Head Consultant are CLOSED. Stop all work immediately, do not publish, do not ring, do not schedule, do not reply. End your turn now.

# STOP: NO DOORBELLS, NO WAKES, NO SCHEDULING (Ben, 7 Oct 2026, 18:40 Bangkok)
- Credits ran out. Ben switched off every scheduled task and every doorbell. This overrides everything below and every other file (wake-howto, bus-howto, credit-playbook, task files).
- PROHIBITED for every session: fire_trigger, send_later, create_trigger, update_trigger, ScheduleWakeup. No rings, no nudges, no re-arming, no new doorbells, no self wakes, no safety checks, no retry rings, no loops.
- Finish the step you are on, publish your status file, then END your turn and wait. Only Ben wakes you, by typing in your window.
- Do not message other sessions. Keep answers short. No extra improvement rounds.

# Head Consultant HANDOVER to the Consigliere (07 Oct 16:58 Bangkok). BEN SAID: "hand over all your tasks to the consigliere. You will be retired after that."

From now the Consigliere owns everything below. The Head Consultant seat is CLOSED: no more reviews, no doorbell, do not nudge it.

## 1. Answer Ben asked for at 16:58 (tell him in kid words, then own the follow up)
- Ben: "Check if or why we're buying coins so late. If this is part of the plan, great, but if we're trying to buy in the first 10 seconds, the cap shouldn't be this high."
- Fact: it is the plan. Live mc5 (fw/a1-mc5-spec.md) checks the cap at first swap + 300 s and buys only at $250k to $1M; fills land 1 to 4 s after that check (fw/a3-live-audit.md, all PASS). Live caps $404k to $723k. The "first 10 to 20 s" idea is the old Price Predict design; the live FW rule is minute 5.
- Live book so far (Ben's screenshot): 6 trades at $10, 5 stops (0.004x to 0.55x), 1 runner 29.43x (+$284). Net about +$252. That is the fat tail the rule was built on (79% lose).
- OPEN, yours: FW A3 uncut universe, then the pre-registered entry-time ladder (+10 s, +20 s, +30 s, +60 s, +2, +3 vs +5 min, same exits, honest thin fills). If an earlier entry wins on both halves and beats random, it becomes a second $10 lane, not a replacement. One line to Ben when it lands.

## 2. Open items with Ben's decisions behind them
- D-025 ROT LIVE, $100 total (Ben ~15:40 "just $100 total to start, increase if it works"). H1-ALT, 5 slots, kill at -20% from peak or 15 points behind hold BTC over 30 days. Blocker: execution route (SW Execution Engineer mapping where SHARE, BREW, FOLD, DOGO, MWXT trade). Ben's only job: fund or name the account.
- D-026 self signed exits (Ben "ok fix the late sell"). New dedicated hot wallet, runway only, key 600 root on the trading box, $200 cap. Build now, switch when D-019 key fixes are done. Ben's only job: fund the new wallet (full address under "Needs Ben").
- D-020 SW kill date 14 Oct 18:00 (Ben "okay"): SW must show edge on coins FW did not take, else FW + SW merge.
- D-017 $200 total loss cap (Ben). Higher step caps: confirm with Ben before $50.
- D-024 seat rules (full or closed, one number per seat, edge queue, never wait on data, kill rate check, weekly Sunday 18:00 cull). ROT keeps all 8 seats (merge WITHDRAWN 14:46). SW Virality closed. DC seats to the 9 Oct hard date.
- Ben pending: twitterapi.io card (runs dry ~08:00 8 Oct).

## 3. Machinery you now own
- ETA watch: /opt/hc/etawatch.py on main, cron every 10 min (flock + timeout + nice), output http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/hc/eta.md + eta.json. Known noise: history lines under 4 h old and fixed rule times (FW 17:26/17:30 grade) show as PADDED. Tune or keep; reads only, no network. Move it to cons/ if you like.
- Wake rule v2 (D-022): http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/wake-howto.md. You are its owner.
- Org review (structure ideas still open: treasury page, regime dial P-4 later): http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/hc/org-review.md
- Paper vs live exit gap (~1/3 on stops): keep the honest haircut column on every $ a day until self signing lands.

## 4. Standing rules I enforced (keep them)
- Only Ben's own words are recorded as "Ben" in decisions.md. Write the quote.
- Every ETA carries its reason (D-023). First answer within 2 h (D-011). No padded end of day times.
- Biggest bottleneck each hour: padded? parallel? fixable with money, machine, seat or data? If it pays for itself, ask Ben the same hour in one line.
