# Ben's account handover (read this first)

Made 7 Oct 2026, about 21:30 Bangkok, from Ben's old Claude account. For: a Claude session in Ben's NEW account.

## For Ben (kid words)
- Your bots, live tests and paper tests run on your 4 servers. They keep running no matter which Claude account you use.
- The new account gets the same power once your Mac is linked to it: sign the Claude desktop app into the new account, then start a Cowork task "linked to this computer". Your ssh key lives on the Mac, so the new session reaches all servers the same way.
- Paste this one link into the new account and say: "Restore my handover from this link." That's it.

## For the new Claude session: do these steps in order
1. Read `/preferences.md` and `/profile.md` from `mem/` first and follow them (very short answers, kid words, Bangkok time, no dashes, never print secrets).
2. Restore memory: fetch `MEMORY_INDEX.txt` (one relative path per line), then fetch each file from `mem/<path>` and save it with `memory_write` at the same path (`if_version: "new"`). Ben has asked for this restore, so writing `/preferences.md` is allowed. Files under `projects/<id>/` belonged to two Cowork projects (Pro Trading `01a0fb26-9317-76c2-81d6-e63f6c1959d5`, Life Reset `01a0f8c1-ae92-7689-9501-547831e4fc95`); file them under `/areas/pro-trading/` and `/areas/life-reset/` unless Ben makes new projects. Never fetch with WebFetch if it refuses the IP; use the Mac (`curl`) through Desktop Commander instead.
3. Restore skills: each folder in `skills/` is one skill, and `skills-zip/<name>.zip` is the same folder zipped. Ben uploads the zips in Settings > Capabilities > Skills (one click each). If he wants it done from chat, use `propose_skills` with the SKILL.md text (scripts and references then stay only in this bundle).
4. The twitterapi.io key was REDACTED from `research-sources`. Read it on the main server with `/opt/common/showcfg.py` (never `cat`), from `/opt/xdeck/config.json` field `api_key`.
5. Credits are tight. NO scheduled tasks, doorbells, wake ups or background loops. Do not message other sessions. Finish a step, report once, stop.

## Access (nothing secret here; keys never leave the Mac or servers)
- Ben's Mac `~/.ssh/config`: hosts 159.223.88.168, 152.42.241.219, 178.128.20.136, 167.99.74.137, user `root`, key `~/kookwatch/id_kookwatch`. Run `ssh root@<ip>` through Desktop Commander `start_process` on the Mac.
- Servers (DigitalOcean):
  - **main / kookwatch** 159.223.88.168: live bots, feeds, Price Predict recorder, paper books, public folder `/opt/launchwatch/pub` served at http://159.223.88.168/ . Team folder: http://159.223.88.168/hx-c9ois/
  - **research-box** 152.42.241.219: research jobs, Price Predict data copy, second window (`/opt/sw`), third window data (`/opt/tw`), rotations (`/opt/rot`).
  - **firstmin-trader** 178.128.20.136: the only box that trades real money (`/opt/fm`).
  - **picker-box / thirdwindow** 167.99.74.137: lab paper books and a shadow picker.
- Secrets live on the servers in `/opt/common/` (GMGN key `/opt/common/gmgn_key`, Claude API `/opt/common/anthropic.json`, others). Inspect with `/opt/common/showcfg.py`, chmod 600, never print.
- GMGN trading: `gmgn-cli` on the Mac and on firstmin; GMGN holds the trading wallet key. `GMGN_ALLOW_AUTOMATED_TRADES=1` is Ben's switch.

## LIVE MONEY right now (checked 7 Oct 2026, ~21:00 Bangkok)
- **fmmc5.service** on firstmin 178.128.20.136, `/opt/fm`. "v3 mc5 trader (Price Predict)". LIVE because `/opt/fm/LIVE_MC5` exists (since 6 Oct 10:26). Delete that file to stop live buys. Config `/opt/fm/mc5_config.json`. Rule: checks market cap at first swap + 300 s, buys only at $250k to $1M, $10 steps. - **gmgnd.service** (firstmin): warm GMGN client used for fmmc5 sells.
- **fmtrader.service** (firstmin): first minute trader, WATCH unless Ben flips LIVE. **fmlane1** WATCH.
- Org loss cap $200 total (decision D-017). Size steps $10, $50, $100, $200, $300 after 2 bug free days.
- **livewatch.service** (main): 5 s health check of the live chain with auto fix.

## Copy quality of the memory files
- 265 files copied. Most are exact. Known gaps:
  - `areas/screen-log-7.md`: only the first ~8% made it (old 16 Sep screen rows).
  - `projects/.../trading-edge-hub-8.md`: first ~5 KB missing (6 Oct notes).
  - `areas/operator-graph.md`, `areas/operator-graph-2.md`, `areas/paircat-spy.md`: header rebuilt, body intact.
  - A few dozen files may differ by small whitespace from the original.
- Ben's old account still holds the originals until he deletes it.
