description: Deep dive on ANY (Anypad launchpad) and NAVEN (Naven Network, x402 agent payments) on Robinhood Chain, 6 Sep 2026 - the LP-fee-burn mechanism both use, Anypad's zero take rate, Naven's $455 lifetime product volume and its three-hop team exit. Read before touching either, and before trusting any "buy and burn" claim on this chain.

# ANY and NAVEN deep dive, 6 Sep 2026
Artifact: https://claude.ai/code/artifact/73cdb3ea-7e7c-41b5-a255-e30d42836b1f
Companions: [[rh-value-accrual]], [[rh-launchpad-sector]], [[rh-chain-infrastructure]].
- [stated] Ben asked to go deeper on the second pick from the 6 Sep burn board (ANY) and on NAVEN: on-chain metrics, valuation, benchmarks, sellers.

## ⚠ CORRECTION TO [[rh-value-accrual]] — ANY was on that board by mistake
- **ANY's "364% of cap bought back per year" was wrong.** 60,000,000 of the 61,967,699 ANY burned in the 7-day window (96.8%) was ONE manual `transfer()` from an LP-fee EOA to 0xdead on 5 Sep, tx `0x0fa813131fcb9694e6a1205056ccedab191e3e7c0e504bd8f6a19afc72b253a1`, receipt has exactly ONE log. No swap, no purchase. **Real recurring accrual is 11.4% of cap per year.**
- **Neither ANY nor NAVEN is a buyback, and nor is most of that board.** Both run a Uniswap V3 fee collector: it collects trading fees (which arrive in BOTH tokens), burns the token side, and pays the ETH side out. **No bid ever enters the market.** The board's "in-transaction buyback" test read the fee collection's pool->collector transfer as a market buy. It is not one.

## THE MECHANISM, identical in both, and the test that separates it from a real buyback
Fee-collect burn tx signature: a `Collect` event on the V3 pool or NFPM `0x73991a25c818bf1f1128deaab1492d45638de0d3`, the token AND the quote asset both moving pool -> collector in the same tx, then token -> 0xdead and quote -> creator (or unwrapped).
A REAL buyback has the quote asset going INTO the pool and only the token coming out.
**STANDING TEST: in the burn tx, check the direction of the QUOTE asset. Quote out of the pool = fee collection. Quote into the pool = buyback. A one-log burn tx is neither, it is inventory.**

## ANY / Anypad — 0xba20f7753edbcb37805092e23d92e03954d27685
- Launchpad, anypad.fun, x.com/anypadfun. `LaunchToken`, verified, factory `0xa2763ec712a582a8450d7db932081ebfe8d951f8`, factory creator `0xDDd6f74D483Cd413219e303056FFd7180f8c7F97`.
- **TOLL BOOTH TEST FAILS ON THE HOMEPAGE: "Zero platform fee. No platform fee. Gas only." Take rate 0.00%.** No protocol revenue exists or can exist without a redeploy. All accrual is ANY's own pool fees, so the burn is funded by speculation on the burn.
- Product genuinely works: one tx deploys token + Uniswap pool + locks LP forever, mint frozen, zero dev allocation, 1B fixed.
- **Scale: locker `0xb7a57dc1929df0cfc7b3f81e0c86332f91b65434` ("LaunchLocker") holds 11 V3 LP NFTs.** Front-page launches carry $7.8K, $5.0K, $3.2K, $316 caps.
- **Lifetime fee revenue backing every burn: 0.7379 WETH = $1,843.** Last full week 1,967,699 tokens (~$398) + 0.1514 WETH ($378).
- Burn total 99,384,601 = 9.94% of supply, of which 60,000,000 is the 5 Sep clear-out by EOA `0xe53abb847025cbc585e508c276732e0db6d77752` (that EOA is the manual LP-fee collector; it received 64.1M from the pool as fees between 28 Jul and 6 Sep).
- **Holders 200. 158 of them arrived in the last 48 hours.** Prior three weeks ran 0 to 9 new wallets/day. Woke on the burn + a +107% candle.
- Top 12 ex-pool/burn wallets hold 201,144,292 = 20.1% in near-uniform 1.3-2.6% slices, sold 7,315,960. Largest `0x3b2c5815e43036a3dc01e5a4f023f5758a5cc3d0` 26,060,732, launch day, no pool purchase on record.
- **CLAIM AUDIT: @anypadfun (110 followers, 40-day-old account) "99,384,600 $ANY SUPPLY IS ALREADY BURNED!! The Flywheel Continues" — number TRUE, "flywheel" FALSE.** 60.4% is the one-off; the recurring engine ran on $1,843 lifetime.
- $ANY collides with Sphere 3D Corp (NASDAQ: ANY) in ticker searches.
- Mcap $182,100 / liq $68,253 / v24 $48,436.

## NAVEN / Naven Network — 0xeafa804083a4886a9460b5b19557334a652beba8
- x402 payment facilitator + agentic trading runtimes. naven.network, docs.naven.network, x.com/NavenNetwork (2,087 followers, **joined Oct 2025, nine months before the token**, ships weekly). Claims "first x402 facilitator on Robinhood Chain", also Base, X Layer, Kite.
- `LaunchToken`, factory `0xd9ec2db5f3d1b236843925949fe5bd8a3836fccb`, **factory creator `0x7E035Fb048a31e0481b88074557415b1C187242B` — the SAME owner as the shared burn engine `0x9efdc1a8e6e94f16a228e44f3025e1f346ee0417` that burns 1,117 tokens on this chain.** Its fee splitter `0x7f03effbd7ceb22a3f80dd468f67ef27826acd85` holds **60,142 V3 LP NFTs**. Identity of the pad still UNRESOLVED; timing and the CASHCAT overlap are consistent with NOXA.
- **THE PRODUCT KILL NUMBER, from Naven's own dashboard naven.network/x402scan, across ALL four chains: 1,220 transactions, $455.44 settled volume lifetime, 283 buyers, 23 sellers.** The buyer on the latest Robinhood settlements is `0xf18c73cea9c2802486e9778f14fa1c5d979ec5fd`, Naven's own team/fee wallet, paying itself 0.005 USDG a time.
- Token fee engine is real: **26.2105 WETH ($65,462) paid to the team over its life**, and the matching token side burned. Last 7d 16,766,942 tokens (~$6,536) + 3.1004 WETH ($7,743). 28d 26,300,227 tokens + 3.5543 WETH.
- **Accrual to holders: 100% of cap/yr at last week's rate, 39.2% on the 4-week average.** Mcap $339,957 / liq $69,666 / v24 $59,516. Burned 127,911,473 = 12.79%, plus 40,000,000 (4%) parked at 0x...dea1 and 0x...dea2.
- **Holders 1,821** (vs ANY's 200).

### ⚠ THE TEAM EXIT, three hops, corrects the "sold 0.029% in 7d" line in [[rh-value-accrual]]
1. 10 Jul launch day: `0xf18c73cea9c2802486e9778f14fa1c5d979ec5fd` takes **101,682,599 NAVEN (10.17% of supply)** straight out of the pool.
2. Same hour: 9,700,000 burned; **20,000,000 to `0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dea1`**; **20,000,000 to `0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dea2`**; **51,960,377 to `0x463f4cd95e80acdd751c1217cfeb09c66f4227b5`**.
3. 27 Aug: that wallet pushes **20,999,976** into the v4 PoolManager `0x8366a39cc670b4001a1121b8f6a443a643e40951`; only 11,278,112 returns.
4. 31 Aug 15:26: **20,000,000** to fresh wallet `0xd323c10dd76eae8a7fa818a52b64fb4881403002`.
5. 31 Aug 15:29 to 1 Sep 08:14: that wallet sells **all 20,000,000** in clips into the V3 pool `0x7b6081ea2fd94efe918f8aeda91bc31e613a7a95` AND the v4 PoolManager. Balance now zero. **This is exactly the day NAVEN took on 759 new wallets, its largest ever.**
- **Left: 20,238,513 (2.02%, $7,755) in `0x463f4cd95e80acdd751c1217cfeb09c66f4227b5`.** The origin wallet holds zero and NEVER sold directly into a pool, which is why every simple seller check reports it clean.
- **METHOD LESSON: a first-300-wallet cohort test measured on the DexScreener-listed pool missed a 3%-of-supply team exit that ran three hops out and partly through the v4 PoolManager. Always trace the launch-day pool recipient's onward transfers, not just its own sales.**

### Tape
New wallets/day: 759 (1 Sep) -> 307 -> 124 -> 115 -> 191 -> **93 in the last 24h**. Last 24h **252 buys vs 503 sells** on roughly flat token flow = many small buyers absorbing fewer larger sellers.
**X field is a phishing farm**: near-identical low-quality posts pushing "$NAVEN ... Robinhood airdrop with $HOOD" linking robinhoodcheck.netlify.app. Drainer template. Genuine product replies are a small minority.

## BENCHMARKS, live 6 Sep 2026
Launchpad ring: PONS $653,311,603 · CASHCAT $230,187,500 · PAIR $39,183,301 · STONKBROKER $20,376,131 · SENTRY $6,217,195 · POOLS $1,497,555 · **ANY $182,100** · SELECT $164,628. Ring 2 ceiling PUMP $1,575,560,731 (down from $4.24B on 2 Sep, sector de-rated ~63%).
Infra/agent ring: HOOKR $18,025,125 · DELTA $10,567,601 · FRONG $6,425,519 · WTH $3,771,086 · INJOH $3,739,860 · NEKO $1,954,960 · HKRS $1,257,006 · WIRE $579,166 · **NAVEN $339,957**. Ring 2 VIRTUAL $449,985,638 · OLAS $7,725,440.
**Most extreme column — ANY: take rate at 0%, alone in its ring with no revenue line, and that is the disqualifier. NAVEN: product usage at $455 lifetime, which kills the product thesis but not the token's own fee engine.**

## THREE FRAMES
**ANY.** Anchor $0 to $50,000 (zero take rate; ~$20,678/yr reaches holders; at PONS's 1.2x that is ~$25k). Live-product floor $150,000 to $400,000 (deployed, non-scam, LP locked forever, real site; SELECT $164,628 and WIRE $579,166 set the band) — **it is already inside its floor at $182,100, so the floor is not a reason to buy.** Narrative ceiling $1.5M to $6M (POOLS $1,497,555, SENTRY $6,217,195) but unreachable without a fee switch that does not exist.
**NAVEN.** Anchor $130,000 to $400,000 ($133,276/yr burn on the 4-week average, $339,872 at last week's rate, at 1.2x = $160k to $408k; it trades at $339,957, so fairly priced on the pipe it has). Live-product floor $500,000 to $1,500,000 (docs, CLI, OpenAPI, public dashboard, four chains, weekly shipping, account older than the token; WIRE $579,166 and HKRS $1,257,006) — **NAVEN is BELOW this band, and that is the only genuinely cheap thing about it.** Narrative ceiling $5M to $18M (DELTA $10.6M, HOOKR $18.0M same chain; VIRTUAL $450M off-chain).

## TRIGGERS
- ANY: a platform fee switch on Anypad, or the locker `0xb7a57dc1929df0cfc7b3f81e0c86332f91b65434` moving past 11 positions. Nothing else matters.
- NAVEN: x402scan settled volume moving off $455 with buyers who are not `0xf18c73cea9c2802486e9778f14fa1c5d979ec5fd`, OR the last 20,238,513 in `0x463f4cd95e80acdd751c1217cfeb09c66f4227b5` going to the burn address rather than a fresh wallet.

## SOURCES THAT FAILED
twitterapi.io **HTTP 402, out of credit** from BOTH the container and the droplet (`/opt/xq.py` reads the same key). X work was done by hand through Chrome, so it is a snapshot, not a 30-day series: no posts/day slope, no unique-author count, no tier-one sweep. Dune **HTTP 402, datapoint limit**; the holder-arrival series was rebuilt from 21 days of raw Transfer logs on the node instead. Both need topping up.
