## THE FINDING - the dev's own source comment
Verified source of the live vault reads: "BrickVaultDryRun: DRY RUN VARIANT, NOT RUG-PROOF, NEVER DEPLOY FOR A PUBLIC LAUNCH ... adds an Ownable2Step owner whose ONLY power is withdrawAllTo, an instant, guardrail-free drain of the entire ETH and WETH balance. That makes this contract fully ruggable by its owner." Same warning on WallDryRun.
owner() on BOTH = 0xef3dcc1466db2c043d51fa81f8a930301f2647f3, a plain EOA with nonce 12,657. The drain key sits on the hot automation wallet.
He verified the source with the warning intact rather than hiding it. Honest and dangerous at once.

## Measured numbers, 31 Aug 2026 ~08:30 UTC
Price $0.0005545, mcap $553,889, ATH $0.0005726 set 30 Aug 12:00 UTC so only -3.2% off ATH set 20h earlier. +88% 24h on a red chain day.
Treasury: Vault 3.7362 WETH ($9,094) + Wall 2.5905 WETH ($6,306) = 6.3267 WETH = **$15,401**. MC/treasury 36.0x.
Backing per token $0.0000091 = **1.64% of price**. Confirmed twice: by balance/supply and by an actual redemption receipt (158,000 BRICKS burned returned 0.000583656 WETH).
Revenue: dev claimed **6.40901 ETH ($15,601)** of Pons creator fees in 61h from 0xd3afeb2a57f70ef218aa82451c51b2fb0416ac9e, and forwarded **6.55 ETH ($15,944)** into the vault router. Net extraction to his own pocket ZERO, he added ~$343 of his own. Blockscout internal coverage incomplete, so treat as a floor.
Burns priced: wall burned 817,298.83 BRICKS in 3 events, all 28-29 Aug, none since. 352,000 more burned by one redeemer. Total 1,169,299 = 0.117% of supply = ~$648 at today's price. Lifetime wall buyback spend on the order of $100-450.
Holders 656 live, 1,862 addresses ever received, so **exit ratio 64.8%**. New-wallet arrival ~5/hour now vs 641 in hour one.
Float: LP 18.27% (Uni v4 PoolManager), Pons LaunchLocker 8.17%, team 10.01%.
**TEAM LOCK VERIFIED FROM CALLDATA**: 100,000,000 BRICKS to locker 0x1f088cf80b9926b868a153129c47473020f3f1d7, beneficiary the dev, unlock timestamp 1819481294 = **2027-08-28 19:28:14 UTC, a full 12 months.**
Real quote-side depth 21.07 ETH = $51,296 across two v4 pools (0x8de848f16bf0ab7ac8867b065e761da72664e26512454d744c7de2d0adaff14e 13.96 ETH, 0xbd4c281ce4db2ba3bc7e351989cd715227f4fda2bf6b8ff91719578e41cc3fd6 7.11 ETH). 10x needs ~$110,916 of net buying.

## Claims scored
- No mint / no owner / no pause / no blacklist / no tax on the TOKEN: CONFIRMED by selector scan, all absent.
- "Every contract is publicly verified": TRUE for vault/wall/receiver, FALSE for the token itself and the v2 contract 0x4116e556ddb8aa4c54ad5dec2cf608b148a21964.
- "Revenue split 50/40/5/5" (X, 30 Aug) vs "50/30/15/5" (site brickmap, same window): the site calls it a v2 upgrade. The split is operator-mutable either way.
- **Revenue routing is MANUAL.** The dev claims Pons fees to his EOA then hand-sends ETH to the receiver. Nothing on chain forces it. The "trustless" framing is false; the code honours what it is given, the giving is discretionary.
- Vault redemption WORKS but is loss-making to use: 0xea7fcefbf46ffefb0f5f826da3e01730712b1eda burned 352,000 BRICKS for 0.001301 WETH ($3.17) and paid 0.002 ETH ($4.87) in claim msg.value.
- Plug-in factory "deployed": site says owner-gated, read-only preview. Zero third-party tokens plugged in. The toll booth does not exist yet.

## X layer
Tier-one coverage **ZERO** (blknoiz06/theunipcs/pingucharts/CrashiusClay69/0xkioto/_0xghost_/metaversejoji/dontbuytops all false positives on the English word "bricks").
Largest real amplifier ZygfridS 49,552 followers, listed it 31 Aug alongside $ZAPS, $EARN, $OMEGA. Also stonksandcards 9,067, funkai_ 3,563, ags8499, NeoTokoh, coinerhit.
**ACTIVE PHISHING CAMPAIGN**: 10+ posts in 24h, "holder portal is open / check eligibility", correct CA, t.co drainer links, from sub-100-follower accounts (thenofirst, BEEFMANSOLB, KSimty, malonesol_pl, MOGEETHA1, iSfckKmIY9D0Nnu, aarongordon_1, handram44, ENERVUS, 0904mew, Man25starManoj). There is no official claim portal.
**COPYCATS, launched 31 Aug**: three "BRICKED Up" tokens on RH chain, all vanity-ending 1e18 - 0xE1E8d5c5a0f28c014afFE2C3d5Ed84b67D6a1E18, 0x7eab3Ef39EdD3f5f5644588fbF0dD04678881e18, 0x6E1589cd14f79Dc8DfCc186520F4B34848781e18. Combined mcap ~$99k but combined 24h volume ~$270k, MORE than BRICKS itself.
fomo: 148 theses, 281 tracked holders, largest position only $11,401. Earliest entries funkai_ at $32.8K MC (+1,416%) and hamstersender at $20.9K MC (+2,283%) are the overhang.

## Comp set used (RH chain, 31 Aug caps)
AI $96.3M (has a Vault but explicitly NON-redeemable) | INDEX $30.0M | HOOKR $16.1M (Uni v4 hook marketplace + no-code builder, closest analogue to the plug-in factory) | QUOTRON $10.8M | NET $5.8M circ / $73.2M FDV (OHM-style backed reserve) | INJOH $4.2M | WTH $3.8M | VAULT/PonsVault $1.40M (closest functional peer, creator-fee vault templates for OTHER tokens).
Whole chain was RED on 31 Aug (AI -16.7%, QUOTRON -31%, NET -23%, INJOH -20%, VAULT -27.6%) while BRICKS was +88%. Relative strength is real.

## Verdict delivered
Early, not late (-3.2% off a 20h-old ATH). The mechanism is real and measured, the dev has extracted nothing, the team lock is verified to Aug 2027. Blockers: $9,094 of backing sits in a contract the dev himself named NOT RUG-PROOF with a one-call drain held by a hot EOA, and the "plug-in factory" toll booth that carries the whole bull case has zero external adoption.

## Method notes added this run
- Blockscout `module=contract&action=getsourcecode` WORKS on RH chain even when `action=getcontractcreation` returns empty. Reading the verified source of the peripheral contracts, not the token, is what broke this screen open.
- Decoding the locker call's raw calldata gave an exact unlock timestamp where no UI or API exposed one. Word 3 of a 0xdb687194 lock call on 0x1f088cf80b9926b868a153129c47473020f3f1d7 is the unlock unix time.
- The whole contract family was deployed in ONE transaction, so `txlist` on the operator EOA filtered to `to == null` enumerates the entire protocol in one call.
