# DefiFranz, screened 6 Sep 2026 ~14:00 UTC

[stated] Ben started following him at random, says "he's fucking good", asked for an analysis and
whether he is a great follow.

## Identity
fomo.family/profile/DefiFranz. X @DefiFranz, **1,190 followers**, account created 3 May 2021.
Bio on fomo: "calling bottom on this account". 91 following, 0 mutuals with Ben, 876 fomo followers.
Joined fomo Oct 2025. **No wallet address exposed by fomo and NOT resolved this session** (see the
open item at the bottom).

## The numbers, 6 Sep 2026 ~14:00 UTC
Book **$432,910.60**. Cash **$173,271.40 = 40% of the book**. 24h **+$150,092.02 = +53% in a day**.
**590 trades** since Oct 2025. **Avg hold 8d 15h.** **99 open positions.**

### Win spread, run by Ben's own method (top 5 realised/marked, one scale)
| # | PnL | % | multiple | share of top-5 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | +$69,920.49 | +498.92% | 5.99x | 36.4% |
| 2 | +$48,132.73 | +83.00% | 1.83x | 25.1% |
| 3 | +$27,393.48 | +670.17% | 7.70x | 14.3% |
| 4 | +$23,374.01 | +238.76% | 3.39x | 12.2% |
| 5 | +$23,263.47 | +445.82% | 5.46x | 12.1% |
**A DESCENDING STAIRCASE, not one tall bar. Top trade is only 36.4% of the top five.** Compare the
[[copytrade-targets]] shortlist: Salem 94% in one trade, 0xAvast 84%, 0x194d98d1 was a pure
one-trade wallet. Franz is cleaner than all of them on concentration.
**Four of the five are above 3x**, which is exactly Ben's 1 Sep stated bar ("does NOT want wallets
that flip at +20% or +30%, wants EARLY entries held for at least a 3x"). Only #2 is a flip.
NOTE: these five move in real time, so they mix realised trades with marked open positions. Read
them as best-positions, not as a closed-trade ledger.

### Hold time in context
8d 15h puts him second in the whole named-trader set behind DumbCrayonEater (11d 20h), and 5x
PoorGoat (1d 18h). 590 trades over ~11 months is roughly 1.8/day, far below change (2,000 since Jan)
and nothing like the rejected bot 0x311aaC4d (84 blocks/day, 815 tokens).

## THE ENTRY EVIDENCE, and it is the strongest single datapoint
**On CHIPS `0xbcd09284dFfe06f868a4650546233e3E9AbE4d97` fomo shows his average entry at
$131,600 MARKET CAP.** CHIPS is $520,900 now. He was in at a quarter of today's cap, holds
24,700,000 CHIPS worth $12,899.68 at +240.87%, and is **the only named thesis holder on the token**.
His posted thesis there: "no coins is hedging me more than this one breakout will something".
That is the "gets in early" proof Ben wants, priced and dated.

## HOW HE ACTUALLY TRADES, read off ~100 consecutive swaps
**Fixed clip size. He buys in $200-$550 slices and sells in $200-$550 slices, occasionally
$1,000-$2,500.** He ladders IN over days and ladders OUT over hours. He does not take one position
and sell it once.
- Titties: bought $199 / $498 / $498 / $548 / $548 / $2,495, then sold 14 times at $421-$505
- KIRKINATOR: sold $238 / $455 / $471 / $505 / $515
- CHIPS: sold $190 / $192 / $195 / $199 / $247 / $250
- MANLET, POPO, CTO, FRIES, PEAR, FART, 5555, CIRCLEJERK, INSIDOOR: all the same shape
**THE FIXED CLIP IS THE EDGE.** It caps every loser at roughly one clip while letting a winner
compound across 20+ clips. That is why his loss column is small and his win column has 15 positions
above +300%.

### THE TRADE THAT PROVES THE TIMING: he sold the top of PAIR today
In a 3-to-5-hour window he executed **25+ consecutive PAIR sells totalling roughly $35,000**,
including one **$18,848.13** clip, plus $2,491 / $1,990 / $1,978 / $1,975 / $1,010 / $574 and
eighteen ~$495-$503 slices. **PAIR printed its all-time high of $52.6M at 09:00 UTC and he was
selling into it. PAIR is now gone from his open book entirely.** His #2 trade (+$48,132.73, +83%)
is almost certainly that exit.
He is not de-risking out of the market: in the same window he bought AU, HOTDOG, CLIPPY ($997 +
$1,497 + $1,198), BALD ($1,999 + $550), V4, INCEL, WIGGA, PENNY, CATURN. **He rotated the top of one
launchpad token into a fresh basket of sub-$3M names.**

## The open book: 99 names, wide net, capped losers
~38 positions above +100%, ~15 above +300%. Biggest marks:
KIRKINATOR +983% · DROYD +1,045% · 5555 +933% · UBI +699% · FRIES +682% · RAWR +670% ·
LOOOONG +555% · INSIDOOR +540% · WC +414% · AIRDROP +396% · COMPUTER +360% · CATDOG +351% ·
STONKS +327% · CLANKER +314% · BLUECHIP +290% · BUSK +279% · STONK +271% · MERLIN +244% · CHIPS +241%
Losers, all small and all roughly one-clip: PEER -88% ($342) · Foid -86% ($53) · NEWTON -79% ($632) ·
BASELINE -53% ($1,246) · Libra -52% ($584) · Zuckasaurus -49% ($1,159) · Apple Juice -29% ($2,107) ·
AAPLCAT -24% ($4,245) · A -24% · AU -24% ($13,692) · HOTDOG -23% ($7,391) · BOMBA -22% · BELIEF -21%
**Concentration: BUTTHOLE $49,854.64 = 11.5% of book. Top five = $96,076 = 22.2%.** No whale-in-one-
name risk, which is unusual and good.

## Claim / mark audit
- **BUTTHOLE resolved, and my first read was nearly wrong.** His 13,600,000 BUTTHOLE marked at
$49,854.64 is NOT the Robinhood Chain BUTTHOLE `0xDD0b80c2a4B341676C5316F0107f6939ae021E18`
(which is $246,726 mcap, -67.88% on the day, and would make the position worth $3,355). It is the
**SOLANA** BUTTHOLE, mint `7ssJZGFT3twGqeYA1kvpoMWwZYvMZvrMEbjRaWgg46BL`, 9 decimals, supply
  987,469,721.78, price $0.003703, mcap $3,703,808. 13.6M x $0.003703 = $50,361. **fomo's mark is
correct.** LESSON: on any ticker that exists on more than one chain, resolve the mint by
reconciling quantity x price to the marked dollar value BEFORE calling a mark stale.
- That Solana pool holds $164,929 of liquidity against $2,065,447 of 24h volume. His single position
is roughly 30% of that pool, so the $50k mark is a real price but not $50k of realisable exit.
- **$259,639 of the $432,911 book is paper across 99 microcaps.** The cash half ($173,271) is the
only part that is unarguable. Judge him on the cash line and the closed trades, not the headline.

## X, and what he says his method is
Low-key. Mostly replies, no shill threads, no CA spam, no paid-call channel. **His method, stated
5 Sep 21:59 (11 likes, 525 views):** *"While I believe that some capital still needs to rotate to
sol and base, I think it's a good time to start building medium / 'long' term bags on rh since they
are on a dip. Im looking for funny tickers with good memetics because those will have the best
staying power."* His book is exactly that sentence: BUTTHOLE, TITTIES, HOTDOG, INCEL, MANLET,
FRIES, CIRCLEJERK, SHART, WIGGA, KIRKINATOR, CHARIZARD, CLIPPY.
Reputation is real and earned rather than bought: **@travisbickle0x (25,454 followers) is asking HIM
for help** ("might you cto $CHIPS? i will finance and support in various ways", "chips is a sleeping
giant"). @J_Dood_ (4,067): "You been quite literally the only one vocal on this one on the entire
TL". @thomaz687 (1,827) wrote a whole bit about him: *"He trained in a monastery for 4 Years. Eating
L after L, D after D... his mind got calm and he called bottom on his account."*
**READ THAT LAST ONE STRAIGHT: the bio and his friends both say he had a long losing run and this is
the turn.** The +53% day is the top of a recovery, not a decade of compounding.

## THE ONE REAL WARNING: his posts lead his own distribution
On 4 Sep he was the fomo thesis poster on CHIPS with **"last few hours to buy this at reasonable
price"** (logged in [[pair-fund]] at the time as urgency language, treat as a sales line not data).
Today, 6 Sep, he is trimming CHIPS in $190-$250 clips. Same shape on PAIR: bullish in the timeline,
then a 25-clip exit into the ATH.
**Not a rug and not dishonest** (he still holds 24.7M CHIPS at +241%), but the rule is hard:
**copy his TRADES, never his POSTS. The posts run roughly two days ahead of his selling.**

## VERDICT: yes, a great follow, and the best fomo fit yet for Ben's stated criterion
He is the closest profile on fomo to what Ben asked for on 1 Sep: early entries, exits above 3x,
long holds, and no single lucky trade carrying the record. The style is a **wide net of ~$500 clips
with a mechanical ladder out**, which happens to be exactly Ben's own punt size, so it is copyable
one-for-one without any position scaling.
**How to use him, specifically:**
1. Follow his BUYS, not his book. A fresh $500 buy in a name under about $1M mcap is the signal.
Today's were AU, HOTDOG, CLIPPY, BALD, V4, INCEL.
2. Ignore his thesis posts. They are two days ahead of his own selling.
3. Do not clone all 99 positions. Most of the book is one-clip lottery tickets he is happy to lose.
4. Watch his cash line. He is 40% cash today, the highest it has been; when that drops he is
   re-risking.
**What would kill the follow:** the 24h number reverting (a $150k gain on a $433k book is one day,
not a record); the paper half of the book failing to convert to cash over the next week; or a
repeat of the CHIPS pattern where a public thesis is followed by a full exit rather than a trim.

## OPEN ITEM, worth finishing: his wallet is still unnamed
Naming it would let him go into `strongtrader.service` on kookwatch for live alerts.
**The method that will work, and where it stalled:** his Solana BUTTHOLE position is the cleanest
fingerprint (13,600,000 tokens of a 987.5M supply = 1.377%, an unusual size). Page ALL token
accounts for mint `7ssJZGFT3twGqeYA1kvpoMWwZYvMZvrMEbjRaWgg46BL` via Helius DAS `getTokenAccounts`
(key 4c494046-6535-491e-9b48-9bbf9199bfaf, decimals 9) and find the owner holding 13.0M-14.3M.
Page 1 of 1,000 accounts covered only 153,183,824 of the 987,469,722 supply and he was not in it;
the key then began returning empty pages, so the run was not completed. Second cross-check once a
candidate appears: 24.7M CHIPS on Robinhood Chain
`0xbcd09284dFfe06f868a4650546233e3E9AbE4d97` and 12.2M KIRKINATOR.
A Robinhood-side sweep of BUTTHOLE `0xDD0b80c2a4B341676C5316F0107f6939ae021E18` was also started and
timed out; that was the wrong chain anyway.
