# DELTA screen, rerun and corrected 31 Aug 2026

Token 0xe8ffd7e24187F72afB08d75B1bb13088A989a791, Robinhood Chain (4663). Ben's tier: $5k-15k, weeks to months.
Companions: [[rh-chain-thesis]], [[rh-chain-infrastructure]], [[crypto-token-research]].

## THREE CORRECTIONS made on the rerun. The first read of this token was wrong on all three.
1. **TVL. I said $17,865 (DefiLlama). WRONG, understated at least 22x.** Measured on chain: **$381,637.51** of Uniswap V3 liquidity custodied in Delta's 15 stake vaults plus the 458 ladder positions in DeltaLadderManager v3. Broader managed figure including v4 and user-held holder contracts is roughly **$1.5M**. MC/TVL is therefore **19.4x**, MID-BAND for this chain (PROLOGUE 5.7x, HOOKR 55x), not the 1,587x outlier first reported. **Standing lesson: never quote a DefiLlama TVL for a liquidity manager without measuring it.**
2. **Revenue. I said $57,608/yr and 492x. WRONG METHOD.** I divided lifetime fees by the TOKEN's 32-day age; the PRODUCT is ~16 days old and accelerating. Measured live from two sampling windows on the app's own feesWeth counter: **22.83 WETH/day (2-min window) to 32.07 WETH/day (82-min window)** of gross user fees = $55,494 to $77,946/day. Delta's 1% = **$555 to $779/day, ~$244,000/yr, cap/rev ~120x** (range 103x to 145x).
3. **Snuggle. I said it holds 179x Delta's book. WRONG,** that used the bad TVL. It is about 2x ($3,201,957 vs ~$1.5M). But it still out-earns Delta on the same chain: **$157,024 of 30d RH revenue vs Delta's ~$20,000, and Snuggle has NO TOKEN.**

## Measurement method that produced the right TVL, reuse it
Uniswap V3 NonfungiblePositionManager on Robinhood Chain: **0x73991a25c818bf1f1128deaab1492d45638de0d3** (found by scanning PUSH20 addresses in a Delta vault's runtime bytecode, seen in 54 of 6 vaults' code). Factory: **0x1f7d7550b1b028f7571e69a784071f0205fd2efa**.
Steps: balanceOf + tokenOfOwnerByIndex on the NFPM for each Delta contract, positions(tokenId) for liquidity and ticks (MASK ticks to 24 bits before sign-extending, or negative ticks decode as astronomic numbers and overflow), getPool(token0,token1,fee) on the factory, slot0() for sqrtPriceX96, standard v3 amount math, price via DexScreener tokens/v1/robinhood (30 per call). Result: 473 positions, 20 pools, 18 of 21 tokens priced. Batch eth_call at chunk 40 with ~0.35s pacing; chunk 120 returns HTTP 429.
Delta exposes NO public TVL endpoint. Working API paths are only /api/farms/topology (16 vaults), /api/delta-hero, /api/usdg/pools. Global stats live in the page RSC payload, not an API.

## What it is, verified
Live, real, well used LP management: shaped concentrated positions (Pools) and communal fee-sharing vaults (Stakes) that stream WETH over 7 days. **5,158 positions (2,618 v3, 2,540 v4), 16,913 pools indexed in 24h, 12,740 holders, lifetime fees delivered to users 209.0 WETH = $508,068.**
Contracts: VaultFactory 0x68EDc4948F60D21c4a7Dcbb8Ed4500cE6D0b153c, VaultFarmFactory 0x2bdA3FeB985d812a5932fe59eD4D8627BA3A10d1, DeltaZap 0xC0b8eC7589ee49c53305517bFd53BEd708392294, TwapOracle 0xA26cB1b06AAE9E58D5DBCCE40f7fC38c0aced62C, DeltaPositionBuilder 0x6235cF6bd8419b34942F4EDDB39C880BD96dD700, DeltaLadderManager v3 0x5cA6214227D1195c4b7b4B96847b8966c688295D.

## THE DECISIVE FACT, unchanged by the corrections: the token appears nowhere in the docs
Full docs read (Welcome, Getting Started, Pools, Stakes, Fees, Contracts, Glossary, FAQ). The DELTA token is mentioned ZERO times. No fee share, no buyback, no burn, no staking, no governance, no fee discount.
Stated mechanism: "Delta takes 1% of the fees you claim." 99% stakers / 1% Delta.
**The fee switch is ALREADY ON and verified on chain: feeBps() on DeltaLadderManager v3 returns 100 = 1.00%.** owner() = 0xb1c2bbf86e557ecdc1812f75ae3fe973e5ec9e69. No MAX_FEE() or maxFee() getter, so the docs' "cannot raise the fee" claim is UNVERIFIED and the owner probably can raise it. LadderManager holds only 0.0014 WETH and the owner EOA 0.0018 ETH, so the accrued 1% is being swept somewhere UNRESOLVED (small, ~$5,081 lifetime).
So "they only need to add a fee switch" is false. The switch exists. The missing piece is a routing decision to holders plus a bigger take rate.

## Corrected scenario table, base $244,000/yr, cap $29,275,580
today $244,000 = 120x = 0.83% of cap as annual buyback.
chain 5x, share flat: $1,220,000 = 24.0x = 4.17%.
chain 10x, share flat: $2,440,000 = 12.0x = 8.33%.
take rate 1% -> 10% (Meteora band), chain FLAT: $2,440,000 = 12.0x = 8.33%.
take 10% + chain 5x: $12,200,000 = 2.4x = 41.7%.
**KEY CHANGE FROM THE FIRST READ: a take-rate rise to 10% ALONE, with no chain growth, puts DELTA at 12x, inside the Solana DEX comp band. Ben's thesis is far more defensible than the first screen said. It still requires a decision nobody has announced.**

## Category evidence, the strongest bear point and it survived the rerun
**Of the top 15 liquidity managers by TVL worldwide, exactly ONE has a token above $10M: KMNO at $135,197,787, and 93.8% of Kamino's TVL is the Lend product, not the CL product.**
6 of the top 15 have NO TOKEN AT ALL, including #2 Arrakis Modular ($55,163,029 TVL) and #5 Steer Protocol ($18,494,802), plus Snuggle, TheDeep, Aegis Markets, Charm V2.
Largest PURE-PLAY LM token on earth: Altura (AVLT) $7,162,323. DELTA at $29,275,580 is **4.09x that**.
Others: Kodiak KDK $1,522,754 / $21.9M TVL. ICHI $885,432 / $7.6M. HawkFi HAWK $17,941 / $8,059,794 (the Solana equivalent of Delta). Gamma $16,216 / $3,076,135. Beefy BIFI $3,987,668 / $110,819,084.
Adversarial note: GAMMA last priced 2026-08-05 on $1.29 of 24h volume, HAWK $1.48, ACS $8.22, ICHI $587.89. The category's token layer is not merely small, it is largely non-trading.
"The Meteora of Robinhood" is wrong twice: Meteora IS the DEX and owns its pools, fees and orderflow. Delta is a layer on Uniswap's pools. Correct comp is HawkFi/Gamma/Arrakis, not MET ($104,267,180 cap, $328,125,376 TVL, 4.4x cap-rev).

## Same-chain comps, refreshed
up v3 (UP 0x57C0E45cB534413D1C20A4240955d6bB250BB4F1): RH TVL $8,385,357, 30d revenue $719,453, mcap $13,513,531, FDV $344,384,084 (only 3.9% circulating, the largest gap on the chain). **cap/ann-rev 1.5x, the cheapest revenue multiple on Robinhood Chain.**
PONS 0x39dbed3a2bd333467115de45665cc57f813c4571: mcap $239,388,883, 30d fees $26,530,008, 30d revenue $5,203,716, ann rev $63,311,878, **cap/ann-rev 3.78x**, take rate 19.6%.
Snuggle: RH TVL $3,201,957 (40% of its global $7,990,518), 30d RH fees $1,110,548 / revenue $157,024 (14.1% take), **13th-highest fee generator on the whole chain and the only liquidity manager in the top 20. No token.**
Ring 3 live-product floor band, RH infra tokens all mcap == FDV: VAULT $1,272,983, LUTE $1,749,734, TWO $2,863,811, WTH $3,623,738, INJOH $3,867,589, PROLOGUE $6,166,928, DTF $6,245,292, CLAN $6,599,144, HOOKR $16,259,550. Median ~$4.9M.

## Chain context, now mandatory in every screen
Chain DeFi TVL $373,868,392 (1 Aug) -> $719,328,460 (31 Aug) = **+92.4% in 30 days**. DEX volume 24h $1,402,529,587, 30d $16,496,661,766, **change_1d +35.65%, change_7d +183.17%, change_1m +287.03%**. Chain fees 24h $12,081,621, 30d $100,039,746, change_1m +525.78%. Chain revenue 30d $23,233,408. 133 protocols, ~20 native DEXs, 77 DEX protocols tracked.
Caveat: DefiLlama does not net out double counting for ANY liquidity manager on this chain (doublecounted flag null for Snuggle, Delta, EZManager, EZMoney, KeelLabs, Quiver, Tirelire), so the chain TVL aggregate contains those dollars twice.

## Token contract and supply
Clean: not mintable, no owner, no proxy, not pausable, zero buy/sell tax, open source, creator holds 0.157%. anti_whale 1 but anti_whale_modifiable 0.
10.0% of supply (100,000,000 DELTA) in RobinhoodLocker 0xD0f7d8c6e9f6D80c297bEbe4F7fD1B9C8125C32F, lock id 24, owner 0x1eafc3e30f9f6ddfc53dc3eab028a31ba4b8b0f8 (the deployer), **unlocking 31 Jan 2027 00:14 UTC**, verified by direct getLock(24). True float is 90%.
Delta's own pool liquidity is NOT locked: 64 LP holders, is_locked 0 on every one.

## Market state and exit
Mcap $29,275,580 (mcap == FDV), price ~$0.0293, ATH $0.038079 set 30 Aug, so ~23% off an ATH set ~30 hours earlier. Age 30.3 days. Liquidity $2,087,036 across 22 pairs, vol24h $10,554,601.
Exit impact $5k 0.96%, $15k 2.85%. Net buy to run: 2x $432,239, 3x $763,908, 5x $1,289,859.

## Three frames, corrected
Frame 1 fundamental anchor **$0.4M to $3.0M**: $244,000/yr at the same-chain revenue band (up v3 1.5x, PONS 3.78x, LUTE 5.9x) gives $366k to $1.44M; at the Solana DEX median 12.2x gives $2.98M. DELTA trades at 120x.
Frame 2 live-product floor **$16M to $25M**: top of the RH band (closest analogue HOOKR $16,259,550, 25 days old, also nothing to holders) plus a leader premium, since Delta is the most used product in the set. DELTA at $29.3M is 1.8x above the band top. Fully priced, modestly rich.
Frame 3 narrative ceiling **$50M to $80M, UNBACKED**: set by attention, not fundamentals, because the global category has never produced a valuable token. 1.7x to 2.7x from here.

## Social layer
Narrative owners, both long with size: theunipcs ("i'm still very bullish on $DELTA", 27 Aug) and metaversejoji (~$298,069, ~67% of his fomo book). Zach Humphries (139,811 followers) named it the chain's liquidity infrastructure. CoinMarketCap listed 31 Aug 00:30 UTC.
Tier-one ZERO coverage: blknoiz06 (Ansem), pingucharts, CrashiusClay69, 0xkioto, _0xghost_, dontbuytops.
PHISHING ACTIVE: @ashok13645 and @LinacreGeorgia pushing a "$DELTA holder portal / wallet check is live" with the correct CA and a drainer link. Only deltaliquidity.app is real.
BOT FARM: ~15 near-identical "New listing alert: $DELTA, vote now" posts in six hours from 2-148 follower accounts, all zero likes.

## Verdict, 31 Aug 2026, for a weeks-to-months hold
NO at $29,275,580, but it is a closer call than the first screen said. Fully priced for what it is, cheap only for what it might become. Everything that justifies the price is unannounced, in the one DeFi category that has never produced a valuable token anywhere, while a competitor with no token (Snuggle) earns 7.8x more revenue on the same chain.
TRIGGER TO FLIP TO YES, checkable: feeBps() on 0x5cA6214227D1195c4b7b4B96847b8966c688295D above 100, or any DELTA-denominated buyback appearing on chain (both are 100 and $0 today). Second: Delta deploying its own pools or hook so fees accrue TO it rather than THROUGH it.
BEHAVIOURAL NOTE: Ben asked three times in 48 hours, each time into strength (30 Aug green day, 30 Aug at the ATH, 31 Aug 23% below a 30-hour-old ATH while the chain printed +287% on the month). The chain-growth argument reads best on a flat tape.

## 2026-09-04 ~07:00 UTC — FULL RE-VERIFICATION. Founder history resolved, revenue measured properly, fee-switch dispute settled.
- [stated] Ben, holding $10k DELTA and $7k MOO: "is Delta leading in its category on Robinhood chain, in terms of projects that actually have a token" then "double check everything, go deeper into the founder, I'm surprised DineroDom says the fee switch is not on and you're saying it is."

### THE FEE SWITCH: two different things, and both readings are defensible
1. **Delta's take on user fees is ON at 1% and always has been.** Three independent proofs: (a) `feeBps()` on DeltaLadderManager v3 0x5cA6214227D1195c4b7b4B96847b8966c688295D returns 100; (b) the founder's own MCG interview, reported by @MCGlive 11 Aug: *"the model is simple, a 1% claim fee, kept low on purpose while they focus on getting users on the platform (the AMM revenue comes later)"*; (c) **empirically measured: $11,050 arrived in the treasury over 7 days against ~$1.1M of user fees = 1.005%.**
2. **A fee switch that pays DELTA HOLDERS is OFF and exists in no contract.** That is what @DineroDom0 means, and by that reading he is right.
- **His arithmetic is still wrong where it matters: he prices $8.4M/yr off a 5% take rate. The take is 1%.** At the real rate and today's fee pace it is ~$1.36M/yr, and none reaches holders. In a reply he shows he understands the concept ("Meteora has a 10% take rate and does ~$100k/day"), so the ask is a 5x-10x take-rate rise, not a switch being flipped.

### REVENUE, MEASURED PROPERLY — corrects the "under $10,000 lifetime" figure given earlier the same day
- **METHOD: chunked `eth_getLogs` on Transfer with topic2 = the treasury, no address filter, 1M-block chunks. Then price every token.** Do NOT infer revenue from the treasury's current balance: it forwards and it holds dust.
- **Treasury is 0x266311a44e70363b3d168bcb38cf38cbf2ccc51f and ALL THREE fee-bearing contracts point at it** (VaultFactory 0x68EDc4948F60D21c4a7Dcbb8Ed4500cE6D0b153c, VaultFarmFactory 0x2bdA3FeB985d812a5932fe59eD4D8627BA3A10d1, LadderManager). It has **zero bytes of code**: a bare EOA, no distribution logic.
- **Last 7 days: 957 inbound legs, 274 distinct tokens, 262 priced = $11,050. Annual run rate $576,194.** At today's fee pace ($372k/day of user fees x 1%) the forward rate is **~$1.36M/yr**.
- Cap/revenue at $21.02M: **36.5x trailing, 15.5x forward.** The 31 Aug screen said 120x. **The multiple improved 3x to 8x in four days because revenue tripled, not because price fell.**
- Cross-check that validates the whole measurement: app Total Fees went $508,068 (31 Aug) to $1,624,254 (4 Sep) = ~$1.12M of user fees in 4 days; 1% of that is $11,200 against the $11,050 measured. **The 1% is real and it is being collected.**
- Fees are skimmed **in whatever token the LP was in**, which is why the treasury holds 274 memecoins. Last 24h it received almost nothing (0.0267 PONS + 0.0012 WETH): **collection is batched, not continuous. Never read a 24h window as the run rate here.**

### FOUNDER — involvement in the prior project is CONFIRMED BY HIS OWN ADMISSION
- **@omen_xbt: 864 followers, 372 posts, account created 8 Feb 2026, undoxxed.**
- @nathansternx (5,036f) 23 Aug: *"@omen_xbt previously was involved with building bootstrapliq on Solana, which was possibly bundled and failed/discontinued for sure. Projects X account is deleted too."*
- **@omen_xbt replied the same day and confirmed the link**: *"this was a pumpfun hackathon project that ran for multiple months and unfortunately had to retire the token after not working out which was publicly announced. delta is the only project i am associated with and the current team (aside from myself) is completely unrelated to bootstrap."*
- **The independent account is far harsher. @liquidiotSOL 4 May 2026: *"@bootstrapliq bundled over 85% of their supply, just now consolidated it, and sold it all. It also looks like they were able to extract the liquidity that was compounding as well. Only $4K remaining in liquidity."* Same post warned about "undoxxed devs under brand new X accounts".**
- @Rager (199,820f) asked him publicly on 18 Aug: "Were you on Bootstrap team also? Can you explain what happened there."
- **UNRESOLVED and likely to stay so: bootstrapliq's X account is deleted and no mint address is recoverable from X, so the bundling claim cannot be checked on Solana.** It matters more than a generic founder flag because **bootstrapliq was the same product category as Delta: liquidity bootstrapping.**
- Counterweight: @graildoteth (75,850f) 29 Aug named Delta among the "leading RH infra projects" alongside @longbowlend and @Hookrfun while warning about a different scam (Verona). Co-founders @shcoopzy and @TheVsCrypto are public and posted a reputation statement.

### CATEGORY POSITION, the question Ben actually asked
| protocol | 30d revenue on RH | token | mcap |
|---|---|---|---|
| Snuggle | **$256,310** | **NONE** | — |
| **DELTA** | ~$47,357 (own measurement, DefiLlama does not track Delta's fees) | DELTA | $21.02M |
| LP Agent | $31,205 | none (Solana-only) | — |
| Arcadia V2 | $20,190 | AAA | not priced |
| What The Hook | **$0** | **WTH 0xb8Fa8010833463Aac5595b55B9045479239EfF79** | **$5.08M** |
| Quiver Protocol | $160 | none | — |
| Tirelire | $1 | none | — |
- **DELTA is #1 among RH liquidity managers WITH a token. It is #2 in the category overall, behind Snuggle, which has no token and earns 5.4x more.**
- Snuggle's edge is the take rate: **14% vs Delta's 1%**, on similar gross fees. **Delta raising to Snuggle's own published rate would take it from ~$576k/yr to ~$8M/yr with zero growth. That is the real bull case and it is nobody's promise.**
- **WTH is the category's warning label: $5.08M cap on exactly $0 of revenue.** That is what this chain pays for a liquidity token that earns nothing, and it caps how far "category leader" alone carries DELTA.
- Scale check against the launchpad comparison Ben drew: **Pons does $7,219,332 of 30d revenue and 91% of its category. Delta does $47,357. Pons earns 152x more.**

### Supply, lock and concentration, all re-verified 4 Sep
- **Lock CONFIRMED by direct `getLock(24)` on RobinhoodLocker 0xD0f7d8c6e9f6D80c297bEbe4F7fD1B9C8125C32F**: owner 0x1eafc3e30f9f6ddfc53dc3eab028a31ba4b8b0f8, token DELTA, amount 100,000,000, **unlock timestamp 1801354440 = 2027-01-31 00:14:00 UTC**. Locker is a 4,941-byte contract. 10.00% of supply.
- Top 20 holders = **37.11%** of supply. Excluding the locker, top 19 = 27.11%. Largest single non-locker 3.76% (a 23-byte EIP-7702 wallet 0x551ee8420d4a1711e5f63eb47c532738940805c8), then 2.94% EOA, then the DELTA/WETH pool 0xd64fbda67e1015df43fa5e49f02ca844729e5f94 at 2.69%. **Ordinary distribution, no single dominant holder.**
- Market 4 Sep ~06:50: **mcap $21.02M** (price $0.02102 x 1,000,000,000, supply unchanged), liq $1,531,039, vol24 $7.77M, turnover 5.1x, h6 +13.4%, **-44.8% off the 30 Aug ATH of $0.038079**. App live: Total Fees $1,624,254, TVL $1,633,818.

### Standing method note added by this session
**A "fee switch" claim must always be split in two before it is audited: the PROTOCOL take on users, and the ROUTE from protocol to token holders.** Conflating them produced a flat contradiction between Claude and a promoter when both were describing different, separately checkable facts. Read the take rate off the contract AND measure it empirically from treasury inflow divided by gross user fees; check the route by looking for code at the fee recipient. A bare EOA as fee recipient means there is no route, whatever the take rate is.

## 2026-09-06 — Ben's "they will flip the fee switch later" thesis, and the fee-switch timing benchmarks
- [stated] Ben's thesis: Delta is #1 in its category with all the options; the competitor already takes 5% and Delta only takes 1% to buy adoption and distribution; once established they will raise toward 5% and route a share to holders, which mania-prices the token. He asked when comparable protocols historically make that move (weeks of existence, revenue level, adoption level).

### Benchmark answer, months from launch to fee-to-holders live
Two archetypes, not one. (a) Built in at day 0: GMX, Velodrome/Aerodrome, dYdX v4, Hyperliquid, Curve, xSUSHI, and every ve(3,3) DEX. (b) Retrofit after launch: Ethena ~7 mo (token Apr 2024, fee-switch parameters approved Nov 2024, thresholds explicitly defined not time based: USDe supply, annualised revenue, exchange listings), Jupiter ~12 mo (token Jan 2024, 50% of fees to the Litterbox Trust announced 27 Jan 2025, live Feb 2025, JUP +40% on the announcement), Pump.fun ~18 mo of product before PUMP launched Jul 2025 with buybacks attached, Aave ~5 yr (Aavenomics buy-and-distribute Apr 2025), MakerDAO ~6 yr (Smart Burn Engine Jul 2023), Uniswap ~5 yr (UNIfication proposed 10 Nov 2025, passed Dec 2025 with 99% support, 100M UNI burn).
**Median retrofit for a YOUNG protocol is 12 to 18 months. Blue chips took 5 to 6 years and the delay was legal fear, not strategy.**

### The four real triggers, none of which is elapsed time
1. Growth stops being the priority. Nobody raises a take rate while share is still moving.
2. Revenue is material against the cap. Annual revenue below ~2% of market cap makes the flip a non event; ~5%+ is where it reprices.
3. The token is underperforming and the team needs it to work (this is the Jupiter case, explicitly).
4. Competitive cover: a peer already charges more, so raising does not cost share.

### Applied to DELTA
- Trigger 4 is ALREADY satisfied: Snuggle takes 14%, Meteora 10%. Delta at 1% has cover to raise today.
- **The adoption story is falsified by the same fact: if 1% were buying share, Delta would out-earn the 14% competitor on GROSS fees. It does not. Snuggle earns 5.4x more 30d revenue on similar gross flow. The low take is not buying share, it is leaving money on the table.**
- Trigger 2 fails at today's numbers: at $21.02M cap and $576k trailing to $1.36M forward annual revenue, 100% of revenue to holders is only a 2.7% to 6.5% yield. The mania case needs revenue up ~5x FIRST, or the take rate up 10x, not the route alone.
- Trigger 1 fails: RH chain fees printed +525.78% on the month. Growth is still the priority, which is exactly when protocols historically do NOT raise.
- Route still absent: fee recipient 0x266311a44e70363b3d168bcb38cf38cbf2ccc51f has zero bytes of code (a bare EOA). Take rate still 100 bps on 0x5cA6214227D1195c4b7b4B96847b8966c688295D.
- **Base-rate estimate given to Ben: 3 to 9 months, and it follows a flattening in chain fee growth, it does not precede it.**

## 2026-09-06 (2) — Is the fee switch a sell-the-news event? Evidence, and a CORRECTION to the heuristic given one message earlier
- [stated] Ben's thesis, verbatim in substance: DELTA is undervalued key Robinhood Chain infrastructure that will keep growing, tokens will always need liquidity and Delta is "the main liquidity provider" on the chain; it is cheap because it ran up hard and people are now scared to buy; the number one liquidity provider on the main chain of the cycle is worth at least $100M and in a bull run $500M to $1B.

### CORRECTION. I told Ben earlier the same day that a flip reprices only when annual cash to holders is ~5%+ of market cap. **That heuristic is WRONG and the data says so.**
Tokenomist study of 15 buyback programmes, price measured against BTC 30 days after announcement: **AAVE beat BTC (+29.1%) on a 2% yield. PUMP did NOT, on a 36% yield.** Buyback yields measured: PUMP 36%, RAY 15%, JUP 9%, PENDLE 7%, HYPE 6%, AAVE 2%. **Yield size does not predict the outcome.**

### THE REAL BASE RATE, and it is brutal
- **"About half beat Bitcoin 7 days after announcing, but by 30 days only OKB and AAVE clearly beat it."** UNI **-21.5% vs BTC** at 30 days despite the largest fee switch in DeFi history (UNIfication, +47% pop on 10 Nov 2025, gone by the vote on 26 Dec). JUP burn vote **-22.7%**. HYPE **-13.0%**. ASTER -3.8%.
- Bill Hsu's independent 2025 study of the top 10 buyback spenders: **only 3 of 10 beat BTC (AAVE, HYPE, SKY).**
- **CONCLUSION: the fee-switch announcement is a 7-day pop that is historically given back by day 30. It is the EXIT, not the entry.**

### The three conditions that actually decide it (Hsu). All three must hold; missing one kills the excess return regardless of buyback size.
1. Meaningful buyback relative to supply. 2. **Flat or falling circulating supply** net of vesting and emissions. 3. **Improving fundamentals**: revenue and TVL growth plus competitive position.
Failures were failures of condition 2 or 3, not of size: JUP, AERO, PUMP, ETHFI all lost to supply inflation; RAY and GMX to revenue decline and competition.

### DELTA scored on the three conditions
1. Buyback: **FAIL today.** No route exists (fee recipient 0x266311a44e70363b3d168bcb38cf38cbf2ccc51f has zero bytes of code) and the take is 100 bps.
2. Supply: **PASS until 31 Jan 2027**, then 100,000,000 DELTA (10% of supply, +11% to float) unlocks from RobinhoodLocker 0xD0f7d8c6e9f6D80c297bEbe4F7fD1B9C8125C32F lock id 24. **A fee-switch announcement landing near that unlock is the classic condition-2 failure setup.**
3. Fundamentals: **STRONG PASS.** Revenue roughly tripled in four days (31 Aug to 4 Sep), app Total Fees $508,068 to $1,624,254, chain fees +525.78% on the month.
**So the tradeable thesis is condition 3, not the switch. Buy the fee BASE, sell into the fee-SWITCH announcement.**

### BLIND SPOTS named on Ben's $1B thesis
1. **CATEGORY ERROR, the big one: Delta is not a liquidity provider. Users provide the liquidity; Delta is a management layer on Uniswap V3/V4 pools with a 1% skim on claims.** It does not own the pools, the orderflow or the fees. It can be routed around: the same positions work on Uniswap directly at 0%. The billion-dollar comps he is thinking of (Uniswap, Aerodrome, Jupiter, Raydium, Meteora) all OWN the venue. That is the whole difference.
2. **Base rate: no liquidity manager token anywhere on earth has ever been worth $1B, or $100M.** Largest pure play is Altura AVLT at $7,162,323. KMNO $135M but 93.8% of Kamino's TVL is Lend, not the CL product. 6 of the top 15 LMs by TVL have no token at all.
3. **Snuggle, no token, takes 14% and earns 5.4x Delta's 30d revenue on the same chain.** "Number one" is true only among RH liquidity managers WITH a token.
4. Founder @omen_xbt confirmed by his own admission he built bootstrapliq, same category, dead, with a public 85%-bundling allegation from @liquidiotSOL.
5. **"It ran up and now people are scared, so it is cheap" is a statement about other people, not about the asset.** It is not a valuation input and it is the same argument that was available at the 30 Aug ATH.

### What $100M and $1B actually require, arithmetic
At the RH revenue band (up v3 1.5x, PONS 3.78x) to the Solana DEX median (~12x): **$100M cap needs roughly $8M to $25M/yr of revenue.** Today ~$576k trailing, ~$1.36M forward. That is take rate 1% to 10% (10x) PLUS chain fee base roughly 2x. **Reachable in a chain-5x scenario.** **$1B needs $70M to $260M/yr, which is Uniswap scale and has no precedent in this category. It requires Delta to become the venue (its own pools or hook) rather than the layer.**
**That is the single re-rate to watch, and it is the same trigger already in this file: fees accruing TO Delta rather than THROUGH it.**

## 2026-09-06 ~07:00 UTC — "How likely is Delta to launch its own pools or a v4 hook?" Checked on chain. THREE CORRECTIONS.
- [stated] Ben asked how likely Delta is to do the one thing named as the real re-rate trigger: launch its own pools or a Uniswap v4 hook so fees accrue TO it rather than THROUGH it.

### CORRECTION 1 — PRICE. The file said $21.02M on 4 Sep. It is now $10,980,094.
Price $0.010980, DELTA/WETH pool 0xd64fbda67e1015df43fa5e49f02ca844729e5f94, liq $895,274, vol24 $2,887,501, h24 **-23.3%**. **-71.2% off the 30 Aug ATH of $0.0380793.** Daily closes since the top: 0.02751, 0.02292, 0.01854, 0.01329, 0.01873, 0.01585, 0.01246, 0.01098. **Volume is fading with it: 11,112,979 on the ATH day to 841,546 today. That is a bleed on falling participation, not a capitulation flush.** The market cap has roughly HALVED in two days while every fundamental in this file improved.

### CORRECTION 2 — the treasury is NOT a bare EOA any more. My 4 Sep line "zero bytes of code" is now wrong.
`eth_getCode` on 0x266311a44e70363b3d168bcb38cf38cbf2ccc51f returns `0xef010063c0c19a282a1b52b07dd5a65b58948a07dae32b`: an **EIP-7702 delegation designator** pointing at 0x63c0c19a282a1b52b07dd5a65b58948a07dae32b (11,185 bytes, exposes multiSend 0xe9ae5c53, no mint / pause / owner). **It is a batching smart wallet, NOT a distribution contract. The conclusion is unchanged: still no route to holders.** Standing method fix: on this chain always read the 0xef0100 prefix before calling an address a bare EOA.

### CORRECTION 3 — the treasury began SELLING the collected fee tokens on 6 Sep, and it is not buying DELTA
~20 swaps between 06:18 and 06:28 UTC on 6 Sep through the Uniswap **UniversalRouter 0x8876789976decbfcbbbe364623c63652db8c0904** (selector 0x3593564c), each preceded by an approve (0x095ea7b3) and interleaved with NFPM multicalls to 0xcaf681a66d020601342297493863e78c959e5cb2 (0xac9650d8). **Treasury DELTA balance is 67,136.84 DELTA = ~$737 = 0.0067% of supply, which is fee dust from DELTA-paired LPs, not accumulation.** Their first act on a real fee stream was to convert it to cash, while the token was 71% down. **That is the opposite of a buyback and it is the single most informative behavioural datapoint in this file.**

### THE ANSWER: no shipping evidence for an AMM or hook. Zero contract deployments by either team wallet.

- **Estimate given to Ben: a real AMM or owned venue inside 6 months ~15% to 25%. A v4 hook, a far smaller build on rails they already touch, ~35% to 45%. And a hook that only automates the existing shaping does NOT re-rate anything: the prize requires owning the pool, not decorating someone else's.**
