- Deep dive run 27 Aug 2026 on DTF (Down to Finance, 0xeE5576Fa1Bcaa380e591D01245f406f3f384eb01, Robinhood Chain, launched via Pons v2 on 25 Aug 01:35 UTC)
- Token contract IS verified but is a stock PonsV2LauncherToken: fixed 1B supply, ERC20Burnable, deployer holds no privileges, and it contains NO staking, fee-accrual or buyback logic. Deployer 0xeD1FA21329fc45860cAB5D5E26a5fafcCDAcd6D5, bonding curve 0x912467Fc912f0F88dF3B0d221946de78f38D4559 (still holds 32.36% of supply as unsold curve inventory), launch factory 0x7eD598BcEf8bd9Edd8C97A195C6d13f40801EC7e, V2LaunchLocker 0x267444D099b10fB5Ed7c3Cc7B7c767AdcA574952 (8.16%)
- True ATH $0.00913 = about $9.1M mcap at 25 Aug 10:00 UTC. Spot 27 Aug 03:50 UTC $0.00362 = 60% off ATH at 50 hours old. Aggregate liquidity about $496k across 27 pools, 24h volume $4.9M, 7,940 holders
- THE key finding, a three-way $DTF ticker collision. (1) Down to Finance, the launch above. (2) DeFi Traded Fund @DefiTradedFund at 0x5Edb417509a869b1D8222dEa05257B8c8Ba00361, a SEPARATE Robinhood Chain project launched 30 Jul, site dtf.finance, hourly tokenized-stock premium draws, $151k treasury, 62.7% staked. Nearly every bullish "treasury / staking / $35k paid to stakers / 38.2% of supply staked / three weeks old" claim circulating about Down to Finance actually belongs to this other project. (3) An impersonator at 0x2ec89afba136119c5252fc47d14e2bd2144b10d2 with fake socials x.com/downtofinancerh and downtofinance.cc, running $38.2M of 24h volume on $398k liquidity (96x wash ratio), which outranks the real token on a DexScreener ticker search. Plus five more copycat "Down to Finance" tokens on Robinhood Chain and one on Solana
- Dev claim status: dev is @NCyotee, GitHub cyotee ("Cyotee Doge", 233 repos, long real history, indexedex and crane in Solidity). His claim "I can be verified as the first Olympus dev by checking their Github" FAILS on the evidence he himself offered: zero commits by cyotee in OlympusDAO/olympus-contracts, and he is not among its 14 contributors for 2021-2022 (olyzeus, mirru2532, JExtor, Zayen-X, ind-igo, c-n-o-t-e, FinagleLord, tonypiano, kushal256, Paul4912, 0xJem, 0xLienid, 0xOcnus, 0xdavinchee). His own explanation is that Zeus refused to let him commit. The widely repeated "contributor to EIP-2535" claim is also unsupported: sole author is Nick Mudge
- Product reality check: app.downto.finance on Robinhood mainnet says "No live DETF is listed on this network yet" and "Audits: pending". The only thing pointed at as a shipped DETF is FORGE 0xc64c7ab97334d7ba02af107fd30d754fcc648b42, a $13k mcap community mascot token. Verified TRUE: LBank listed DTF/USDT on 26 Aug with the correct contract address
- Specific unverified bear claim worth watching: @espander_r says he lost a 1.11 WETH bond when a bot drained three DETF vaults in a single transaction via share pricing off a broken pool. Telegram posting was shut off 26 Aug, dev citing a FUD campaign
- Smart-money position: unipcs (BonkGuy) holds $75.7k / 21.8M DTF at a $3.5M mcap average entry, so roughly flat, not an early winner, and his own Fomo thesis is a warning about the impersonator token. The verified-clean Capture Board wallet 0x7e3ba68c49561aae7c23c1d20fef0f1d7615a3ad still holds exactly 6,082,346 DTF, token count unchanged, bought 25 Aug at $0.00640, now about 44% underwater and has not sold a single token
