## VERDICT 16 Sep 2026 09:45 Bangkok: NO, NOT NOW. Not a permanent no. Short list with a trigger.
Ben asked "is INU a good buy?". The drawdown alone was NOT the reason (his standing rule forbids that). The structure, the volume and the measured net flow were.

## THE THREE FACTS THAT DECIDED IT
1. **Net SELLING, measured.** Over the last ~27h, **23.62% of total supply was sold into the pools and 20.48% was bought out, so net +3.14% of supply moved INTO the pools** while price fell 33.6%. 298 distinct sellers, 420 distinct buyers. **The top "seller" is a CONTRACT doing 29.7% of all selling, so it is a router aggregating retail flow, NOT one whale dumping. Do not call it a whale.** Method: eth_getLogs on the token, 120,000-block windows, group transfers by whether the counterparty is PoolManager `0x8366a39CC670B4001A1121B8F6A443A643e40951`. 33,261 transfers in 27h.
2. **No base. Three straight lower daily closes** 0.00771214 -> 0.00474907 -> 0.00389437, and 4h lower highs 0.0118537 -> 0.0094269 -> 0.00855514 -> 0.00687581 -> 0.00646116 -> 0.0051319. Today's low **$0.00371947** is a new low for the move.
3. **Volume collapsing, which rules out reaccumulation.** Daily pool volume $4,462,779 (14 Sep) -> $1,611,672 (15 Sep) -> **$332,838 (16 Sep so far)**. Reaccumulation holds price on steady volume; this is price down AND volume down, i.e. abandonment.

## WHAT IS GENUINELY GOOD, AND IT IS WHY THIS IS NOT A PERMANENT NO
- **INU OWNS THE AAPL LANE ON VOLUME.** GeckoTerminal paginated, 60 AAPL pools (never use the 30-pool DexScreener read for a lane claim): **INU pool liq $707,264 / v24 $1,547,035**; nearest meme rival **ICOIN `0x5d6ef090a1461b11c9427ac319260122d1c61e18` liq $685,842 but v24 only $398,228**; then AP `0x69c68e4c00c6f6e4ac027300293a879be1e11e18` $318,777/$15,386, AAPLCAT `0x73a9999f6e9db138e1ae4595fde049a401161e18` $148,092/$20,916, DUO `0x56aaa501fa9eb6670d6175d686957434c3d21e18`, PENPE `0xb83fc6010c8dcf628abe787a161c619fcc543117`. **INU does ~3.9x the nearest meme rival's volume.** AAPL token is `0xaF3D76f1834A1d425780943C99Ea8A608f8a93f9`.
- Contract is clean on the fatal column: **44-byte EIP-1167 minimal proxy, so the logic is hardcoded and cannot be upgraded.** symbol INU, 18 decimals, **fixed supply 999,562,876** with no maxSupply(), 2,478,626.44 already burned. It DOES expose `owner()` = `0xeb7c034704ef8dcd2d32324c1545f62fb4ad0862`, unexamined.

## SNAPSHOT 16 Sep 2026 09:41 Bangkok
Price **$0.003963**, cap = FDV **$3,952,048** (was ~$9.17M on 15 Sep morning, and ~$7.73M when first noted). Pools 11, aggregate liquidity **$752,732**, v24 $2,636,823. Deepest pool AAPL `0x7e271c400427ecb727f5fbb27dec69254bce7c4219e95e3535d0ed128f79648a` $614,197; then USDG $89,114, WETH $36,099. **Pair created 11 Sep 2026 07:53 BKK, so five days old.** Change 1h -16.23%, 6h -34.89%, 24h -33.63%. Txns 24h **2,565 buys / 2,580 sells** with price down 33.6%, so the sells carry more dollars: counts alone would have said "balanced" and been wrong.
**High $0.0118537 set 14 Sep. Now -66.6% off it.**

## THE TRIGGER TO LOOK AGAIN
**A daily close above $0.0051319 (the 16 Sep high), which would be the first higher daily close in three days, AND the 27h net pool flow turning negative (net buying out).** Both, not either. Re-run the seller-ledger method above to check the second one; price alone is not enough after a 5-day launch spike.
**Give up on it if** it keeps printing lower daily lows below $0.00371947 on falling volume for another two days, or if the AAPL-lane volume lead passes to ICOIN.

## METHOD NOTE WORTH KEEPING
The RPC silently returns nothing for eth_getLogs windows that exceed its result cap on a busy token: 500,000-block windows returned 0 logs for a token doing thousands of transfers a day, while **120,000-block windows returned 2,700 to 7,100 logs each and worked every time**. A zero-log window on an active token is a CAP, not an absence. Always print the per-window count and treat zeros as suspect.
