# OURO / OuroLayer, screened 8 Sep 2026 ~02:30 UTC (age 5.5 days)

Token `0x8Ea0eB3505f5B3Bd2BbEa0fEBae0cE850cC73ecc`. Pool `0x4abc526118181921d76bf184896938ae7c8fc0921abce79ebef3d36a622968a5` (Uniswap v4, ETH/OURO). Site ourolayer.com + /docs. X @OuroLayer (518 followers). Launched **2 Sep 2026 15:28 UTC on letscash.fun**.

## THE MECHANISM, and every leg of it was verified on chain
- 5% tax in ETH on every buy and sell, taken by **letscash's shared trading hook `0x75A54357D9C78a2Db19004a5FDc76c50F9242AEC`**, fixed at launch, no party can change it. The pool charges no LP fee on top.
- Documented split of the 5%: **2% airdrop · 2% protocol-owned LP · 0.7% ops · 0.3% letscash platform fee.**
- Airdrop leg buys CASHCAT and PONS at market and sends them to every wallet holding **>= 100,000 OURO**.
- LP leg buys the same tokens and pairs them into **full-range Uniswap v3 positions the protocol keeps**. 80% of the fees those positions earn is airdropped, 20% compounds back in.

### THE MONEY, TRACED END TO END. All four legs reconcile.
| leg | address | amount |
|---|---|---|
| Tax claimer (pulls tax out of the hook) | 0xd8E6c485aC9210A33B434325FAD5743310102405 | **47.1778 ETH in = $117,549** |
| -> Airdrop wallet | 0xEA1B87B70852e48FDcA9262Ca91018C44C19001c | 19.0287 ETH = $47,412 (**40.3%**) |
| -> Reserve | 0xa2d45d2454B4029be1a0c33ae9f5cb1b5dc6C84D | 18.8207 ETH = $46,894 (**39.9%**) |
| -> Ops | 0x84b3ba9D736d15AC8A3b248B52A370dc18ED799A | 9.3092 ETH = $23,195 (**19.7%**) |
- Documented split implies 42.6 / 42.6 / 14.9 of what they control. **Measured 40.3 / 39.9 / 19.7. The airdrop and LP legs match the docs; ops runs about five points hot.** Ops is a bare EOA and that $23,195 is the team's real take so far.
- Airdrop distributor contract `0x0bd09D209292c3359885adDBF9CF94A7AEcC369F` (2,268 bytes) exists but has paid nothing yet: every payout so far came straight from the airdrop wallet, matching the docs' "the first ones by hand".

### THE AIRDROP IS REAL AND IT IS RUNNING. This is the headline.
- **7,315 CASHCAT payout legs and 7,315 PONS payout legs, to 770 distinct wallets, 31,238.20 CASHCAT + 9,452.39 PONS = $13,246 paid.** First 3 Sep 04:57 UTC, **last 8 Sep 02:00 UTC, thirty minutes before the screen.**
- Still queued in the airdrop wallet: 47,347.02 CASHCAT ($9,460) + 12,240.62 PONS ($9,070) + 5.6699 ETH ($14,127) = **$32,657 waiting to go out.**
- $13,246 paid + $32,657 waiting = $45,903 against $47,412 received. Reconciles.
- **The ourolayer.com /airdrops and /ledger pages render client-side and show "$0 across 0 cycles" before the JS loads. That is a placeholder, NOT the state. Verify from the chain, never from those pages.**

### THE RESERVE IS REAL. NAV $45,685, both positions in range.
| position | pair | value |
|---|---|---|
| v3 NFT id 980145 | CASHCAT/WETH 0.30% | 72,576.66 CASHCAT + 2.58 WETH = **$20,940** |
| v3 NFT id 980098 | WETH/PONS 0.30% | 4.73 WETH + 17,477.38 PONS = **$24,745** |
- Against 18.8207 ETH ($46,894) deposited, so NAV is 97.4% of cost after a few days of divergence. Honest.
- Held by the Reserve EOA `0xa2d45d2454B4029be1a0c33ae9f5cb1b5dc6C84D`, position manager `0x73991a25C818Bf1f1128dEAaB1492D45638DE0D3`. **It is an EOA with no locker, same structural exposure as MARLIN's desk: nothing but the team's word stops it being withdrawn.**

## THE TEAM VEST IS THE BEST ONE MEASURED ON THIS CHAIN
- **122,925,013 OURO = 12.29% of supply in Sablier Lockup `0x548129a58bC230549DF7F9e33f27E77F6779ff0f`, stream 156.**
- Start **2 Sep 2026 16:20 UTC** · **CLIFF 2 MARCH 2027 16:10 UTC** · end **2 Sep 2027 16:20 UTC**.
- `getWithdrawnAmount` 0 · `streamedAmountOf` 0 · `withdrawableAmountOf` 0 · **`isCancelable` FALSE** (the team cannot claw it back early) · `isTransferable` true (the stream NFT can be sold, the tokens still cannot come out before the cliff).
- Recipient and sender are both `0x328a0309d8eb9ce4a9bf5ab8acf1e1391df98586`.
- **Zero team supply can reach the market before 2 March 2027.** This is why DexScreener shows mcap $5.09M against FDV $5.81M.

## CONTRACT
- **45-byte EIP-1167 minimal-proxy clone of `0xd6da7f07ee822c8538c901217b37d1e7d86c76e5`**, letscash's standard token implementation. A selector scan of the PROXY finds nothing, which is expected and is not evidence of safety: the powers live in the shared implementation. Supply fixed at 1,000,000,000.
- Other addresses from the docs: v3 factory `0x1f7d7550B1b028f7571E69A784071F0205FD2EfA`, v3 factory owner (takes 1/6 of pool fees) `0x05C420bC4823e039AA4dA645eDde743486dAAA25`, v4 PoolManager `0x8366a39CC670B4001A1121B8F6A443A643e40951`, WETH `0x0Bd7D308f8E1639FAb988df18A8011f41EAcAD73`.

## MARKET AND HOLDERS, 8 Sep ~02:30 UTC
- **mcap $5,752,336 · ATH $6,966,682 set at 08 Sep 02:00 UTC, the hour of the screen, so -17.4% off a high one hour old.**
- **ZERO percent of all volume ever traded has been above the current price.** No overhead supply at all. The exact opposite of PAR (96% above) and MARLIN (63% above).
- The move: $1,632,465 mcap at 07 Sep 22:00 to $5,752,336 at 08 Sep 02:00, **a 3.5x in four hours**, on hourly volume jumping from $20k-40k to $392,664 then $381,218. RSI(14) hourly 65.5, not yet overbought.
- Liquidity $277,502 · v24 $2,758,296 · h24 buys 3,117 / sells 2,413.
- **Holder sweep reconciles exactly to 1.0. 1,301 holders**, 2,962 addresses touched, 22,898 Transfer logs. **383 wallets hold >= 100,000 OURO, i.e. qualify for the airdrop**, against 770 that have been paid historically, so roughly half the paid cohort has since dropped below the line.
- **No whale. Largest real holder 2.72%, then 2.47%, 2.03%, 1.99%, 1.99%. Top 10 excluding the vest and the pool = 20.90%.** The v4 PoolManager holds only 2.42% of supply, so the tradeable float in the pool is thin.

| HOOD10 | 0x0D257cA40d40090BE60C2d2Ed5bB3535392838cc | $483,321 |
- Category band is HOOD10 $0.48M, OURO $5.75M, Index $38.3M. **Index is the same idea WITHOUT banking half the tax as permanent LP, and it trades at 6.7x OURO.**

## CHAIN CONTEXT
- RH TVL **$898,095,113**, +23.6% 7d, +90.2% 30d, +859.8% 60d. DEX volume 24h **$1,512,225,057**, 7d $11.43B, 30d $26.44B. Chain revenue 24h $3,375,169 across 152 protocols.
- OURO is **0.182% of chain DEX volume**. Its 5% tax on $2.76M/day is **$137,915/day, which is 4.09% of all Robinhood Chain protocol revenue and would rank it about #4 on the chain.** That is a launch-week number and must not be annualised.
- Launchpad letscash.fun: revenue 24h $7,850, 7d $36,424, 30d $301,537. CASHCAT `0x020bfC650A365f8BB26819deAAbF3E21291018b4` is its token, $195,276,539.

## TOLL BOOTH TEST and SLOT OWNERSHIP
- **TOLL BOOTH: FAILS in the strict sense.** OURO taxes only its own trading. It has no take rate on anyone else's flow, exactly like MARLIN and PAR. Revenue is 100% reflexive.
- **BUT it is the only one of the three that converts the reflexive revenue into a permanent asset.** MARLIN builds a book and pays holders nothing. PAR burns and pays nothing else. OURO pays holders in other tokens AND banks half the tax as LP that keeps earning after the volume dies. @goon_crypto (9,241f) put it correctly: *"most tax tokens spend 100% of the fee the second it lands, so the payout is only ever as strong as today's volume. $OURO banks half of every tax as lp instead of spending it."* **Verified true.**
- **Attention rank: LOW.** 518 followers. **Tier one ZERO on all nine checked** (blknoiz06, theunipcs, pingucharts, CrashiusClay69, 0xkioto, _0xghost_, metaversejoji, dontbuytops, thejbullmarket). They tagged @theunipcs directly on 7 Sep and got no reply.
- **Structural rank on value actually delivered: FIRST of every RH token screened in this session.** $13,246 paid to 770 wallets is more than MARLIN ($0), PAR (burn only, no assets to holders) or NUDES ($0) have ever delivered.

## CLAIM AUDIT
- "Every $OURO trade pays a 5% tax" - **CONFIRMED**, hook-level, and the split measured 40.3/39.9/19.7 against a documented 42.6/42.6/14.9.
- "We have sent the first two by hand" - **CONFIRMED and understated**: 7,315 legs to 770 wallets across roughly nine or ten cycles.
- "Protocol owned liquidity it never hands out" - **the positions are CONFIRMED at $45,685, the "never hands out" is UNVERIFIABLE** because the Reserve is a bare EOA with no locker.
- "Holders are paid twice" - **CONFIRMED in structure**, though the second leg (Reserve fees) is still tiny: uncollected fees measured at 0.8385 CASHCAT and 0.17 PONS, and the docs say a collection only runs at $100 accrued.
- Ops share running at 19.7% against a documented 14.9% - **UNRESOLVED**, could be gas reimbursement inside the same wallet.
- X FUD on the tax rate (@RoyalTisLoyalty, 7 Sep) was answered by the team with a letscash link; the 5% is confirmed at the hook, so the FUD was wrong.
- Named public team member: **@thisistheshawn (3,610 followers)**, posts as "Shawn from the OuroLayer team".

## OURO vs DELTA vs UNISWAP, asked 8 Sep 2026 02:45 UTC. The distinction is WHOSE MONEY PAYS YOU.
- [stated] Ben: "what project does this compare to? is this better than delta given delta is just a layer on top of Uniswap? Do they own their own pools like Uniswap does? And how is the value accrual compared to delta?"
- **THREE DIFFERENT BUSINESSES, and the framing has to be inverted.**
  1. **Uniswap owns the VENUE.** Every trade on it pays. A toll on all flow.
  2. **DELTA rents a SERVICE on top of the venue.** It takes a cut of the LP fees that OTHER people's positions earn. It owns no pools and no venue. **External revenue.**
  3. **OURO is a CUSTOMER of the venue that owns its own positions.** It taxes its own trading and buys LP with the proceeds. **Reflexive revenue: its holders' money recycled.**
- **So "DELTA is just a layer on top of Uniswap" is true but cuts the other way. DELTA's layer earns from strangers. OURO's layer earns only from itself. On the toll booth test DELTA PASSES and OURO FAILS.**
- **DO THEY OWN THEIR OWN POOLS? Neither owns an AMM, and neither is building one.** DELTA: every manager references the v3 NFPM `0x73991a25C818Bf1f1128dEAaB1492D45638DE0D3` and NOT the v4 PoolManager, and the deployer has never used CREATE2, which a v4 hook address mechanically requires (see [[delta-liquidity-2]]). **OURO owns LIQUIDITY ($45,685 of positions it controls). DELTA owns a CUSTOMER BASE (13,965 positions belonging to other people). Neither owns the toll booth.**

| holders | 15,364 | 1,301 |
- **cap / revenue: OURO 0.6x · DELTA 1.7x at the new 7.5% take if usage holds · DELTA 12.9x on the old measured 1% · The Index 8.8x** (cap $38,108,123 against $356,912 of 30d revenue = $4,342,761/yr).
- **THE ANSWER TO "IS OURO BETTER": DELTA IS THE BETTER BUSINESS. OURO IS THE BETTER PROOF.** DELTA earns from strangers, has 12x the holders and 20x the positions; its route is 20 hours old and has fired exactly once. OURO earns only from its own chart, but its route has paid 770 wallets roughly ten times over five days and it banks half the take into an asset that outlives the volume.
- **THE RISK THAT SEPARATES THEM IS DIFFERENT IN KIND.** DELTA's risk is that a 1% to 7.5% fee raise drives its LPs away, which is unresolved and only 20 hours old. OURO's risk is that its own trading volume dies, which is the ordinary fate of a six-day-old token and which MARLIN and PAR both demonstrated inside this same session.
- **THE CORRECT COMP FOR OURO IS NOT DELTA. It is The Index `0x56910D4409F3a0C78C64DD8D0545FF0705389870`** ($38,108,123 cap, $4,342,761/yr revenue, 8.8x, same idea and named on Ouro's own site) **and HOOD10 `0x0D257cA40d40090BE60C2d2Ed5bB3535392838cc`** ($483,321). DELTA is a different category: a position manager, not a tax token.
- Market note: OURO printed $5,752,336 at 02:30 and $4,859,575 at 02:42, so it gave back 15% in twelve minutes off the ATH. Fast tape, quote it with a timestamp.

## THE SITE'S OWN COMPARISON TABLE, AUDITED ON CHAIN 8 Sep 2026 ~02:50 UTC
Ben screenshotted ourolayer.com comparing OURO to **HOOD10 `0x0D257cA40d40090BE60C2d2Ed5bB3535392838cc`** and **The Index `0x56910D4409F3a0C78C64DD8D0545FF0705389870`**, which is the same ring this file already named. Their key checkable row is "Parallel pools": site text reads *"competitors captured only 6% to 36% of their own volume. Ouro seals the known venues in the launch transaction itself, before any of their pools exist. 16 venues sealed at deploy."*

**Method (reusable): v4 Initialize topic0 `0xdd466e674ea557f56295e2d0218a125ea4b4f0f6f3307b95f85e6110838d6438` on PoolManager `0x8366a39cc670b4001a1121b8f6a443a643e40951`, filter topic1 = pool id (or topic2/topic3 = padded token to enumerate every pool for a token), read `hooks` from data word 3. A pool with hooks = `0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000` pays NO tax. Then weight by DexScreener h24 volume per pool.** ModifyLiquidity topic0 `0xf208f4912782fd25c7f114ca3723a2d5dd6f3bcc3ac8db5af63baa85f711d5ec`.

| OURO | "16 venues sealed" (implies ~100%) | **87.1%** | 88.4% | **site OVERSELLS ITSELF** |

- **"16 venues sealed at deploy" is FALSE as written.** Launch tx `0x09f377851a09fb82c4a571a4725dda1453af8b4bcdcd56fb5262a9350974aa00` (block 52681884) contains **13 logs, exactly ONE Initialize and ONE ModifyLiquidity**. One pool was created at deploy, not sixteen.
- **Full enumeration: OURO has 12 v4 pools ever created. ONE carries the letscash hook `0x75A54357D9C78a2Db19004a5FDc76c50F9242AEC` (the ETH pool, fee=0). ELEVEN have hooks = `0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000` and pay zero tax.**
- **The leak is real and it is an outsider's.** Untaxed OURO/USDG pool `0x07af578f8be1b3fb0cb0d1bcda5e8ede108a22740f75eeaff7dd660bf1ce5b64`, fee 5%, **created 4 Sep 2026 13:56 UTC by EOA `0x0d75eeef6716038ac8712ae5286b667747f578e3`**, which matches none of OURO's known wallets (claimer, airdrop, reserve, ops, vest). 508 ModifyLiquidity events, all routed through position manager `0x58daec3116aae6d93017baaea7749052e8a04fa7` (23,877 bytes). It now carries **11.1% of all OURO volume, $368,399/24h**.
- **Money size of the leak: $426,549 of $3,311,954 daily volume is untaxed, so roughly $21,327/day of tax is never collected**, against $144,270/day that is.
- **STRUCTURAL POINT, and it generalises to every letscash tax token: a v4 venue CANNOT be sealed.** The hooks address is a field of the PoolKey, so anyone can always initialise the identical pair with hooks = zero and trade tax free. Pre-creating pools only wins the default router path; it cannot exclude anyone. Any "sealed venues" marketing on a v4 tax token should be treated as FALSE by construction and then measured.
- **Net read: the site's comparison still points the right way (87% vs 42% vs 5%), OURO genuinely leaks least of the three, but it is not sealed and the leak opened two days after launch.** Add "untaxed parallel pool share" to the falsifier list: if it rises above roughly 25%, the tax leg and therefore the airdrop leg are being structurally undercut.

## VERDICT 8 Sep 2026
- **Best verified value accrual on Robinhood Chain, and it is mid-breakout at its all-time high, not cheap.**
- Frames: **anchor $1.5M-$4M** (hard assets $78,342, airdrop run rate $8,613/day = 55% of cap a year, but volume-dependent) · **live-product floor $2M-$6M** (INJOH $2.03M to DELTA $13.6M band; OURO sits inside it) · **ceiling $38M**, which is precisely where Index trades doing the same thing with a weaker mechanism.
- FOR: airdrops verifiably paid to 770 wallets; a real $45,685 Reserve that survives a volume drought; a six-month non-cancelable team cliff; no whale; zero overhead supply; 4% of chain revenue.
- AGAINST: revenue is entirely its own volume on day 6 (MARLIN and PAR both proved how fast that decays); the Reserve is $45,685 against a $5.75M cap, so it needs roughly 10x before it matters; the Reserve sits in a bare EOA; ops takes more than documented; zero tier one; and it is 3.5x in four hours.
- **Falsifiers:** (1) no airdrop leg leaves `0xEA1B87B70852e48FDcA9262Ca91018C44C19001c` for 48 hours (2) the Reserve's v3 NFTs 980145 and 980098 move or `decreaseLiquidity` is called (3) daily volume falls below $250k, which cuts the airdrop to under $800/day.
- **Upgrade trigger:** Reserve NAV above $500,000, which is the point at which the LP leg alone pays holders regardless of trading volume.
- Source note: GeckoTerminal 429'd twice and needed 30s cooldowns; Blockscout v2 needed retries throughout. Dune was not used (out of datapoints for the billing cycle). fomo and purealpha not checked, the Mac bridge was flaky this session.
