# PAIRCAT `0xaB17AC43baBe0Fdce418997a56a7ea0236F57950`, screened 6 Sep 2026 ~11:50 UTC

Ben pasted the bare CA and asked: deployer, bundles, is the SPY link real, is the vault visible, are the flows visible, is anything happening. Companion to [[pair-fund]], [[stonks-onchain-lanes]], [[operator-graph-2]], [[rh-memestock-arena]].

## THE HEADLINE: no bundle at launch, but the creator bought 5.23% in two minutes and had dumped all of it within eight.

## Identity and market
- **PairCat / PAIRCAT**, launched **6 Sep 2026 10:50:50 UTC** (tx `0x10e9f16e48768f7cfee54ec266a89f5813055ec6dfcbaca6285fd88faf3ad8d7`), so ~1 hour old at screen.
- **mcap $26,398 = FDV**, price $0.00002235 to $0.0000264, supply exactly 1,000,000,000, agg liquidity **$15,973**, vol24 **$95,707**, turnover **6.0x**, **holders 168**, 3 pairs. h1 578 buys / 425 sells, m5 23/6, +665% on the day.
- **Standalone 3,217-byte token, NOT a clone.** Selector scan: **no `mint`, `pause`, `blacklist`, `setFee`, `setMaxWallet`, `transferOwnership`, `updateName`, `updateSymbol`, `grantRole`.** Nothing burned at `0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD`. On powers alone it is clean.
- Launchpad **pair.fund**, `ammVersion V4_MULTI` but **weightBps 10000, i.e. a single SPY pair despite the "multi" label**. Hook **`0x16d1560630ce74af4218...`** correction: hook is **`0x16d1560630ce74af4478d9b8ad46548a092a2000`, verified `PairV4Hook`**, poolFee **10000 = 1% each way**, tickSpacing 200, poolId `0xe612632abe720b3d13ed78088660d37d41cc09bf2cd6bcda802caddc4a7e86d6`.
- **Graduation 51.5% of a $12,600 target** (`graduationTargetUsdE8` 1260000000000). `graduated: false`, `flagged: false`, `hidden: false`, 0 moderation actions.

## IS THE SPY LINK REAL? YES, and it is the whole float.
- Quote token **`0x117cc2133c37b721f49de2a7a74833232b3b4c0c`**, `name()` = **"SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust • Robinhood Token"**, symbol SPY. Genuine tokenized SPY, not an impersonator.
- **100% of 24h volume is in the SPY pool** ($93,793 of $95,707). The WETH pool holds $616 and the USDG pool $21. **Its entire bid is SPY holders.** By the [[rh-memestock-arena]] graduation test (Tier A median 49% stock-pool share) it is as un-graduated as a token can be.
- Two caveats straight from pair.fund's own record: **`ethRouteEnabled: false`** and **`priceFeedAddress: null`**, so there is no ETH route and no oracle on this anchor.
- **Lane context from [[stonks-onchain-lanes]]: the SPY lane does $18,170,632 of 24h volume and its crown is BOW at $8,218,357. PAIRCAT at $26,398 is 0.3% of that crown.** It is not competing for the lane, it is a fresh launch inside it.

## DEPLOYER: a wallet born the same morning, that bought and dumped
- **Creator = `creatorFeeRecipient` = `0xc632b8ac621788e68c2b8cf66e9b626e8da49c88`. An EOA (1 byte of code). Its ENTIRE history is 6 token transfers, all today, touching exactly 2 tokens (PAIRCAT and SPY). First activity 10:51, four minutes after the launch tx.**
- Its full PAIRCAT ledger, and this is the finding:
  - 10:51:26 **IN 27,559,150.32** from the PoolManager (a buy)
  - 10:52:45 **IN 24,768,635.57** from the PoolManager (a buy)
  - 10:58:30 **OUT 52,327,785.89** to `0xe140716111272cf53938bfe8e597663be4eb97e4`
  - 11:03:40 **IN 13,445,830.97** from `0xefcf476e8870fb3eb8680f039414fdcce6c2a117` (the launchpad's fee plumbing)
  - 11:03:56 **OUT 13,445,830.97** to the same `0xe140716111272cf53938bfe8e597663be4eb97e4`
- **So the creator acquired 52,327,785.89 = 5.23% of supply inside the first two minutes, then moved 100% of it out within eight minutes, and it now holds ZERO PAIRCAT and 0.4441 SPY.** It never touched the token again.
- **This is why `initialDeveloperBuy: 0` is not exculpatory.** pair.fund correctly reports no dev buy at launch, because the buy happened 36 seconds after it, from a wallet that had never existed before. **Standing rule: on any launchpad that reports a dev-buy field, ALSO read the creator wallet's first five minutes of transfers. The field measures the launch transaction, not the creator.**

## THE DESTINATION IS A SERIAL FLIPPER, AND THAT IS THE REAL FINDING
**`0xe140716111272cf53938bfe8e597663be4eb97e4`**, EOA, active since **12 Aug 2026**, 400+ transfers in the window pulled, **holds ZERO of everything**.
- **Its ledger has the same signature on every token it has ever touched: IN exactly equals OUT.** Monkey, COCO, GME, GROTTO, BRICK, PARCAT, PAIRCAT, PARADOX, LOCKIN, HIGHER, SUSHIMI, TRUMPMEDIA, BULL, POOLCAT, WSB, poolbot, CLOCKEDIN, NVDA, MOONKEY, THEO, DJT and more. **It buys and sells the whole position, usually within minutes, always into the same router `0x8876789976decbfcbbbe364623c63652db8c0904`.**
- On PAIRCAT specifically it took three separate stacks (18,854,658.06 direct from the pool at 10:54, the creator's 52,327,785.89 at 10:58, the creator's fee tokens 13,445,830.97 at 11:04) and pushed every one into that router within minutes.
- **It also ran PARCAT `0xf3c5b06cd59c5e2018ea483482ece29005cff7ba` on 5 and 6 Sep and POOLCAT `0x0620a7acecbe0b3896444fd80af00e08d6393569`.** Same operator behaviour across a family of near-identical cat tickers on this launchpad.
- **Add this address to [[operator-graph-2]] as a flip-only wallet. Seeing it in a token's first hour is a sell signal about the launch, not a whale signal.**

## BUNDLES: none at deploy. Snipers instead, and they were gone in 25 seconds.
- Block +0: the full **1,000,000,000 minted to `0x8660a7f019c7943b0b0a91b8e39aff3b6db6ae62`** (a 146-byte launch helper) and immediately sent **100% into the PoolManager `0x8366a39cc670b4001a1121b8f6a443a643e40951`**. **No creator allocation, no vesting, no team wallet. That part is genuinely clean.**
- **First buys land at block +34, i.e. 3.4 seconds after launch at this chain's 0.1s blocks: three wallets take 69,511,804.32 tokens = 6.95% of supply in ONE block.**
  `0x94dc4ef2a6b57f2798435cc5f3f2561be8437cce` 24,296,550.71 · `0x1fb370f7704eb423e9338feb90f7287511fd5246` 23,143,893.25 · `0x82c124d201d303999031068cbd2d2825a63c3989` 22,071,360.36.
- **All three sold the exact same amounts back into the pool at block +255, about 22 seconds later. All three hold zero now.** Snipe and flip, not a bundle hold.
- **A bot on X reported "Snipers: 0 | Top10: 21.46%" for this token. That is FALSE on the sniper leg and it is the second time a third-party scanner has been wrong on this chain. Never take a bundle or sniper count from a Telegram/X scanner; read the first 300 blocks yourself.**
- **TRAP TO CARRY: the biggest "holders" in a naive top-receiver sweep are routers, not people.** `0x8876789976decbfcbbbe364623c63652db8c0904` (24,547 bytes) took 346,004,020 cumulative = 34.6% of supply and holds **zero**; `0xb92fe925dc43a0ecde6c8b1a2709c170ec4fff4f` (4,721 bytes) 198,759,745 and holds zero; `0x8f10b468b06c6fd214b65f87778827f7d113f996` (13,530 bytes) 159,949,285 and holds zero. **Check `eth_getCode` and the CURRENT balance before calling any of them a whale.**

## IS THE VAULT VISIBLE? THERE IS NO VAULT.
- **`creatorFeeRecipient` is `0xc632b8ac621788e68c2b8cf66e9b626e8da49c88`, the creator's own bare EOA.** Fees go to a person, not to a contract, and not to holders. **This is the opposite of ICOIN**, where the fee path ends in a 6,551-byte treasury contract holding 108.6258 AAPL (see [[rh-memestock-arena-2]]).
- The only contract holding any PAIRCAT is **`0xefcf476e8870fb3eb8680f039414fdcce6c2a117`, 4,195 bytes, 12,632,138.66 PAIRCAT (1.263%) and 0.2440 SPY.** It is launchpad fee plumbing, not a community vault: **it already forwarded 13,445,830.97 PAIRCAT to the creator, who forwarded it to the flipper, who sold it.** That is the whole observed function.
- The `PairV4Hook` `0x16d1560630ce74af4478d9b8ad46548a092a2000` holds zero PAIRCAT and zero SPY.
- **Nothing is burned. Nothing is locked. No buyback exists.**

## ARE THE FLOWS VISIBLE? YES, COMPLETELY, AND THEY POINT OUT.
Every leg above is readable with Blockscout `tokentx` plus `eth_getCode` and `balanceOf`. There is no opacity here at all. What the visible flows show, in one line: **1B to the pool, 6.95% sniped and flipped in 25 seconds, 5.23% bought by the creator and gone in 8 minutes, fees routed to the creator's personal wallet, and the creator's stack consolidated into a wallet whose only observed behaviour across 20+ tokens is selling everything it receives.**

## IS ANYTHING HAPPENING? Yes, but it is bot noise, not coverage.
- **@paircatrh: 18 followers, 9 posts, and the account was created 4 March 2009** — a repurposed or purchased legacy handle. Bio says "website coming soon". Its first post about the token was 11:15 today, 25 minutes after launch. Best post: 238 views, 10 likes.
- pair.fund's own record has **`description: null`, `website: null`, `twitter: null`, `telegram: null`, `discord: null`** — the project supplied no metadata at launch.
- **Every single X mention of the contract address is an automated signal bot**: @dex_kolwatcher (5,819f), @dexpaidpanther (2,524f), @sillvahneloi, @robhousesignal, @VolumeOnMEMES, @JohnCryptopeow. **Zero human coverage, zero thesis.**
- **Someone paid for DexScreener enhancement within ~33 minutes of launch** ("DEX Paid: No" at 11:08, "Dex paid ✅" at 11:23). Marketing spend on a $20k coin an hour old.

## THE NAME COLLISION, and buyers are already getting it wrong
**There are TWO PairCats on the SPY anchor, launched 37 minutes apart by unrelated creators:**
| token | contract | launched | creator | state now |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| "Pair Cat" | `0xd66c00215e6a533e536f8d496d21dded02f15555` | 6 Sep 10:13 UTC | `0xd0c300c8f975ee5d287a63e5a2c739865b0da98d` | **$3,304 mcap, $2,489 vol24, dead** |
| "PairCat" (Ben's) | `0xaB17AC43baBe0Fdce418997a56a7ea0236F57950` | 6 Sep 10:50 UTC | `0xc632b8ac621788e68c2b8cf66e9b626e8da49c88` | $26,398 mcap, $95,707 vol24 |
Same ticker, same anchor, same launchpad, same hour. **Always print the full contract address for this one.** Related family on the same pad: PARCAT `0xf3c5b06cd59c5e2018ea483482ece29005cff7ba`, POOLCAT `0x0620a7acecbe0b3896444fd80af00e08d6393569`.

## VERDICT 6 Sep 2026: NO.
- The clean parts are real and worth recording: no mint, no pause, no blacklist, no tax setter, no dev allocation, 100% of supply into the pool, a genuine tokenized-SPY pair, and fully transparent flows.
- **The disqualifier is the creator's behaviour, not the contract.** A wallet that did not exist before this morning bought 5.23% of supply in two minutes and had passed all of it to a 25-day-old flip-only wallet within eight, while the fee recipient is that same creator's personal address and no vault, burn or lock exists anywhere.
- Add the age (1 hour), 168 holders, $15,973 of liquidity, a ticker shared with a second live token, and zero human coverage, and there is nothing here that the [[base-rates]] h90 work would rank above the noise floor.
- **What would change it:** the creator wallet buying back and holding, a published vault contract that actually accumulates SPY the way ICOIN's accumulates AAPL, or the token clearing graduation and holding above $100k cap for 24 hours with the SPY-pool share of volume falling under 75%.

## CAN THE DEV RE-POINT FEES TO A VAULT? NO. Read from verified source, 6 Sep 2026 ~12:05 UTC.
**CORRECTION to the section above: `0xefcf476e8870fb3eb8680f039414fdcce6c2a117` is not "launchpad fee plumbing", it is the verified `PairV4Locker`, pair.fund's permanent LP custody and pull-payment fee splitter.** The PAIRCAT it holds is undistributed fees, not a treasury.

### The three contracts, all verified on Blockscout
- **`PairV4Hook` `0x16d1560630ce74af4478d9b8ad46548a092a2000`** (3,013 bytes). Its own comment: *"Shared conservative hook… It only gates initialization. It changes neither swap math, fees, balances nor liquidity accounting."* Only permission is `beforeInitialize`. `PAIR_FEE = 10_000` and `PAIR_TICK_SPACING = 200` are **`constant`**. **The hook touches no money and has no fee logic at all.**
- **`PairV4Locker` `0xefcf476e8870fb3eb8680f039414fdcce6c2a117`** (4,195 bytes). This is where the fee routing lives.
- **`PairERC1967Proxy` `0x8660a7f019c7943b0b0a91b8e39aff3b6db6ae62`**, the launchpad proxy that mints and registers.

### Why the recipient is unchangeable
- `PositionConfig` stores `creator`, written **only** by `registerPosition(...)`, which is `if (msg.sender != launchpad) revert OnlyLaunchpad()` and `if (positions[tokenId].registered) revert AlreadyRegistered()`. **Write-once, at launch.**
- **Selector scan of the deployed bytecode: `setCreator`, `updateCreator`, `setFeeRecipient`, `owner`, `transferOwnership`, `pause`, `upgradeTo`, `sweep`, `rescue` are ALL ABSENT.** Present: `registerPosition`, `collectFees`, `claim`. **No owner, no admin, no upgrade path, nobody who can rewrite it — not the dev, not pair.fund.**
- Split is `CREATOR_SHARE_BPS = 7_000` / `PROTOCOL_SHARE_BPS = 3_000`, both **`constant`**, i.e. compiled into the bytecode. Verified live: `CREATOR_SHARE_BPS()` returns 7000, `PROTOCOL_SHARE_BPS()` returns 3000. **70% creator / 30% protocol, forever.**
- `protocolTreasury` and `positionManager` are **`immutable`**: `protocolTreasury()` = **`0xbc27542ae2ed2e4d1d380b5fe8b2d48404fd824c`**, `positionManager()` = **`0x58daec3116aae6d93017baaea7749052e8a04fa7`**.
- Live read, `positions(2010239)`: registered **1**, projectToken `0xab17ac43babe0fdce418997a56a7ea0236f57950`, quoteToken `0x117cc2133c37b721f49de2a7a74833232b3b4c0c`, poolId `0xe612632abe720b3d13ed78088660d37d41cc09bf2cd6bcda802caddc4a7e86d6`, **creator `0xc632b8ac621788e68c2b8cf66e9b626e8da49c88`** — the same throwaway wallet that bought 5.23% and dumped it.
- Fees are **pull-payment**: `claimable[creator][asset]`, withdrawn by `claim(address asset)` where the recipient is `msg.sender`. **Only that exact wallet can ever take the creator share.** Live: `claimable[creator][PAIRCAT] = 4,808,747.7726` and `claimable[creator][SPY] = 0.0000`.

### What the dev CAN still do, and the distinction that matters
- **He cannot re-route the protocol-level fee stream. That is settled in code.**
- **He CAN keep claiming to `0xc632b8ac621788e68c2b8cf66e9b626e8da49c88` and then voluntarily forward the proceeds into a vault he deploys.** That is a promise enforced by nothing.
- **This is exactly what ICOIN does, and it is the correct way to read ICOIN too:** its "community treasury" `0x24c2410941b4603cf5504810d5df841db4d303ad` is a DOWNSTREAM contract the creator chooses to forward into, not an enforced route. See [[rh-memestock-arena-2]]. **The difference between ICOIN and PAIRCAT is behaviour, not architecture: ICOIN's creator has forwarded 108.6258 AAPL into a treasury; PAIRCAT's creator has forwarded everything to a flip-only wallet that sold it.**
- **The only way a PAIRCAT-style launch gets an enforced vault is if the creator address is a vault contract AT LAUNCH.** Standing check for any pair.fund token: read `positions(positionTokenId).creator` and `eth_getCode` on it. **Code there means an enforced route; 1 byte means a person's promise.**

### The genuinely good news about this launchpad, worth carrying to [[pair-fund]]
`PairV4Locker`'s own comment: *"There is intentionally no position transfer, decrease, burn, approval or arbitrary PositionManager execution function."* **The LP position is permanently locked and cannot be pulled by anyone.** `collectFees(uint256)` is **permissionless**, so any holder can force fees to be realised and allocated. **pair.fund is structurally sounder than the LaunchHook/RWAERC20LaunchpadFactory stack in [[rh-memestock-arena]] and than Nest's mutable `setRootPublisher` in [[nest-launchpad]]. The weakness on PAIRCAT is the operator, not the pad.**

# TITTIES / Commotitties `0x350cadde605e083f58d286e8b3a6b086685fa1ec`, screened 6 Sep 2026 ~12:10 UTC
Ben pasted the pair.fund link and said "they are set up with a vault". **The vault is not a vault. It is the dev's second wallet, and it is a serial flipper that is selling into the pool right now.**

## What it is linked to: three real commodities, equal thirds. That part is genuine.
| leg | quote token | weight | liq | vol24 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| gold | GLD `0xc9a981fee1f9dec688bb123ccdecc63d0debfc4e` | 3334 bps | $27,918 | $1,093,519 |
| oil | USO `0xa30fa36db767ad9ed3f7a60fc79526fb4d56d344` | 3333 bps | $27,955 | $548,730 |
| silver | SLV `0x411efb0e7f985935daec3d4c3ebaea0d0ad7d89f` | 3333 bps | $26,889 | $542,167 |
- **This is a true `V4_MULTI` launch, three separate pools, three separate locker positions (1814043 GLD, 1814044 USO, 1814045 SLV), each with 333.4M / 333.3M / 333.3M of supply allocated.** PAIRCAT by contrast was a single-pool launch wearing the V4_MULTI label. **This is the first genuine multipool seen on pair.fund.**
- **@_bolivian (59,137 views, 58 likes, 6 Sep) got it wrong: "Paired with Silver & Gold (two commodities)". It is THREE, including oil.** He is the only real caller.
- GLD has a Chainlink feed (`priceFeedAddress 0x1f8ff556fbd500c714c7b2e716c4c71cfc790d7e`); `ethRouteEnabled: false` on all three.

## Market, 6 Sep ~12:10 UTC
**mcap $570,432, price $0.000589, aggLiq $86,205 across 11 pairs, vol24 $2,207,836, turnover 25.6x, holders 899.** Launched **4 Sep 19:47 UTC**, **GRADUATED 6 Sep 11:20 UTC**. h24 +15,968% (a graduation print, not a trend), h6 +305%, **h1 -8.7%**. h24 txns 3,754 buys / 3,249 sells.
**Turnover 25.6x is above the 20x drain line from [[coinbench]]. Money is passing through, not arriving.**

## Contract: clean, same template as PAIRCAT
3,217-byte standalone token, 1,000,000,000 supply, **no `mint`, `pause`, `blacklist`, `setFee`, `setMaxWallet`, `transferOwnership`, `updateName`, `burn`**. Nothing at `0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD`. LP is in `PairV4Locker` `0xefcf476e8870fb3eb8680f039414fdcce6c2a117` and **permanently locked** (no transfer/decrease/burn functions by design).

## THE VAULT QUESTION, answered by the test set in the section above
- **`creator` = `creatorFeeRecipient` = `0x2dc2ac107803cd224096472daf87344f43b17410`, and `eth_getCode` returns 1 byte. It is an EOA.** All three locker positions name it. **So there is NO enforced vault, exactly as with PAIRCAT.** `claimable[creator][Titties]` is currently 2,269,146.93.
- The dev then forwards to **`0x70dbeb342b237e97bdc924ed994ca6800594dbe5`**, which is what people are calling the vault. **Its code is 24 bytes: `0xef010063c0c19a282a1b52b07dd5a65b58948a07dae32b`. That is an EIP-7702 delegation designator, i.e. an ordinary wallet using a smart-account implementation at `0x63c0c19a282a1b52b07dd5a65b58948a07dae32b`. It has NO vault logic, no claim function, no lock. Whoever holds the key moves everything.**
- **It does hold the commodities, and that is the honest positive:** GLD 8.6112 ($3,532 at $410.23), USO 12.5414 ($1,795 at $143.13), SLV 29.8436 ($1,794 at $60.10), plus 0.5489 ETH (~$1,371) and 1,196,800 Titties (~$705). **Total ≈ $9,197 = 1.6% of the $570,432 cap.** No GLD, USO or SLV has left it yet.
- **STANDING TEST, now applied twice: on any pair.fund token read `positions(positionTokenId).creator` and `eth_getCode` on it. 1 byte = a person's promise. Real code = an enforced route. And if the money is forwarded onward, run `eth_getCode` on the DESTINATION too, because 24 bytes is a 7702 wallet, not a vault.**

## THE DISQUALIFIER: the "vault" wallet is a known serial flipper and it is selling Titties right now

## X, and it is thin
- **@_bolivian, 59,137 views / 4,021 likes / 58 replies, 6 Sep 04:51: "One of the best Robinhood narratives I've seen yet. It's $TITTIES - Commotitties. Paired with Silver & Gold... funny, smart, and rewarding... Reminds me of $NUDES."** That single post is the flow. It is a narrative endorsement with a factual error and no on-chain claim.
- **The project has NO description, NO website, NO twitter, NO telegram in its own pair.fund record.** There is no project account.
- @saintlysaintly: *"Best way to protect against inflation is by purchasing Commotitties (paired with gold silver and oil)"* — the only post that gets the three legs right.
- A Chinese AI screener (@bitecong, 31,434 views) flags it independently: *"叙事:谐音梗... 无深层叙事. 热度: 仅项目小号与低粉喊单,无KOL... 风险: dev数据缺失; 多CA/链并存且互相矛盾; 无官方description/社交,谨防rug"* (pun narrative, no depth; only low-follower shills, no KOL; dev data missing, multiple contradictory CAs across chains, no official socials, beware rug). **Its verdict was 观望 / do not buy, median realisable -23%.**
- @_greggart9: *"I bought some $titties yesterday, after -60% i decided to bag my loss... I woke up to x10 this morning."* A useful record of how violent this thing is.
- Rest is the usual bot layer (@dexpaidpanther, @BasedAlphaOnly, @dexevents_1, @smartflowradar). **DexScreener was paid on 5 Sep 22:04 at an $89K cap.**

## VERDICT 6 Sep 2026: NO. The idea is the best one in the sector; the execution is a flipper's wallet.
- **Genuinely good and worth carrying:** a real three-commodity multipool (the first true one on pair.fund), a clean token with no admin powers, permanently locked LP, a graduation completed, 899 holders, and a fee stream that is visibly being converted into gold, oil and silver rather than dumped.
- **The disqualifier is that the "vault" holding those commodities is an EIP-7702 wallet controlled by an address whose entire 6-day history is buying and dumping 12+ memecoins, and which is selling Titties into the pool in 300k-450k lots every few minutes as this is written.** $9,197 of metal against $570,432 of cap is 1.6%, and it sits behind a private key, not a contract.
- Turnover 25.6x, h1 -8.7%, and the only real caller got the product wrong.
- **What would change it:** the commodities moved into an actual contract with a claim or redeem function, the flipper wallet stopping its sales for 48 hours, or the creator naming and publishing a treasury address the way ICOIN did.

# PAIR.FUND WHOLE-PAD SWEEP, 6 Sep 2026 ~12:30 UTC. Ben: "is there any one of the other coins that looks clean and good, and ready to buy?"

## METHOD, now a reusable screen for this pad
`https://pair.fund/api/tokens?sort={market_cap|volume_24h|progress}&limit=50&offset=N` returns the universe (105 tokens pulled). Then for each candidate: `eth_getCode(creator)`, the creator's current balance, and the creator's full `tokentx` on its own token to get **percent of supply sold**. Then DexScreener for aggregate liquidity, volume and turnover, Blockscout for holders and top-10, and twitterapi.io filtered to posts that actually contain the CA.

## FINDING 1, and it settles the vault question for the entire launchpad
**Every single creator checked is an EOA (1 byte of code). Not one pair.fund token has an enforced vault.** CINEMA, Elon, CHIPS, POPO, PEAR, CIRCLEJERK, CHOCO, Titties, PAIRCAT — all of them. **The pad structurally cannot give you one, because `PairV4Locker.positions[].creator` is write-once and the fee path ends wherever that address is.** Any "vault" on this pad is a wallet plus a promise.

## FINDING 2: the creator-sell test splits the pad cleanly
| coin | contract | mcap | creator | % supply sold by creator |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| **PEAR** | `0x3567c5d0ae5c5933920bbd6db982aa463a203bb2` | $321,411 | `0x18fe9694a335c8b42d228147eddac524748300ea` | **0.00%, 5 transfers ALL inbound, never sold** |

## FINDING 3: market quality of the shortlist
| coin | mcap | aggLiq | vol24 | turnover | age | holders | pools |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| CINEMA | $1,367,445 | $202,628 | $1,547,419 | 7.6x | 6.8d | **5,361** | AMC, ETH, USDG, WETH |
| Elon | $745,002 | $100,881 | $2,078,866 | **20.6x** | 7.5d | 1,131 | TSLA, SPCX, ETH, USDG |
| CHIPS | $432,164 | $74,371 | $576,483 | 7.8x | 10.9d | 767 | NVDA, AMD, INTC, MU, ETH |
| POPO | $371,935 | $71,357 | $684,205 | 9.6x | 8.3d | 988 | QQQ, SPY, USDG |
| **PEAR** | $321,411 | $67,175 | $561,960 | **8.4x** | 11.0d | **961** | **AAPL, MSFT, NVDA, ETH, USDG** |
| CIRCLEJERK | $167,013 | $43,812 | $265,349 | 6.1x | 7.1d | 465 | AMD, GOOGL, MSFT, NVDA, SPCX |
| CHOCO | $96,092 | $33,258 | $151,794 | **4.6x** | 10.5d | 187 | AAPL, NVDA |
All turnovers except Elon's are under the 15x line from the [[rh-memestock-arena]] base rates. **Elon at 20.6x is churn, exclude it despite the clean creator.**

## THE CALL: PEAR, small. CINEMA is bigger but its attention is 100% bot.
**PEAR `0x3567c5d0ae5c5933920bbd6db982aa463a203bb2`**
- **Creator `0x18fe9694a335c8b42d228147eddac524748300ea` has 5 transfers on this token and every one is INBOUND.** It received ~4.53M on 29 Aug and has not moved a token since. **It is the only creator on the pad that has never sold anything.** Holds 0.532%.
- **It is the launchpad's own mascot coin.** @Runsensen9 (2,468 views): *"$PAIR 吉祥物🍐"* (PAIR's mascot). Pear/PAIR pun. PAIR itself is $34,353,790, the biggest thing on the pad, so the mascot has a parent narrative that cannot disappear.
- Real humans, not just bots: @wildfire4ya *"Aped $pear… Pair is at 17mil aths, this gotta go to a million at least"* and *"$pear is undervalued here at $450k"*, @liloc4sho1, @schizo_HAO (a Chinese holder posting that he still has 80% of his position).
- Pools are a megacap basket: **AAPL, MSFT, NVDA**, plus ETH and USDG. **The Apple event on 9 Sep is a free bonus on the AAPL leg.**
- Top10 43.33%, but `PairV4Locker` is 14.933% and the PoolManager 10.801%, so **real top-10 is about 17.6%**. Fine.
- **CLAIM AUDIT, and it is UNSUPPORTED: @meme_moonshot (76 views) claims "有傳言說最大持有人是 @theunipcs… 唯一其他買入的幣是 burnie" (rumour the largest holder is @theunipcs, whose only other buy is burnie).** The wallet in question, `0x52eab837818552051ba3ceec370a162ee8785fcb` (2.975%, 29,747,134 PEAR), holds **PEAR, CHIPS 12,851,047.50, Astracat, pussy, CARDDOG and AI. There is no burnie.** The identifying detail in the rumour is false. **Do not price any unipcs association.** Read [[unipcs-worldview]] before anyone repeats it.
- Risks: +226% on the day already, 11 days old, no enforced vault (nothing on this pad has one), and some posts pair its CA with a Solana mint `3M6cMH5vxR8sHVGSMXUT4rYyLH1Z7UcQweVVerm8pump` in the same breath, which is a buyer-error trap.

**CINEMA `0x9936403a9cc72cf306063e3496ea387428a3aecd`, the runner-up and why it is not the pick**
- Best hard numbers on the pad: **5,361 holders**, $202,628 liquidity, 7.6x turnover, h24 buys 1,955 / sells 1,685, and **1.867% of supply actually burned at `0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD`**, which almost nothing on this pad has. Real top-10 about 12.3% after removing the PoolManager (7.673%), locker (2.422%) and dead (1.867%).
- AMC is a live anchor: $59,753,397 of 24h lane volume per [[stonks-onchain-lanes]], and @EmersonDickie named meme/amc as one of only two stock-pairs with anything real behind it.
- **But its entire X footprint is the vote-farm template.** 16 of 20 CA-matching posts are the identical *"Every vote counts, Pons spotlight would be huge for visibility"* line from 20-to-36-follower accounts (@TegemaGroup, @sarangabhavani1, @ru_mi_nana, @dylanj_j, @ctrigoloureiro, @gaiaga83). **Zero human coverage, zero thesis.** Its creator also sold 2.57% and holds none.
- **So: CINEMA has the better book and no story; PEAR has the better story, an unsold creator, and a smaller book.**

**Falsifiers for PEAR:** (1) the creator wallet `0x18fe9694a335c8b42d228147eddac524748300ea` sends any PEAR anywhere; (2) turnover clears 15x for two consecutive days; (3) holders fall from 961 on three consecutive reads.
