Ben pasted the contract 12 Sep 2026, asked about the deployer, then asked for everything.

## What it is
- **Third entry in the "pair anything with anything" family on Robinhood Chain, after [[pair-fund]] (stocks) and [[par-family]] (any token). PAIREX's axis is FIAT: launch a memocoin denominated in a real currency.**
- Site pairex.market is live and working (Next.js, client-routed, so sub-paths 404 on a raw fetch). Header numbers at screen: **37 indexed coins, 14 active denominations, 158 supported currencies, 1% base trading fee, creator tax may apply, bonding curve with a graduation bar.** Listed coins: JEW in ILS, Moodeng in THB, LA Ladyboy in THB, Cashcat on CNY, 牛来 in CNY, Kangaroo, Vegemite, Maple, Syrup, OBI-YUAN KENOBI, ¥ENJAMIN FRANKLIN
- Site states plainly: "**Currency tokens track exchange rates through protocol-managed liquidity. They are not bank deposits and carry no redemption guarantee.**"

## THE FX ENGINE, verified 12 Sep 2026. This is the real product and it is much bigger than the pad.
- **Issuer / market maker `0x08c82f106d452690ac6335f6676c5f1ae99fb063`, 13,027 bytes. `currencyCount()` returns 157.** Listed codes include EUR GBP JPY CNY CHF CAD AUD NZD HKD SGD KRW INR MXN BRL ZAR TRY SEK NOK AED SAR ILS PLN THB IDR VND NGN EGP ARS IRR and more
- Each currency is an **EIP-1167 minimal proxy (45 bytes) over one implementation `0xa221c6024061df25ec529558e9540d332d6f084f`** whose only powers are `initialize(string,string,bytes32,address)`, `mint(address,uint256)`, `burn(uint256)`, `issuer()`, `code()`, `NotIssuer()`. **Minted on demand, no reserves, no redeem function**
- **THE PEG MECHANISM: a single-tick liquidity wall in a Uniswap v4 USDG pool, moved by a keeper.** Selectors `openMarket(bytes32,int24,uint16)`, `replaceWall(bytes32,int24,uint16)`, `wallOf(bytes32)`, `seedBid(bytes32,int24,uint256)`, guarded by `maxTickMove` 500 and `maxClamp` 200. `POOL_FEE` 500 (0.05%), `TICK_SPACING` 10, `MAX_PREMIUM_BPS` 500. Supply is capped per currency by `mintBudget(bytes32)` / `setMintBudget`, with `BudgetExhausted`
- **THE PEG ACTUALLY WORKS, measured against live FX:** fxCNY implied $0.148956 vs $0.148692 real = **+0.18%** · fxTHB $0.030544 vs $0.030279 = **+0.88%** · fxILS $0.333039 vs $0.329201 = **+1.17%**. Three currencies, all inside 1.2%. This is a functioning on-chain FX layer, not a gimmick
- **Nobody holds these as money: the float IS the pool.** fxCNY total supply 121,111 with 52,616 of the 53,827 circulating (97.8%) inside the v4 PoolManager `0x8366a39cc670b4001a1121b8f6a443a643e40951`; fxTHB 1,113,528 of 1,139,163 (97.7%) in the same place, 9 holders total. They are pricing units, not currency
- **SINGLE POINT OF FAILURE: `owner()` and `keeper()` are the SAME plain address `0x6a0754ee1ebc08ee3cd918537430a04331a63f8a`.** No oracle contract, no multisig, no timelock. That one key sets every rate, every mint budget, the vault `0x981a947aefe4b7227b25a90be3560c0d3872ec7a` and the keeper. **If it is lost or hostile, all 157 currencies and every pool quoted in them price to zero.** This is the whole risk in one line
- Usage by currency (inventory / mintBudget / sold, in currency units): **JPY 3,330,191 / 1,772,952 / 4,161,739** (sold more than current inventory) · KRW 20,951,643 / 56,505,910 / 3,265,175 · **INR 449,493 / 3,970,852 / 1,252,300** · CNY 78,740 / 282,593 / 42,372 · EUR 5,483 / 43,020 / 3,121 · GBP 12,992 / 31,021 / 302 · CHF, NZD, HKD, SGD all sold 0. **The meme-matches-its-currency lane (anime in yen, jeet in rupees) is already the busiest part of the platform**
- **`buyDirect` / `quoteDirect` / `quoteBuy` / `quoteSell` / `directInventory` / `topUp` / `keeperTopUp` / `sold` exist, i.e. an OTC desk is built in. `directInventory` is 0.00 on EVERY currency, so it is shipped and switched off.** That is the most interesting unused surface in the whole system and the clearest tell about where they think this goes
- **PAIREX the token captures none of it contractually.** The pad takes 1% of swaps, the FX desk takes up to a 5% premium, and neither is wired to PAIREX holders. A bigger product does not become a bigger token until they wire it
- Token PAIREX itself trades against USDG (Global Dollar, `0x5fc5360d0400a0fd4f2af552add042d716f1d168`, 6 decimals) on Uniswap v4, so the peg risk does not touch the token, only the coins launched on the pad

## THE DOCS, read 12 Sep 2026, and they confirm the mechanism in the team's own words
- "**Nobody issues Canadian dollars on this chain, so we do.** Each currency is an ordinary token whose whole supply is placed into a Uniswap position exactly one tick wide. A one-tick position is not a curve, it is a flat sell wall: the entire supply sells at a single price, which is what a currency wants. **Listing one costs only gas, because the token side is minted and no dollars are ever put up.**" That is an explicit, published admission of zero backing
- "A keeper moves that wall whenever the real exchange rate drifts, and that movement is the only thing keeping the token honest. **Rates come from two independent sources and are acted on only when they agree.**" Better than the single-oracle risk I assumed on the first pass
- "**To sell a currency back, the vault buys it out of the dollars that same currency's wall has already collected. Each currency has its own pot, so the vault can never owe more than it holds and one currency can never drain another.**" This is real risk containment and the first screen did not credit it. **CORRECTION to my earlier framing: the sell side is not an unfunded promise, it is funded by that currency's own collected dollars and is structurally incapable of over-owing.** What it cannot do is guarantee a price if the pot is thin
- Launch mechanics: 0.0005 ETH launch fee matching Pons, supply fixed at 1,000,000,000 with 800,000,000 sellable on a constant-product curve with a virtual reserve (the pump.fun model) and 200,000,000 held back to seed the pool at graduation, any reserve that does not fit is burned. **A 99% anti-snipe tax decaying to zero over the first 15 seconds, and the launcher is exempt from it**
- **FEE SPLIT, the number that matters: every trade pays 1%, split 70% to the CREATOR and 30% to the protocol, plus whatever creator tax up to 10% was set, all denominated in the coin's currency and never in dollars.** The /claim page adds "plus half the pool fees once a coin graduates". **So creators earn and PAIREX holders still earn nothing**
- Graduation: the full-range position "stays in the launchpad forever and there is no code path that can move it, so the liquidity cannot be pulled"

## WHAT THE TEAM SAID THEY ARE BUILDING, 12 Sep 10:46 UTC, and the on-chain check on each
- "**Adding holder rewards**" - NOT on chain yet, and it is the exact gap in the thesis. This is the single upgrade that would give PAIREX contractual accrual instead of a manual burn. [[alert-bot-fleet-5]] PAIREX MONITOR watches the docs page and any new contract for precisely this
- "A possibly big collaboration", "other listings and partnerships and verifications, FOMO verification" - unverifiable, treat as marketing until a contract or a listing appears
- "Creators on pairex.market have now earned a total of over $23,000" - plausible against the 1% fee and the observed volume, not independently verified
- "Congratulations to $ANIME for being the first token to bond" - **CONFIRMED. ANIME `0x41560b68D57BCF02321c1bd77569aFC57178E6fE` is paired to fxJPY `0x72417f0f202Aaf80199179E10E280dED5715807e`, pool created 12 Sep 06:43, $439,033 of 24h volume. Anime priced in yen, exactly the meme-matches-its-currency lane**
- "Team supply has been locked" - CONFIRMED, HoodLock lock 353, see above
- "**forex > commodities**" - a direct shot at [[cme-commodities]]
- Repeated posts about servers, IPFS and the indexer falling over under traffic, and "fee claims should be fixed now, all platform users can now claim"
- **PLATFORM GROWTH MEASURED, and it is the real story: indexed coins 37 at 07:45 UTC to 269 by 12:22, denominations 14 to 47, in under five hours.** Currency usage by amount sold: **JPY 5,833,493 yen · NGN 1,643,158 naira · THB 531,434 baht · CNY 105,842 · EUR 10,774 · GBP 632.** A **USD** currency is registered and has done nothing at all
- **The OTC desk is still OFF.** `directInventory` reads 1e-16-order wei dust on every currency, which is rounding remainder from the wall moving, not stock

## Identity, verified
- `0xb8cf4ad387cfd607c66a207cfffc46498aacd9d6`, 18 dec, 1,000,000,000 supply, launched **12 Sep 2026 05:55:04 UTC**, block 60873331, tx `0x504388e864c19284a84e89f9cf62e92b7c8f87f5347c6660c2382814083889d5`
- **CONFIRMED as the official token: @pairexmarket's X bio contains the contract address verbatim.** Account created 8 Sep 2026, 395 followers, 27 posts, blue verified. `from:pairexmarket` returns ZERO on twitterapi.io (the known new-account index gap), so the timeline could not be read
- **`@PairEx_RH` is a SEPARATE account: created 5 Sep 2026, 308 followers, 3 posts, NOT verified, and its bio carries NO contract address.** Being tagged by promoters as if it were the project
- On-chain `socials()` returns pairex.market and x.com/pairexmarket. That is set by the launcher at launch and is not proof of anything on its own; the X bio is what settles it
- **Four other addresses were circulating on X as "$PAIREX" the same hour.** `0x93d6e67bd9b499b0af7776ef5c109b1457543907` and `0xf7c0d9aee226b632a25b1c096d8c285ed20d55b1` (name/symbol calls revert), `0x2d703cda9a0795ad689b85faae8f1b7ddd13a33b` (no code at all), and `0x74feb270178e252bd02611cfd7a89c53a06f4721` which is a different token called **Astral**. **The pad's own 37-coin index also contains THREE separate community coins named PAIREX** (`0x3812debfbfdd730a3e77770f8b72a86a4eaa03d7`, `0x7a7a70d3a960a6aaa3a630a546104f8994823fec`, `0x93fee56d1039202904bc2210438434477762b986`). Anyone buying this off a post is one character from the wrong coin

## The deployer and the supply, all verified on chain
- Deployer `0xf64e80d0cd24fba5cd8b7f9f23cea41dc8566251`, an EIP-7702 smart wallet (code `0xef0100` + `63c0c19a282a1b52b07dd5a65b58948a07dae32b`). Nonce 2 at launch, so PAIREX was its third transaction ever
- Launched through launcher `0xe33e9e479df8802cb0866d5d05258bec4cf62948` (`launchAndBuy`, `launchTokenFor`, `launchFee`, `NotApprovedLauncher`), token factory `0x7ed598bcef8bd9edd8c97a195c6d13f40801ec7e`, curve `0x325babf16f57897db229335547fe3c9c438dd44a`, all owned by `0x263ed295dafae1d9aadd6e56c4b6f9f38ee019dd`. **THIS IS PONS V2, the chain's default pad: the same 3,248-byte token template, the same factory and the same PonsV2LaunchLocker already recorded on HOTDOG, microduck and OVC in [[screen-log-4]]. PAIREX did NOT launch on its own platform.** The pad's own coins listed on pairex.market are a different ERC20 implementation (no `launchFactory()` selector), so the platform's token and the platform's product run on different rails. It follows that the 8.16% below is the STANDARD Pons V2 creator allocation, not a whale
- Dev allocation 51,420,785.77 (5.14%) received from the curve in the launch tx, topped up to 52,435,291.94 (5.24%)
- **THE 5.24% IS GENUINELY LOCKED. Locker `0xd0f7d8c6e9f6d80c297bebe4f7fd1b9c8125c32f`, lock id 353, lockedAmount 52,435,291.937, isUnlocked FALSE, unlock timestamp 1791786600 = 12 Oct 2026 06:30 UTC, 30 days.** The locker holds 355 locks for many projects, admin `0x79c1230cab12d53d040f5fe1f5279e1a481ccea2`, feeCollector `0x58ee7b355f6e347e9874ded2e877d0c7b9726b4f`. Selectors are lock / extend / withdraw / isUnlocked / timeRemaining / transferLockOwnership, with no early-release path. **12 Oct 2026 is a hard calendar event to diarise**
- **A SECOND lock: `0x267444d099b10fb5ed7c3cc7b7c767adca574952` is the pad's supply locker and holds 81,632,653 PAIREX (8.16%), `isLocked(PAIREX)` returns true, plus LP position NFT 2501443.** Selectors are lockPosition / lockTokenSupply / lockedTokenSupply / isLocked only, with no unlock or withdraw, so this one reads as permanent. Owner `0x263ed295dafae1d9aadd6e56c4b6f9f38ee019dd`, positionManager `0x58daec3116aae6d93017baaea7749052e8a04fa7`
- **The deployer has never sold one token.** 13 market buys of 300 to 650 USDG each, about 6,350 USDG total, and it burned 23,230,831 PAIREX (2.32% of supply) to `0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dead` in four batches between 06:30 and 07:15
- **Funding source: contract `0xd3afeb2a57f70ef218aa82451c51b2fb0416ac9e` sent it 7,851.35 USDG at 06:17:52.** Selector scan: `claim()`, `claim(uint256)`, `claimToken(address)`, `credit(address)`, `creditToken(address,address,uint256)`, `balanceOfToken`. **It is a fee-claim escrow, so the buy-and-burn is the project's own creator fees recycled, not outside money.** Honest framing: a fee-funded burn, not a treasury buy
- **BUYBACK RE-CHECKED 12 Sep 08:58 UTC, three hours in. It is real, still running, and MANUAL.** 9 burns to dead totalling 26,061,071 PAIREX (2.61%) at 06:30, 06:38, 06:58, 07:15, 07:37, 07:58, 08:12, 08:26, 08:48. Irregular gaps and irregular sizes, 30 separate USDG buy legs, all from the 7702 wallet. **Nothing in the token contract does this: there is no buyback logic, only `burn`/`burnFrom`. It is a person or a script, and it can stop at any moment**
- Burn sizes are collapsing as price rises: 11,821,015 then 3,322,931 · 1,788,113 · 4,168,968 · 2,129,804 · 1,223,355 · 796,833 · 493,766 · 316,285. **Roughly constant dollars, shrinking token counts. Never annualise this**
- **THE LOCKER IS HOODLOCK (hoodlock.tech, @HoodLockRH), a real third-party locking service on Robinhood Chain, and lock 353 is PAIREX's.** Re-verified 12 Sep 10:31 UTC: isUnlocked FALSE, 29.83 days remaining, unlock 12 Oct 2026 06:29 UTC. The lock is genuine and independent, which is a real positive
- **BUT THEIR MARKETING CARD ADDS TWO DIFFERENT THINGS AND CALLS THEM ONE.** HoodLock posted "78,741,267 $PAIREX locked and burned, $345,674, 7.87% of total supply". Measured at 10:31 UTC: burned to dead 26,823,132 (2.682%) PLUS locked 52,435,292 (5.244%) = 79,258,424 (7.926%). **Two thirds of that headline is the dev's own launch allocation sitting in a 30-day lock, not burned. It comes back on 12 Oct**
- **AND $345,674 IS MARK-TO-MARKET, NOT MONEY SPENT. Actual cash the deployer has put into buying: 14,030.84 USDG across 51 legs.** The rest is free launch allocation marked at the current price. Standing lesson: on any "locked and burned" card, split the two numbers and price the burn at cash spent, never at spot
- **THE FEE TAKE, which is the number that matters: he has claimed 53,547.11 USDG from the escrow in 2 claims (7,851.35 at 06:18, 45,695.76 at 07:57) and `credit(deployer)` shows a further 19,101.74 USDG still claimable. About $72,649 of creator fees in three hours.** He has spent only 11,480.84 USDG on buybacks (about 16% of the take) and is sitting on 42,247 USDG claimed plus the 19,102 unclaimed. Zero USDG has reached him from any source other than that escrow
- The escrow `0xd3afeb2a57f70ef218aa82451c51b2fb0416ac9e` holds 243,738.15 USDG in total, but it is a shared Pons claim contract with per-address `credit()`, so that balance is NOT all PAIREX's
- Deployer now holds 89,553 PAIREX and 42,247 USDG

## Distribution, reconstructed from all 51,650 Transfer logs since block 60873331 (positives sum to exactly 1,000,000,000)
- **2,386 holders** at 07:45 UTC, up from 1,729 on the scanner card ~90 minutes earlier
- Top 10 = 29.60%, top 20 = 38.64%, **but 19.49% of that is infrastructure**: 8.16% pad locker + 5.24% dev lock + 3.77% Uniswap v4 PoolManager (which IS the liquidity) + 2.32% burned
- **Largest genuine wallet is 2.23% (`0x0edeeb1c022614696b1e558872d2edd8b7f12414`). Next 1.82%, 1.78%, 1.56%, 1.46%.** No uniform-slice farm pattern. This is a clean distribution for a two-hour-old token

## Market at screen, 12 Sep 2026 07:45 UTC
- Market cap **$1,433,030**, price $0.001463, **21 pools all quoted in USDG**, total liquidity **$139,439**, v24 **$2,257,025** = **16.2x turnover**
- h1 8,907 buys / 7,849 sells. +442% on the hour, +3,492% on 6h. Vertical, no base
- Hourly candles: 05:00 h 0.000143 · 06:00 h 0.001023 · 07:00 h 0.001217. Two hours old, so there is no ATH structure to read yet
- Fragmented pricing: the four biggest pools print caps from $1.43M to $1.47M, and two dust pools print $1.13M and $0.93M
- GoPlus returns the sparse new-token shape: **`is_open_source: 0`, so the contract source is NOT verified.** Selector scan of the 3,248-byte runtime: mint ABSENT, pause ABSENT, blacklist ABSENT, setFee ABSENT, setMaxWallet ABSENT, owner ABSENT, transferOwnership ABSENT. Present: burn, burnFrom, and read-only launchFactory / curve / deployer / socials / logo / description / getTokenInfo. **No owner powers exist**

## X, and the quality of it
- Volume is enormous and the quality is near zero. Almost every post is a call-channel receipt ("11x profit from my call", "did 10x on gemtools alerts, $106.8K to $1.17M in 1h37m"), a bare CA, or a Chinese-language pump for the CNY-paired 牛来
- **Zero tier-one coverage. blknoiz06, theunipcs, pingucharts, CrashiusClay69, Bluntz_Capital and thejbullmarket all return n=0** on `(PAIREX OR pairexmarket OR CA) from:account`
- The bull claims, audited:
  - "First of its kind pairing memecoins to forex" (@Tr3ncher123) - **PARTLY FALSE.** The mechanism is not new: [[pair-fund]] does tokenized stocks and [[par-family]] does any token, both since late August. The fiat axis is new, the architecture is not
  - "Platform is working well, dev engaging, bugs constantly fixed" - **CONFIRMED in spirit.** The site works, and several replies the same hour say the site was down and came back ("Still not working for me?", "website looks to be functioning again")
  - "$CME hit 20mil, $PAIREX deserves 50mil" (@SsilentCA) - **UNSUPPORTED.** 50M is PAIR's ATH cap from six days ago, not a comp
  - "Launched with $PAIREX paired liquidity pool with RMB, chinese whales bouta send" - the 牛来 token `0xbe0c79a4bea1c7c6110eedfdf61e403ed7ee0177` is real and is in the pad's index. Whether Chinese whales arrive is a claim about the future
- **@pairexmarket has 395 followers and 27 posts, four days old.** The whole visible bid is call channels, not an audience

## SOURCES THAT FAILED, named rather than dropped
- **fomo.family thesis layer: NOT OBTAINED.** `prod-api.fomo.family` returns `{"error":"unauthorized"}` from the droplet as well as the container. Needs the Mac Chrome bridge, which was not used in this pass
- **Blockscout: Cloudflare "Just a moment" challenge** on both the token and holders endpoints, so holders came from the log reconstruction instead
- purealpha and a founder interview were not checked

## Frames, 12 Sep 2026
- **Frame 1, fundamental anchor $300k to $800k.** 1% base fee on a pad whose whole index is 37 coins and whose **largest community coin is JEW at $32,100**. There is no fee stream to capitalise yet, and PAIREX holders have no contractual claim on one: the only value accrual is a discretionary, fee-funded buy-and-burn that has spent about $6,350 and burned 2.32% in two hours. Price that as policy, not as yield
- **Frame 2, live-product floor $500k to $1.5M.** The band Robinhood Chain pays for a live, shipping, non-scam pad with a working site: par $522,988 today, HKRS ~$900k, INJOH ~$2.3M, PAIR $5,647,815. **PAIREX at $1.43M is already at the top of this band on day one, two hours old**
- **Frame 3, narrative ceiling $5M to $15M.** PAIR is the honest ceiling at $5.6M today (and $52.6M at its 6 Sep ATH). par printed $10.8M. The X target of $50M is PAIR's ATH borrowed, and par shows what happens after: **$10.77M on 5 Sep to $522,988 now, -95% in 7 days**

## Slot ownership, split
- **Attention rank: 1st today, and worthless.** It is the loudest new RH ticker of the morning, and every voice carrying it is a paid call channel. Zero tier-one accounts
- **Structural rank: 3rd of 3, by a wide margin.** 37 coins against 691 and 2,111, and a biggest-community-coin of $32,100 against $48,911 and $1,730,000. The thing PAIR proved and par failed (a launch that sticks above $1M) PAIREX has not begun to test

## Toll booth test
The pad does sit between the flow and the counterparty and takes 1% of every swap. But the toll is on a road with 37 cars: at 5x or 10x chain growth a $32,100 top coin becomes $160k to $321k, which does not build a fee base worth a $1.43M cap on its own. **The premium is not earned yet. It becomes earnable the moment one coin on pairex.market clears $1M and holds.**

## Chain context, 12 Sep 2026
Robinhood Chain TVL $920,930,628 (+7.1% 7d, +84.0% 30d). DEX volume 24h **$2,716,309,555 (+45.6% 1d, +43.8% 7d)**, 7d $13,166,286,491. PAIREX's own fee base at 1% of $2.26M = ~$22,570/day = **0.0008% of chain DEX volume**. The chain is in a strong risk-on tape, which is most of why a two-hour-old pad printed 16x turnover

## Triggers
- **Upgrade: one coin on pairex.market clears $1M market cap and holds it.** That is the exact test PAIR passed four times, par failed, and PAIREX has not started. Second: PAIREX ships a contractual fee share to holders rather than a discretionary burn
- **Downgrade: (1) the burn stops, because it is funded by the fee escrow and stops exactly when volume stops. (2) indexed coins stop growing from 37. (3) 12 Oct 2026 06:30 UTC, when 52,435,292 PAIREX (5.24%) unlocks.**
- Watch: the deployer wallet `0xf64e80d0cd24fba5cd8b7f9f23cea41dc8566251` sending PAIREX to a pool rather than to the dead address

## UPDATE 13 Sep 2026 02:0x UTC, 20 hours after launch. Ben: "check for pairex updates"
| | 12 Sep 07:45 (screen) | 12 Sep ~17:00 | **13 Sep 02:03** |
|---|---|---|---|
| market cap | $1,433,030 | $649,397 | **$1,199,462** |

| vol 24h | $2,257,025 | $8.2M | **$10,901,764** |
| pools | 21 | 1 indexed | **30** |
| burned to `0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD` | 23,230,831 (2.32%) | 26,823,132 (2.68%) | **29,591,248 (2.96%)** |
| indexed coins / denominations / currencies | 37 / 14 / 157 | 274 / 48 / — | **279 / 48 / 272** |
- **It round-tripped: $1.43M down to $649k and back to $1.2M.** Buys lead sells at every window: m5 17/8, h1 103/62, h6 508/354, h24 15,293/12,941. h1 +27.6%, h6 +40.0%.
- **`totalSupply` is still exactly 1,000,000,000**, so PAIREX uses a transfer-to-dead burn, NOT a supply-reducing `_burn`. **Opposite of MOO, see [[moo-liquidity-thesis]]. Read the burn off `balanceOf(0xdEaD)` here and off supply-reduction there: check which one a token uses before quoting a burn.**
- **The buy-and-burn is STILL RUNNING and still manual.** PAIREX MONITOR fired "the buyback has gone quiet" 12 Sep 19:18, then it resumed: last burn **13 Sep 01:59 UTC**, four minutes before this check. 3,530,176 burned in the ~15h the monitor has watched (~$4,360 at spot).
- **THE OTC DESK IS STILL OFF, re-verified on chain rather than from the bot's state file.** `state.json` shows `di_AFN 1490`, `di_ARS 17479`, `di_AOA 13481` and so on, which LOOKS like live inventory. Direct `directInventory(bytes32)` calls prove they are RAW WEI: AFN 1490 wei = 1.49e-15 AFN, EUR 83 wei, THB 749 wei. **The `DIRECT_MIN = 10**18` guard is doing its job and the alert is correctly silent.** Standing lesson, now earned twice on this contract: **a stored baseline is not a reported number. Re-read the contract before repeating what a bot's state file says.**
- Lock unchanged and on schedule: 52,435,291 PAIREX, **29.19 days left, unlock 12 Oct 2026 06:29 UTC**.
- Issuer `owner()` and `keeper()` are still the same single EOA `0x6a0754ee1ebc08ee3cd918537430a04331a63f8a`, now over **272** currencies (was 157). The single-key risk scales with the catalogue.
- Three "new currencies listed" alerts inside four minutes at 01:11 to 01:14 today. The team is still shipping overnight.

### TWO BOT FIXES THIS PASS
- **`pairexmon.py` PATCH 4, the zero-read guard.** It fired `indexed coins 274 to 0` at 16:39 and `0 to 274` at 20:08: **two false alerts from one site outage.** A counter that only ever grows must treat 0 as NO DATA, not as a change. `if val is None or val == 0: continue`. Backup `pairexmon.py.zerobak-*`. **Generalisable to every scraped counter in the fleet.**
- **FLEET-WIDE OUTAGE FOUND: twitterapi.io is OUT OF CREDITS.** `GET /oapi/my/info` returns `{"recharge_credits": -1013}` and every X call has returned **HTTP 402 Payment Required** since ~01:22 UTC. That kills the X watcher in PAIREX MONITOR, the whole of [[alert-bot-fleet-5]] XDECK, and LINKSCAN's endorsement check. **Only Ben can top it up; nothing on the droplet can work around it.** Every X-dependent finding is unavailable until he does.

## 13 Sep 2026 03:4x UTC: X restored, and the two posts that matter
Ben topped up twitterapi.io (balance now **1,998,987 credits + 159,937 bonus**, was -1,013). Whole fleet recovered: zero 402s after 03:36, pairexmon fired `ALERT[bull] X feed is back` then `@pairexmarket posted` on its first cycle, xdeck reconnected its websocket and backfilled all six columns.

- **@pairexmarket 13 Sep 01:49 UTC (108 likes, 6,467 views), the thesis-relevant one:** *"Some massive updates are now live on pairex.market. You can now launch against metals, energy, agriculture, livestock, utilities, trading cards, CS2 skins and pharmaceuticals. **Holder rewards and buyback & burn are now launch options too.**"*
- **CLAIM AUDIT, and the answer is NOT YET CONFIRMED.** `/docs` contains **no** mention of holder rewards, buyback, revenue share or distribution; the only "burn" line is the pre-existing one about unfit reserve supply at graduation. `/launch` plus all **33** of its `_next/static` JS bundles contain no `holderReward`, `rewardBps`, `buyback` or `burnOnLaunch` key (the single "CS2" hit was `ucs2` inside a buffer-encoding switch). **Either it is gated behind wallet connect, or it is announced ahead of shipping.** Treat as announced, unverified.
- **AND THE DISTINCTION THAT DECIDES THE THESIS: "launch options" are options a CREATOR picks for a coin launched ON the pad. That is accrual for those coins, not for PAIREX the token.** [[pairex-token]]'s central gap ("a bigger product does not become a bigger token until they wire it") is **still open** until PAIREX itself has a contractual claim. The buy-and-burn remains discretionary and manual.
- **@pairexmarket 13 Sep 03:18 UTC, a live defect on the brand-new feature:** *"some of our new token pairs are having trouble with buying and selling... routing issues... it currently requires users to hold the paired currency prior to buying the token paired with it."* **Same structural problem the operator of MOO described in [[moo-liquidity-thesis]]: nobody wants to buy the intermediate asset first. Shipping new quote assets does not create a route; a stable pair for each new quote does.**
- Other recovered posts, 12 Sep: servers down overnight and back (20:12), "gm... very big day ahead" (17:31), the roadmap list including holder rewards and "a possibly big collaboration" (10:46), creators earned over $23,000 (10:00), "forex > commodities" (09:25), $ANIME first to bond (08:36).
- @pairexmarket now **1,734 followers, 44 posts, 4.4 days old, blue verified**, bio still carries the correct CA.
