# PAR / par.family, screened 6 Sep 2026 ~11:00 UTC

[stated] Ben pasted a @thejbullmarket (James Bull, 174,435 followers) screenshot claiming "PAR is better than PAIR, which is currently racing to $50M. PAIR does have multipairing, but they offer only 60 stocks and no tokens." Asked for an apples-to-apples comparison and whether PAR is a buy.

## Identity

```
Per-launch fields: launchpad, factory, locker, token, poolId, poolFee, tickSpacing, deployer, creatorFeeRecipient, name, symbol, socials, pairToken, quoteSymbol, quoteRisk, supply, baseFeeBps, creatorTaxBps, protocolFeeShareBps, protocolFeeRecipient, quoteRaised, tokensOnCurve, totalVolumeQuote, creatorFeesQuote, creatorFeesToken, creatorCollectedQuote, creatorCollectedToken, **burnedToken**, tradeCount, lastPriceEth, createdAt, createdBlock, launchTx, positionId.
`/tokens`, `/stats`, `/token/{ca}` and every /api/ prefix return {"error":"not found"}.
par.family/api/tokens (site, not api subdomain) returns [].
## Mechanism, from par.family/docs, verified against chain
One transaction: deploy fixed-supply 1,000,000,000 ERC-20 (18 dec, no mint, no owner, no transfer restrictions), create a Uniswap v4 pool with NO HOOK, put the entire supply in one one-sided position, mint the position NFT to the locker. No bonding curve, no migration, tradable from block one by any v4 router. Opening market cap is always 1.3557 ETH converted into the quote asset.
Locker has no withdraw and no decrease-liquidity function. Third-party LP is NOT locked.
**Quote can be ETH, USDG, or ANY token on the chain the pricer can route to ETH** in up to 4 hops with every hop holding >= 5 ETH in range. Unrouteable quotes revert with QuoteAssetNotPriceable. Uncurated quotes are labelled "wild" in the UI. Docs state plainly: launcher can move the reference pool inside their own tx to open at a different cap; and a token quoted in another token is worth zero if that token goes to zero.
### Fees, and THE DECISIVE MECHANISM
Base fee 1% of every swap, split 50% protocol / 50% creator. Creator tax 0 to 10% on top, 100% to creator. Launch fee 0.0005 ETH. Keeper calls collectFees every 15 minutes.
**"The protocol keeps its half of the quote asset and BURNS its half of the token."** Verbatim from docs, confirmed by ProtocolShareBurned event and by real totalSupply reduction.
**THE BURN IS OF THE LAUNCHED TOKEN ITSELF, NOT OF PAR.** Every one of the 691 launches burns its own supply. Platform growth does NOT burn PAR. PAR's burn is funded ONLY by PAR's own trading.
This directly falsifies the "burn flywheel" thesis held by bluntz_capital on fomo and by @0xgoodfellas on X ("rising volume means PAR supply is burned"). The quote-side cash goes to a plain EOA. **PAR holders have no contractual claim on any launchpad revenue.**
## Platform state at screen, from api.par.family
691 launches in 2.35 days (earliest 2026-09-04 02:13:30, so the pad predates its own token by 18h). All 691 verified on Blockscout AND Sourcify. 103,930 trades total.
**96 distinct quote assets.** Top: ETH 148, par 126, PONS 82, BONER 33, MEME 25, SLINK 22, AI 21, CASHCAT 21, FATCOIN 20, NUDES 11, TENDIES 8, OPENAI 7, plus NVDA 5, HOOD 4, PAIR 4, USDG 4.
quoteRisk: wild 539, native 148, verified 4. baseFeeBps 100 on all 691, protocolFeeShareBps 5000 on all 691, one factory, one protocol fee recipient.
143 of 691 (20.7%) have ZERO trades. 219 have >=10 trades. 68 have >=100.
397 of 691 have burnedToken > 0; median burn 0.047% of supply.
### THE KILLER NUMBER: nothing sticks
PAR community v24 $1,958,773 across the top 300 launches (58 above $1k, 28 above $10k), so the pad is NOT dead. But the **largest community token by market cap is Viagra at $66,172.** Top by volume is Unicorn 0x273f20d43446ef1e6522366c0b92502022e6fd70, $392,547 of 24h volume on a $15,457 cap and $11,303 of liquidity, 25x turnover. **691 launches, zero above $70k.** Churn, not value creation.
Contrast PAIR below, whose community tokens hold $700k to $1.7M caps.
## PAR market at screen
Price $0.00617, mcap $6.0-6.4M, FDV = mcap (100% circulating, no unlock).
**ATH $10,774,116 mcap at 2026-09-05 05:00 UTC (hourly close basis, GeckoTerminal).**
At screen -41% to -47% off an ATH set ~30 hours earlier. NOT called late per Ben's standing rule.
Structure: dumped to $2,665,351 at 06:00 today, based $2.67-3.4M for 8 hours, then +125% to $6.0M in six hours on rising volume. Genuine V reclaim, then -17% in the last hour.
Base-token liquidity $455,001. Agg v24 $6.82M = 15.0x turnover. Churn, not accumulation.
txns h1 498 buys / 363 sells, m5 36/10. Bid still active.
Holders 4,000 (fomo). Top 10 = 15.43%. No uniform-slice farm pattern.
Main pool 0x78c5655cf64d5dcc13d3db21d0d72b460b4b360251618efcd21ab32a14c5fab4 (par/WETH 1%).
### Burn, priced, and the correction that matters
totalSupply 950,983,856 (down from 1,000,000,000). **49,016,144 PAR permanently destroyed = 4.90% in 38.5 hours.** Real supply reduction, not a dead-address parking.
**BUT THE FLOW HAS COLLAPSED: only 2,663,882 PAR burned in the last 24 hours (99 Transfer-to-zero events) = 0.266% of supply, about $16,000.** 46.4M of the 49M was burned in the first 14 hours when PAR traded at ~$0.0005. The headline "4.9% in two days" is front-loaded and must never be annualised. In dollars the burn is roughly $16-25k/day.
### Team extraction, unpriced by every bull
creatorFeesToken 29,746,374 PAR, **creatorCollectedToken 24,504,792 PAR withdrawn from escrow** (2.45% of supply, ~$147,000 at spot), plus creatorCollectedQuote 14.276 ETH (~$35,700) of 20.806 ETH accrued. The fee wallet now holds only 4,101 PAR, so the 24.5M has been moved on.
UNRESOLVED at delivery: a Transfer trace of that wallet was still running when the answer went out. Re-run it before any second pass.
### Contract safety
Selector scan on runtime bytecode (7,004 bytes): mint ABSENT, pause ABSENT, blacklist ABSENT, setFee ABSENT, setMaxWallet ABSENT, transferOwnership ABSENT. burn(uint256) and burnFrom PRESENT (that is the burn mechanism). owner() present but GoPlus owner_address = 0x0, owner_percent 0.
GoPlus: is_honeypot 0, is_mintable 0, is_open_source 1, buy/sell tax empty, hidden_owner 1 (flag noted, no matching selector found). Source verified on Blockscout and Sourcify, exact match.
**Docs state the contracts are NOT AUDITED.** Protocol owner can change base fee, protocol share and max creator tax for FUTURE launches, disable launching, and move a fee wallet with a 3-day on-chain notice. Cannot touch an existing pool, position, token or escrowed fees.
fomo warns "only 15.97% of liquidity is locked or burned" - that is about third-party pools, which the docs confirm are unlocked. The launch position itself is locked.
## PAIR / pair.fund at the same moment, for the comparison
Full history in [[pair-fund]]. Contract 0x6b1d42927B1a84eC28Fa88d4fC6FA7AF404966be
Age 8 days (launched 2026-08-29 19:07 UTC). **ATH $52,623,477 mcap at 2026-09-06 09:00 UTC, one hour before screen.** At screen $39.9-41.5M, -13% to -21% off, +379% to +444% on 24h. Parabolic and rolling over (-18% in the last hour).
Liquidity $3,236,131 base-token summed, v24 $27,721,540 = 8.6x turnover. Holders 9,000.
Platform: 2,111 launched, 165,658 trades, $23,542,754 lifetime volume, 28 graduated.
Community v24 $7,639,473 vs PAIR's own $8,734,992, so PAIR's own token is 53% of platform volume against PAR's 72%. **PAIR's community tokens HOLD VALUE: CINEMA $1.73M, Elon $1.21M, asd $877k, Titties $777k, PEAR $386k, CHIPS $641k, POPO $430k.** 70 tokens above $1k of 24h volume.
Burn: 102,798,228 PAIR in 0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD = 10.28% of supply, ~$4.70M at spot. **Last 24h: 5,562,275 = 0.556% of supply, ~$254,000.** Project confirmed on X 6 Sep: "Well over $5M worth of $PAIR tokens have been burnt." CONFIRMED at spot.
Fee 1% swap, 70% creator / 30% protocol, treasury 0xbC27542Ae2ED2E4d1d380B5Fe8B2D48404fD824C is a plain EOA. Same as PAR: no contractual claim for holders.
**64 distinct quote assets USED, overwhelmingly tokenized stocks**: SPCX 223, AMC 145, SPY 144, AAPL 129, TSLA 112, NVDA 106, QQQ 65, GOOGL 62, META 61, MSFT 59, CRCL, USAR, BABA, SLV, ORCL, INTEL, AMD, AMZN, COIN, PLTR, MU, SGOV, CRWV, GLD, GME... plus PONS 13, WETH 11, USDG 9.
**unipcs (BonkGuy) holds $729,740 of PAIR on fomo, 18.2M tokens, avg entry $1.4M mcap, +1,738%, held 5d 19h.** That is the single biggest asymmetry between the two: PAIR has a tier-one holder, PAR has none.
## Claim audit on the James Bull screenshot
1. "PAIR is currently racing to $50M" - **CONFIRMED.** It printed $52.6M at 09:00 UTC today.
2. "PAIR offers only 60 stocks and no tokens" - **MOSTLY TRUE, PARTLY FALSE.** 64 distinct quotes used, dominated by tokenized stocks, but PONS (13 launches), WETH (11) and USDG (9) are used, so it is not "no tokens". PAIR's crypto quote set is 3-4 assets, not open-ended. PAR's is 96 and permissionless. The feature claim is directionally right.
3. "PAR is better than PAIR" - **UNPROVEN and currently false on outcomes.** The extra flexibility has produced 691 launches with zero above $70k, while PAIR's curated stock pairing has produced 28 graduates and four community tokens above $700k. The constraint is what created the value. Also: pairing a new token against BONER, FATCOIN or NUDES compounds risk rather than removing it, which the par docs themselves say in the Risks section.
James Bull is @thejbullmarket, 174,435 followers, publishes a scored call record (claims 13/13 profitable calls 1-5 Sep, median +119.1%, average +302.8%). Treat as a real analyst with a live book, not a bot. He also posted 5 Sep that PAIR was one of only six RH utility tokens above $1M that did NOT dump, so he is long both narratives.
## X and fomo evidence
**ZERO tier-one coverage of PAR**: blknoiz06, theunipcs, CrashiusClay69, pingucharts and Bluntz_Capital all return n=0 on (ticker OR CA) from:account. Note bluntz_capital HOLDS $115,023 of PAR on fomo but has never posted about it on X.
Heavy paid-bot campaign live on the PAR contract address: dozens of 20-56 follower accounts posting near-identical "$PAR is heating up / vote for Moonshot / Pons spotlight" lines with the correct CA every 2-3 minutes, zero likes. Same template previously seen on STONK and PAIR.
Bear case, @dumpjeet (2,559f): "dead volume, no holders, the highest coins are only up because they're paired to PAR... how can it run to 10 million with zero users bidding launches". VERDICT: "dead volume" is FALSE ($1.96M community v24, 103,930 trades). "Nothing sticks" is TRUE.
@sharkalpacaboi replying to James Bull: "$PAR is a literal spoof of $PAIR."
fomo thesis layer, top holders and their entries (this IS the overhang):
  SOL_IDNESS   $72,504 at **$3,800 mcap**, +114,681%
  lumisend     $121,040 at $480,400 mcap, +1,160%   "just wait until an 8 fig runner spawns off par"
  pooalcindor  $31,502 at $101,500 mcap, +4,417%
  royalflush   $12,151 at $936,900 mcap, +511%
  RektFrog     $15,811 at $802,400 mcap, +458%
  0xkeithhh    $67,218 at $667,800 mcap, +734%
  bluntz_capital $115,023 at $3.1M mcap, +78%, "100m is possible if they get some runners and the burn flywheel kicks off" - the flywheel half of that thesis is FALSE, see mechanism above
  damiannfcb   $122,847 at $4.2M mcap, +31%
Six named wallets are sitting on 5x to 1,000x. Every one is a seller into any push.
## RE-SCREEN 8 Sep 2026 ~01:00 UTC. PAR at $1,887,414, -70% since the 6 Sep screen, -81.7% off ATH.
### CORRECTION TO THE 6 SEP SCREEN, and it was the load-bearing bear point
- The 6 Sep note said "**team extraction, unpriced by every bull**: creatorCollectedToken 24,504,792 PAR withdrawn from escrow, the fee wallet now holds only 4,101 PAR, so the 24.5M has been moved on. UNRESOLVED."
- **RESOLVED AND WRONG. The fee EOA `0x6053fc7a871af434f5f26701b206469bacb03966` received 27,337,339 PAR across 448 legs and sent 100% of it, in 9 legs, to `0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000`. It burned every token and sold ZERO into any venue.** First out 04 Sep 20:45, last out 07 Sep 22:36. That is exactly what the docs say the protocol does. The number that misled me was `creatorCollectedToken` in the par API, which means "withdrawn from escrow", not "sold".
- The only real extraction is the quote side: that EOA now holds **35.96 ETH (~$89,600)** and 0 PAR. That is the honest team-take figure.
- Fee EOA #2 `0x913a93cc2676f49454173323b85762b3e5906c43` (49 launches) touched 1,763 PAR. Fee EOA #3 `0x85a1cbbe2933f15f2599b9e0e03e6f89655fa4c1` (16 launches) has never held any.
- **Deployer `0x0071ac8dbf95770c089fbd52af4bd5a63293b040` bought 10,000,308 PAR (1.00% of supply) FROM the v4 PoolManager in the launch minute, 04 Sep 20:04, tx `0xd9981ad2a9c765280cbf0c32db7f5c5ce7240aa5e5a875fe4b182e2fe231532d`, and has never moved one token.** A paid dev snipe of his own launch, still held. Not an allocation.
### WHY IT IS DOWN. Usage, and it is unambiguous.
- **Launches per UTC day: 04 Sep 363 · 05 Sep 291 · 06 Sep 88 · 07 Sep 42.** Last 24h 37 against the previous 24h 87. **Down ~90% from the peak day.**
- PAR's own 24h volume **$6.82M (6 Sep) -> $1.65M now, -76%**.
- **"Nothing sticks" got WORSE, not better: the largest community token by cap fell from Viagra $66,172 to Viagra $48,911.** Next: ALPHA $48,726, RSMK $14,200, Anthropig $10,472, REDACTED $10,044. The upgrade trigger (one community token clearing $1M) is further away than it was.
- **Ignore any "Liger $479bn cap" print** (`0x6de5f4Fc630ccEA543eEA1217528f4F130A12338`): it is quoted in LIT and prices in garbage, the standing equity/token-quoted OHLCV trap.
- PAR's own share of platform lifetime volume: 8,729 of 12,503 ETH = **70%**. Downgrade trigger #3 was >80%: NOT triggered, but only because community volume is measured over lifetime.
- Sector context, same minute: PAIR **-34.4%** ($15,321,458, down from a $52.6M ATH), CASHCAT -16.3%, INJOH -18.6%, HKRS -15.6%, PONS -10.9%, while STONKBROKER +13.5% and DELTA +7.6%. **So roughly half the drop is sector and half is PAR-specific.**
### THE BURN IS FINE. Downgrade trigger #1 did NOT fire.
- Per UTC day, from Transfer-to-`0x0` logs: **04 Sep 40,421,600 (4.042%) · 05 Sep 6,672,527 (0.667%) · 06 Sep 4,304,807 (0.430%) · 07 Sep 3,797,602 (0.380%)**. Total **55,225,876 = 5.52% of original supply**. totalSupply now **944,774,124**.
- The trigger was "under 0.3%/day for three straight days". It has run 0.38% to 0.43%. **Not fired.**
- **MECHANISM QUANTIFIED, and this is the number to reuse: burn = 0.25% of PAR's own trading volume** (1% base fee x 50% protocol share x the token half). Verified: 7 Sep's 3,797,602 PAR reconciles to that ratio at the day's average price.
- **Priced forward at the live tape: $1.65M/day volume -> ~$4,125/day burned -> ~$1.51M/yr = 78% of the $1.89M cap.** At 6 Sep's volume it was ~$17k/day. **The burn is a share of volume, never a floor: it falls exactly when you need it.**
- PAR's own launch config, from the API: poolFee 10000 (1%), baseFeeBps 100, creatorTaxBps 0, protocolFeeShareBps 5000, creator and protocol recipient the same address.
### WHO ACTUALLY SOLD: a broad exit, not a whale, and the sellers are finished
36h seller ledger from 31,631 Transfer logs, sales counted only into the v4 PoolManager and three known routers.
- Gross 1,305,067,300 PAR sold into venues against 1,278,486,425 bought back. **Net distribution only 26,580,875 PAR = 2.66% of supply.** 1,918 distinct sellers, 2,087 distinct buyers.
- The top two by gross are two-way infrastructure (`0x8f10b468b06c6fd214b65f87778827f7d113f996` 305.8M sold / 332.0M bought; `0x39b38686a19836ac10162c490e4558e120cbbe5f` 275.9M / 264.9M). **Not sellers. Do not report them as such.**
- Real net sellers, all of whom **now hold ZERO**: `0x36dc95f1f088e11c0066dc19173f745655002bc2` (CTR) 43,041,381 = 4.30% of supply and bought back nothing · `0x551ee8420d4a1711e5f63eb47c532738940805c8` (7702) 19,104,403 · `0x16f2c7762060e600c233bf5da5f9f0002e7e23b7` (EOA) 13,966,349 · `0x8a43c0d6dd0ef5a28e22835fcb645930faee2221` (EOA) 10,304,410 · `0x6db7dcf200c2a26ab93a7a15e8c51714769785b6` (EOA) 7,090,139.
- **Every one of the top 14 net sellers holds 0 today. That specific overhang is gone.**
- The fomo whale cohort from 6 Sep (SOL_IDNESS at a $3,800 entry, lumisend, bluntz_capital, damiannfcb) could NOT be re-checked: fomo needs the Mac Chrome bridge and ssh to it was timing out. Stated as a gap.
### HOLDERS DID NOT LEAVE. This is the strongest bull point.
- **Blockscout holders 4,141**, against ~4,000 on 6 Sep. **Flat to slightly up while the price fell 70%.** PAIR for comparison: 9,815, up from 9,000.
### THE TEAM IS SHIPPING. All new since the 6 Sep screen.
- **Multipair is LIVE**: multiFactory `0x3ea29975a79900179f3e1aef93347ba4210c29c1`, multiLocker `0x5826fbb6201daacd924a3d292841da9142952d59`, **25 launches, up to 5 markets each** (MEME5, AI, AIETF, parun all at 5). This confirms James Bull's "even multipair" claim, which was unverified on 6 Sep.
- **`feesToHolders` shipped: 23 launches carry it.** Biggest is LIGER `0xfe7ccd17c3f68dbaf27637f86368e62b831b2430`, 1,872 trades, 76.4 ETH.
- **BUT PAR'S OWN TOKEN HAS `feesToHolders: False`.** The pad now offers fee-share to holders of community launches and does not use it for itself. PAR holders still get only the burn, and this is the single cheapest upgrade the team could make.
- Fees are now configurable per launch: poolFee 1% to 11% (10000 to 110000), creatorTaxBps 0 to 1000. On 6 Sep every launch was a flat 100 bps.
- **CoinGecko listing request submitted 7 Sep 21:52 UTC, request ID CL0709260035** (@pardotfamily, 132 likes / 3,640 views).
- **Axiom Exchange integration live**: par launches tradeable in Axiom's Robinhood V2 module with the paired asset shown. BasedBot has par as a launch source too.
- @pardotfamily is now indexed on twitterapi.io at **2,909 followers** (returned zero on 6 Sep, the known new-account index gap; the gap closed, the account was never quiet).
- **No rug, no exploit, no bad news.** Searches for PAR with rug/dump/scam/exploit/hack returned only unrelated French-language noise.
### THE ZONE, judged per the pullback study rather than the -80% headline
- ATH **$10,774,116 at 05 Sep 05:00**. Post-ATH low **$1,444,278 at 07 Sep 16:00**. Now $1,887,414, **-81.7% off the high, +36% off the low, base only 10 hours old.**
- Against [[pullback-comeback]] medians (comes back / dies): **volume trend late/early 0.30 (0.59 / 0.47) BAD · price/base low 1.36 (1.42 / 1.27) middling · drawdown -81.7% (-78% / -82%) at the dies line but the study says this is not a decision · day volume/mcap 0.794 (0.207 / 0.18) far above both, which is churn not accumulation · first pump 18.4x from the first-hour close (3.2-3.7x / 4.8-5.3x) BAD.**
- RSI(14) hourly 44.4, not oversold. 96% of all volume ever traded sits above the current price.
- Base rates after a 60%+ dump on this chain: 27-30% ever 3x from the low, ~10% ever 10x, 14% ever a new ATH, median 21-24 days from low to high.
- **Verdict on the zone: too early. The base is ten hours old and the study's decision point is five days. The features that do work read badly.**
- **Frame 1 fundamental anchor $1.5M to $3.0M.** Burn at the live run rate is $1.51M/yr = 78% of cap; at 6 Sep volume it was ~$6.2M/yr. Nothing else accrues: the quote side goes to an EOA and PAR itself has feesToHolders off.
- **Frame 2 live-product floor $1.5M to $3.0M.** The RH band for a live, shipping, non-scam pad: HKRS $900,002, INJOH $2,266,517. **PAR at $1,887,414 is sitting exactly on this floor.**
- **Frame 3 narrative ceiling $13M to $25M**, and NOT backed today: DELTA $13,114,289, PAIR $15,321,458, STONKBROKER $24,688,609. Backed only if a community token finally sticks above $1M.
### Triggers carried forward
- Upgrade, unchanged and still unmet: **one par.family community token clears $1M and holds it.** Second, new: **PAR's own token switches `feesToHolders` on.**
- Downgrade: (1) launches per day under 25 for three straight days (2) the deployer's 10,000,308 PAR moves to a venue (3) burn under 0.2%/day for three days.
- Chain context 8 Sep: RH TVL $905,761,227 (+24.6% 7d, +91.8% 30d), DEX volume 24h $1,458,851,874 (-3.4% 1d, -2.1% 7d). PAR's fee base at 1% of $1.65M = ~$16.5k/day = 0.11% of chain DEX volume.
## Verdict given 6 Sep 2026
**PAR: small speculative buy, probe size, not a conviction position.** Bought for the reclaim setup (-47% off ATH with a real base and a 125% V off the low, per Ben's 60-70% rule), the clean contract, the real 4,000-holder distribution, the genuinely differentiated permissionless-quote product, and the 7x cap gap to PAIR. NOT bought for the burn (front-loaded, $16k/day, and not fed by platform growth) or the flywheel (mechanically false).
**PAIR: do not chase here.** -13% off an ATH printed one hour ago after +444% in 24h, rolling over. The right PAIR trade was two days ago. Wait for a base.
The single upgrade trigger for PAR: **one community token on par.family clearing $1M market cap and holding it.** That is the exact thing PAIR has done 4 times and PAR has done zero times, and it is what would convert "more flexible" into "more valuable".
Downgrade triggers: (1) burn stays under 0.3%/day for 3 straight days (2) the 24.5M PAR the team pulled from escrow shows up selling into the pool (3) PAR's own share of platform volume rises above 80%, meaning the pad is only its own token.
