# RH Chain ve(3,3) / revenue-share layer, 2 Sep 2026

Split from [[rh-chain-thesis]]. Companion to [[price-driver-model]] and [[debt-rh]].

- [stated] Ben pasted @gusipandu and @lbexplorer screenshots calling UP, PROLOGUE and PONS cheap on P/S and asked for the accuracy to be checked.

## UP FLOAT PARTLY RESOLVED. Was the standing "hard stop" in [[rh-chain-thesis]]
- UP `0x57c0e45cb534413d1c20a4240955d6bb250bb4f1`, on-chain total supply **503,027,597**, circ mcap $13,432,767, FDV $446,408,502, so **3.01% circulating**, holders 8,575.
- **WHERE THE 97% IS, now answered:** VotingEscrow `0x5d321dE36F0bf98D92b291280514F3878582B7B6` holds **448,408,721 = 89.14%**. SafeProxy `0x0eEA30aBa3f07abFA20E4b544F55e0f917d9DFd8` 24,377,651 = 4.85%. Voter `0x7F749fDD351C1Ceed82d76d7699CB631Eb8332a7` 10,902,212 = 2.17%.
- **It is user-locked veUP, NOT team vesting.** Materially better than the old file assumed. Locked by choice is not an unlock cliff.
- **STILL UNRESOLVED: the lock durations.** Where the supply sits is answered, when it can leave is not. Do not call UP's forced-seller calendar clean until the veUP lock schedule is read from the escrow.

## THE P/S TRAP, the transferable lesson
**The revenue is paid TO veUP lockers, i.e. to the 89% that circulating market cap excludes. Counting 100% of the revenue against 3% of the supply is the error, and it is invisible unless you pull the escrow balance.**
CORRECTED 2 Sep 2026 on recheck. My first pass said "UP 8.34x vs AERO 7.31x, UP is MORE expensive." That was WRONG: it assumed CoinGecko's AERO circulating supply includes veAERO. It does not. Verified on Base: AERO totalSupply 1,968,917,233, veAERO escrow `0xeBf418Fe2512e7E6bd9b87a8F0f294aCDC67e6B4` holds 986,448,169 (50.1%), and total minus escrow = 982,469,064 = CoinGecko circ to within 2 tokens.
Like-for-like on ALL existing supply, both tokens, at 1 Sep revenue rates: **UP 8.34x (FDV $446.4M / $53.5M), AERO 14.69x (FDV $919.2M / $62.56M). UP is 1.76x cheaper than AERO.** @lbexplorer's direction was right; his "0.64x vs 6x" gap of 9.4x is about 5x overstated, because a circulating-ex-locked P/S mechanically flatters the token with the lower float, and UP's float is 3% against AERO's 50%.
STANDING RULE: before quoting any P/S on a ve(3,3) token, ask who receives the revenue, then use a denominator that contains them, for BOTH sides of the comparison. Check on chain whether the data provider's "circulating" excludes the escrow before assuming either way.

## UP REVENUE IS GENUINELY EXPLODING, the real finding in that thread
up v3 daily revenue: 21 Aug $17,541 · 26 Aug $36,686 · 29 Aug $34,094 · 30 Aug $68,562 · 31 Aug $124,816 · **1 Sep $146,682, an all-time high**. Gross fees 24h $195,948, so 74.9% routes to voters and 25% stays with LPs. TVL $11,533,026, largest ve(3,3) TVL on the chain by 2.8x over Fables. up v2 is a separate trivial adapter ($24,621 over 30d), do not add it.
Price fell 13% on the day revenue set its ATH.

## FABLES / PROLOGUE
- PROLOGUE `0xb9972ca7188e511174947e3936a5315ac7073277`, mcap $4,400,189, **FDV = mcap, 100% float**, liq $413,645, vol24 $2,956,871, TVL $4,050,485.
- Fees ramp real and steep: 23 Aug $45 · 26 Aug $964 · 29 Aug $5,343 · 30 Aug $13,658 · **31 Aug $10,173, down 26%** · 1 Sep $15,833. Lifetime fees $51,154. So "+100% day after day" held 23 to 30 Aug then broke.
- **DefiLlama Fables REVENUE is $0 at 24h, 7d, 30d and all time.** Every dollar goes to LPs, nothing to the protocol or to PROLOGUE holders, matching the site read in [[rh-chain-thesis]] SECTOR MAP v2. A P/S on PROLOGUE has no numerator. Caveat kept: a 10-day-old adapter can be unbuilt, so treat as unproven rather than proven zero until the contract is read.

## PONS PLATEAU, flag against the standing falsifier
Pons V2 daily revenue: 29 Aug $550,173 · 30 Aug $868,850 · 31 Aug $864,731 · 1 Sep $838,745, plus Pons V1 $109,299. Combined **~$948k/day, three flat-to-down days after the ramp**. The [[rh-chain-thesis]] falsifier asked for $2M/day past mid-September; it never got halfway and the price still ran to $300,437,141 (100% float, mcap = FDV).
FDV/revenue today: **3.61x on trailing 30d ($83.13M annualised), 0.87x on the 1 Sep run rate.** The circulating @AvgJoesCrypto "PONS 0.7x, cheapest of the top 15" figure was written at a $30M mcap and is **stale by 10x**.

NOTE: LUTE mcap collapsed from $1,627,062 on 30 Aug to $612,331, and its FDV/mcap is 9.43x, not the "mcap = FDV" the 30 Aug note recorded. That earlier reading was wrong.

## THE FRAME-LEVEL POINT for Ben
All three of these calls are P/S arguments, and **P/S is the metric his own audit formally retired** (SSRN 6901559, rho 0.04, Fama-MacBeth p=0.98). On the axis that survived, the forced-seller calendar, the ranking **inverts**: PROLOGUE and PONS are 100% float and clean, UP at 3.01% float is the worst of the three. The X thread ranks them in exactly the opposite order.

## FULL RH-CHAIN REVENUE-TOKEN RANKING, 2 Sep 2026. Ben asked: given PONS's numbers, is anything else investable now?
Method: DefiLlama `overview/fees/robinhood?dataType=dailyRevenue` filtered to >$20k 30d, then `summary/fees/{slug}` for the daily series (last-3-day average, NOT trailing 30d, because trailing flatters anything that has already rolled over), joined to DexScreener FDV via the `address` field. **Answer: NO. Nothing beats PONS, and the two that appear to both fail on an axis P/S cannot see.**

### SLVR: the emission-ratio trap, first live catch of it
SLVR looked 5x cheaper than PONS at **0.21x FDV/revenue** and is a real business (1-minute on-chain grid lottery, wagers in ETH, drand randomness, house edge is the revenue, revenue $11.7k/day on 19 Aug to $64.4k/day on 1 Sep). **It fails the emission ratio.** Measured on chain over a 1.70h window, 1,000 transfers: minted **982 SLVR/day = 4.53% of the 21,655 supply per day**, burned to SlvrGraveyard `0xF32Fc533511783b2707A08eEA22A9f4E59996100` 415/day, **net +566/day = 2.61% per day**. At $156.53/SLVR that is $153,648/day of gross emission against $44,360/day of revenue.
**EMISSION RATIO 3.46x gross, 2.00x net of burns.** Every $1 of revenue arrives with $2 of new supply. The cheap multiple is an artifact of measuring a market cap that inflates 2.6% daily. This is exactly the B1 trap and the design fix from the DeFi Summer out-of-sample test, and it is the first time it has fired on a live candidate.
Contracts: SlvrMinerVault `0x2070b4B0c57EaF070CF86cD8321a6054f3D25260`, SlvrVoteEscrow `0xd9b8FBD61033145c5496132153CE675756313B71` (2,453 = 11.3%), SlvrTeamVesting `0xFAfcBd4D09C096Eb06Aa2256C7A65CEAB2db39F5`, SlvrGrowthFund `0x1A1633FDB2f19082099A6AD6C3d4F1Ec6BCE9729`.
**STANDING RULE CONFIRMED: never quote FDV/revenue on an emitting token without measuring mints and burns over a real window first. DexScreener showing mcap = FDV does NOT mean fixed supply, it means emissions inflate both equally.**

### LUTE: the 9.43x gap is team-controlled, not user-locked. This kills it.
Supply 530,452,250, holders 179. SafeProxy `0xfb863C4D47C1B40E305976622D619e36628056b4` **223,450,767 = 42.1%**, SafeProxy `0x04254Ef870cc5381e1d1Ea51dd2C4359DBf55164` **130,313,979 = 24.6%**, TransparentUpgradeableProxy `0xc1a79e3A7b04c3f21C6409a78Ab58A8C822bE7dC` 112,604,065 = 21.2%. **Two multisigs hold 66.7% with no published lock.** Opposite of UP, whose 89% sits in a VotingEscrow. The 1.83x multiple is real, the float is a loaded gun, and $154,669 of liquidity on $107,483 of daily volume makes it untradeable at Ben's sizing anyway.

### PONS scenario table, FDV $301,481,294, 80% of protocol revenue TWAP-buys and burns
| Scenario | ann revenue | FDV/rev | FDV/routed | annual burn as % of cap |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| plateau holds $948k/day | $346,296,670 | 0.87x | 1.09x | 91.9% |
| down 30% | $242,407,815 | 1.24x | 1.55x | 64.3% |
| down 50% | $173,148,335 | 1.74x | 2.18x | 45.9% |
| back to trailing 30d avg | $83,131,670 | 3.63x | 4.53x | 22.1% |
Anchor: **pump.fun FDV $3,526,935,588 / ann revenue $470,144,090 = 7.50x FDV/rev, 3.55x on mcap.** PONS is cheaper than pump.fun even in the down-50% row. Revenue plateaued 29 Aug to 1 Sep at $868,850 / $864,731 / $838,745 (V2), three consecutive lower prints.
PONS is now **42.3% of the entire named native ecosystem cap ($712,704,051); PONS plus CASHCAT is 75.8%.** Buying RH-chain ecosystem exposure today is mostly buying these two.

### THE UNTOKENISED COMPETITOR, at chain level
The Robinhood sequencer earns more than every native token's protocol combined and has no token: daily revenue 27 Aug $179,815 to **1 Sep $3,375,873**, an 18.8x in five days. Chain fees 24h $16,381,391, 30d $126,355,086. DEX volume 24h $1,669,304,078, +12.0% 1d, +130.8% 7d, **+556.1% 1m**. TVL $742,928,256.

### ACTION SURFACED IN BEN'S OWN BOOK
STONKBROKER, which he holds at $12,900, has the **worst multiple of any liquid name on the chain: 15.35x FDV/routed on the run rate**, against 2.53x on trailing 30d. Revenue fell from a 30d average of $58,867/day to $19,412/day (last 3), and it carries a 1.55x FDV/mcap gap with TokenEscrowReserve `0x799AE26fA515ceF145e8bC8636F7fFF87B05Cf62` holding 1,172,665,494. The trailing number is what makes it look cheap and it is 3x stale.

## BEN'S PUSHBACK, 2 Sep 2026: "does FDV really matter, we're dealing with circulating, that's what's on the market"
- [stated] Ben challenged the use of FDV across the ranking table, arguing circulating supply is what actually trades.
**He is substantially right and the table was too blunt.** Ranked both ways:

| Token | FDV/routed | MC/routed | rank change | what the non-float actually is |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| SLVR | 0.21x | 0.21x | 1 to 2 | moot, but emitting 2.61%/day |
| PONS | 1.07x | 1.07x | 2 to 5 | moot, 100% float |
| LUTE | 1.83x | **0.19x** | 5 to **1** | 66.7% in two team SafeProxy multisigs, no lock |
| UP | 10.45x | **0.31x** | 9 to **3** | 89.1% user-locked in VotingEscrow |
| STONKBROKER | 15.35x | 9.89x | 10 to 10 | TokenEscrowReserve, actively releasing |
| CASHCAT | 106.91x | 106.91x | 11 to 11 | moot |

**MOOT for 7 of 11** (mcap = FDV within 2%): PONS, INDEX, CASHCAT, SLVR, DEEPSTATE, STOCKRIP, STONX. It only bites on UP 33.23x, LUTE 9.43x, TOKENSELECT 2.86x, STONKBROKER 1.55x.

### THE RESOLUTION, and it is the model's own answer
FDV and circulating are both proxies for the real question, which is **the forced-seller calendar**: who holds the non-float, can they sell, and on what schedule. Neither denominator answers it and the two flips prove it, because they flip in OPPOSITE directions for opposite reasons.
- **LUTE flips to 1st on circulating and that is the most dangerous read on the chain.** Two multisigs, 66.7%, discretionary, no published lock. Circulating mcap flatters exactly the structure that should be penalised hardest.
- **UP flips to 3rd on circulating and there the flip is defensible on supply**, since veUP is locked by choice. **But the numerator then breaks: circulating UP holders receive ZERO of the revenue.** ve(3,3) fees go to lockers. So MC/routed of 0.31x divides the circulating price by cash flow that circulating holders do not receive. Whichever denominator is used, both halves of the ratio must describe the same claimants.
- **SLVR is 1st on BOTH and still wrong**, which is the cleanest proof that the denominator debate is not where the risk is. Only the emission ratio catches it.

### STONKBROKER'S ESCROW IS A MEASURABLE, ACTIVE SELLER. Ben holds $12,900.
TokenEscrowReserve `0x799AE26fA515ceF145e8bC8636F7fFF87B05Cf62` holds 1,172,665,494 = **49.01% of the 2,392,658,652 total supply**. Verified contract, `src/market/TokenEscrowReserve.sol`, AccessControl plus Pausable, three capped buckets: **AMM, LOAN, REWARD**, released through authorised vaults, with a `totalReleased` counter.
**It is releasing now:** 29,333,304 tokens out in 44 transfers between 27 Aug and 1 Sep, in repeated 666,666 slugs to `0xE302733accF4800146E55fC45B46b4E4fFC032D2`. That is roughly **5.15M tokens/day = ~$117,000/day at $0.02272**, against protocol revenue of **$19,412/day**.
**Supply-arrival ratio ~6.0x, worse than SLVR's 2.00x emission ratio.** Released is not the same as sold, and AMM-bucket tokens go to liquidity rather than straight to the bid, so treat 6.0x as an upper bound. But this is a dated, measurable forced-seller calendar and it is the reason STONKBROKER ranks last-but-one on either denominator.

**STANDING RULE ADDED: do not argue FDV versus circulating. Pull the non-float's holders, classify it (user-locked / team multisig / program escrow / emissions), and measure the actual arrival rate per day against the daily revenue. Then pick the denominator that matches the claimants in the numerator.**
## 2 Sep 2026 ~03:30 UTC follow-up sweep (Ben asked what drove PONS and who is earlier on the same curve; full row in [[screen-log]])
- PONS price path nailed: $0.0394 (22 Aug) → $0.4434 (1 Sep) = 11.3x in 10 days, following the revenue 18x with ~2-day lag. Plateau now 4 days ($868k/$864k/$838k + V1), price flat at $304M.
- **o1 Launchpad's Robinhood leg exploded: $439 → $6.7k → $74.3k → $242k/day (29 Aug → 1 Sep)** — per-chain split from summary/fees/o1-launchpad breakdown; the morning ranking's len(chains)==1 filter hid it. But O token whitepaper explicitly disclaims all revenue share/buybacks, 16% float, VC vesting → revenue real, token doesn't own it. The launchpad fee board on X (Pons V2/V1, o1, Flap, NOXA, LetsCash) will make people call O the next PONS; the docs say no.
- UP rev 1 Sep $146,986, third consecutive ATH day, price down into it. Still unmeasured: UP weekly emission ratio and veUP lock durations — both required before any buy call.
- SLVR net emission ratio improved to 1.21x at spot $137.71 (rev $64.4k/d vs net mint $77.9k/d): the token-denominated mint is fixed, so revenue growth closes the gap; a price run re-widens it (anti-reflexive, mirror image of PONS).
- New launchpad with no token: Long (long.xyz, @longdotxyz), heavy X churn, GameStop-adjacent crowd. A PONS-style token from it would start the curve at zero — watch for TGE.

## FIRST-PRINCIPLES RECHECK, 2 Sep 2026 03:10 UTC. Ben asked what actually drives the outperformers.
Cross-section: 7d/14d returns for 18 tokens (GeckoTerminal daily bars on the max-volume pool; VAULT and PDEX 7d prints dropped as pool artifacts — a NEW pool's early bars fabricate returns, the [[price-driver-model]] VWAP trap again. ETH roughly flat over the window, so USD returns are real).

7d: AI +329, PONS +244, QUOTRONS +221, ARROW +206, UP +157, INJOH +97, CHUMP +89, DTF +85, HOOKR +72, PROLOGUE +67, NET +46, DELTA +38, INDEX +14, CASHCAT +11, STONKBROKER +11, STOCKRIP +8, HOOD10 -6. **PDEX died outright: -97.9% in 24h to $52,909.** VAULT -45%/day to $560k, HOOD10 -23%/day to $2.23M.

### WHAT THE CROSS-SECTION SHOWS
1. **Size stopped mattering.** Spearman 7d return vs mcap = +0.08 (n=18), against -0.71 in the frozen 10-31 Aug test. Regime flipped from "buy the small tail" to "leaders extend": the two biggest gainers include the two biggest tokens (AI $230M, PONS $307M).
2. **Deceleration in a watched metric is the one reliable kill.** Every bottom name had a declining revenue series: CASHCAT 0.32x wk/wk, INDEX 0.66x, DEEPSTATE 0.06x, STONKBROKER vs its 30d avg, plus the payout-tier deaths (PDEX, VAULT, HOOD10). Symmetrically, NO metric is not punished: AI, ARROW, CHUMP, QUOTRONS (no adapters) matched or beat the best revenue names.
3. **Acceleration helps but does not buy leadership:** return vs 7d revenue growth Spearman +0.39 (n=7). PROLOGUE grew fees 47x wk/wk and did +67%; STOCKRIP 5.3x and +8%.
4. Within every category the leader beat the rest: PONS>CASHCAT, QUOTRONS>INDEX>HOOD10>PDEX, UP>PROLOGUE>LUTE, AI>CHUMP. "One winner per narrative" held. AI's and QUOTRONS' specific catalysts not identified, unresolved.

### UP ASSUMPTION AUDIT, two changes
- **Revenue quality is mixed, the material downgrade.** up v3 pools by 24h volume: WETH/USDG 0.05% $31.9M on $328k TVL (97x turnover, the chain's routing pair), AAPL/USDG $7.7M, PONS/USDG $4.9M, **UP/WETH 1% $4.5M -> ~$45k/day of fees, the single largest fee source (~23% of the ~$165k/day fee-weighted total)**, CASHCAT pools ~$40k/day (~15%). **Roughly 38% of up v3's fee take is trading of UP itself and CASHCAT through its own 1% pools.** That part is reflexive: if UP price cools, revenue prints fall by construction, so the "$60k/day falsifier" can trip from price alone. Track third-party revenue EX the UP/WETH and CASHCAT pools instead.
- Emissions: zero UP minted in a 600-transfer window, and total supply implied unchanged at ~503M over 3 days (FDV and price both +106%, 30 Aug -> 2 Sep). Weekly epoch emissions still not ruled out. No Merkl campaign exists on up, fables or alandale pools, so the volume is not Merkl-rented.
- CORRECTION to my own 2 Sep claim: "float shrinking" is NOT established. Escrow net +2.82M over 15 days, but price-implied circulating rose ~15.1M -> ~16.0M over 3 days. Inconsistent, unresolved.

### PONS: the +244% 7d was multiple expansion, not growth
Revenue flat since 30 Aug while price ran, run-rate multiple ~0.5x -> 0.87x in a week. Chasing PONS here buys the rerate of growth that has already stopped. The 80% burn routing remains doc-sourced, never contract-verified.

### VERDICT AFTER RECHECK
UP kept as the pick, conviction reduced, falsifier made composition-aware (third-party revenue, not headline). PONS is the safer rerate-chaser. The payout tier below its leader is where tokens went to die this week.

## UP CATEGORY + ATTENTION AUDIT, 2 Sep 2026 03:30 UTC. Ben: "what category is UP leading? what are people watching?"
- [stated] Ben's sharpened lens: the market is attention-driven, what matters is the metric people are actually watching and whether it looks good and is going up.
FACTS RECHECKED: price $0.9467, mc $14,330,585, FDV $476,245,494. Supply 503,027,596.80. **CORRECTION 2 Sep 04:xx — the "zero emissions" reading was WRONG and so is the community "all burned" claim. Emissions ARE live.** Supply looks flat only because it is sampled WITHIN an epoch; it step-jumps at each weekly flip. Verified by mint-log scan (Transfer from 0x0): **12,202,885 UP minted 20 Aug 00:00 and 12,568,972 UP minted 27 Aug 00:00**, both to Minter `0x912ec7a90e8c9829ee0e0f6a4db5270776fc3da5`. weekly()=12,298,739, WEEKLY_DECAY 9900 (−1%/wk), epochCount 7, activePeriod 27 Aug, **next mint 3 Sep 00:00 UTC**. teamRate 500 (5%), rewardsDistributor `0xc75c2cc04f65d7c1e541474c8ce927b544fff849` (veUP rebase). **RECONCILED 2 Sep ~05:10 UTC from the Voter's own transfer log — BOTH prior readings were partial. The mints are real AND ~86% of each is burned within the same minute.** Per epoch flip, Voter `0x7F749fDD...` received from the minter 11,255,088 (13 Aug) / 11,592,741 (20 Aug) / 11,940,523 (27 Aug), and immediately sent **9,718,501 / 9,842,319 / 10,425,945 to the zero address** (unvoted-gauge share burned), then ~0.5-0.6M to three live gauges. Gross mint minus Voter receipt ≈ 0.6M/wk = the 5% team cut (teamRate 500 ✓). So: **net supply growth ≈ +2.1-2.4M UP/week ≈ 0.45%/wk, sell-eligible flow (team + gauge rewards + Voter residue) ≈ 1.5-2.4M/wk ≈ $1.4-2.2M notional vs ~$1M/wk revenue → effective emission ratio ~1.4-2.2x.** The Voter's 10,902,212 balance is ~7 epochs of undistributed residue, historically SITTING, not an imminent 72%-of-float dump. @0xikaros's "all burned" is ~86% literally true; my "zero emissions" was an intra-epoch sampling artifact; the parallel "2.46%/wk fully sell-eligible" missed the burn. Observed emissions also GREW ~3%/wk (11.26→11.59→11.94M) despite WEEKLY_DECAY 9900 — reconcile at the next flip. **NO buyback, unchanged.** At the 3 Sep 00:00 UTC flip, read: gross mint, burn share, gauge routing. veUP MAXTIME 4 years; per-NFT durations still unread. Holders 8,575 -> 8,618 (+43 in ~36h, slow). Handle @uponrh, 8K followers, account 1 month old, site up33.xyz.
- **WHAT UP LEADS: only its sub-category.** #1 ve(3,3)/native-fee-capture DEX on RH by TVL ($11.34M vs Fables $4.19M vs Alandale $0.82M) and revenue (~10x Fables). NOT the chain's DEX (Uniswap ~85% of volume; up v3 is ~4.7%), and **#7 on the RH DefiLlama 24h revenue board, #3 native. o1 Launchpad passed it TODAY ($246,935 vs $146,986)** on the exact screenshot people share.
- **THE WATCHED ARTIFACT IS THE DEFILLAMA SCREENSHOT** (verbatim in the replies: "screenshot came from defillama"). UP's watched metric = daily revenue prints + the cheap-P/S frame vs AERO.
- **ATTENTION IS ACCELERATING FROM A SMALL BASE:** 20 mentions in 75 minutes on the handle/CA query (the first page never reached yesterday), active arguments (astro_fr0g demanding "on-chain receipts" vs 0xikaros), and **@inversebrah followed @uponrh today** (caught by Web3AlertsTrack) — the "right people arriving" signal per Ben's corrected thesis. Two 50k+ accounts present but neither is a call (reply spam + a liquidity-breakdown post). **Phishing arrived on UP** ("wallet check", "$90 claim showing" with correct CA) — drainers follow attention.
- **CATEGORY THREAT, new:** @RamsesExchange being shilled as the copycat-killer; Ramses CL V2 already live on RH, 30d rev $37,041 but trend 6.06x this week. The Snuggle-vs-Delta pattern (established multichain team arrives, takes the slot) is the specific risk to UP's category leadership.
- NET READ: UP leads a sub-category whose watched metric (revenue) is at ATH with attention accelerating and the right canaries arriving; but on the shared screenshot it just got passed by o1, and the incumbent ve(3,3) team has landed on the chain.

## O1 vs UP HEAD-TO-HEAD, 2 Sep 2026 03:45 UTC. Ben asked which is the better investment.
O token facts verified from docs.o1.exchange/token and DexScreener: ERC-20 **on Base** (trades on Aerodrome, liq $1.98M), price $0.5494, **mc $87,904,846 / FDV $549,405,286 = 16% float**. Supply 1B fixed. Allocation: Community 25%, Ecosystem 25%, **Investors 18% (seed)**, Team 10% (12-mo cliff + linear), Treasury 16%. Backers: Coinbase Ventures, a16z, AllianceDAO, Amber + 30 others.
**Value accrual: the docs give $O holders tiered fee DISCOUNTS, early access, points, and staking-badge "Revenue Sharing ELIGIBILITY" ("may become eligible") — nothing mechanical, nothing on chain today.** Softer than the earlier session note ("disclaims all revenue share") but the substance stands: the token does not own the revenue.
Revenue: RH leg $439 (29 Aug) -> $6,736 -> $74,333 -> $246,935 (1 Sep), with the 2 Sep row already showing $245,944 (may be rolling-24h alias, unverified). RH is now >92% of o1's total; Base leg ~$20k/day and fading. FDV/rev run-rate 5.65x, mc/rev 0.90x, but the accrual caveat voids the comparison.
Attention: 20 mentions in ~5h (vs UP's 20 in 75 min), bigger accounts (aidashutiaozi 147k, yueya_eth 51k, todayindefi "up 28% this week, DeFiLlama AA rating"), mostly Base-ecosystem chatter — **the RH revenue explosion is not yet the story**. Structural mismatch: O trades on Base while its story runs on RH, so the DefiLlama-robinhood screenshot crowd cannot buy it in the same motion.
**VERDICT DELIVERED: UP better on the framework.** UP owns its metric mechanically (100% of voter fees to lockers, on chain), zero emissions, no vesting, buyers on the story's chain. O has the faster metric (560x in 5 days vs UP 8.4x in 11) but fee discounts instead of routing, an 18%+10% VC/team vesting calendar against a $549M FDV, and a chain-audience mismatch. FLIP CONDITION, watch for it: o1 converting "eligibility" into a hard revenue-share or buyback while the RH leg holds — that single announcement makes O the trade. Also still unverified: WHAT launched on o1's RH leg to print $245k/day; if it is one token's launch fees, the leg round-trips.
