# THE DECISION (Ben, 23 Sep 2026)
- [stated] The long Solana list (14 wallets, sunicorn) was superseded after many iterations; the final version is the three ROBINHOOD CHAIN wallets. "Remove everything else and clean it up so this never happens again."
- Evidence on the droplet agreed: unicorn.service started 18 Sep 13:20 Bangkok, sunicorn.service was stopped 3 minutes later. That was the switch, not an accident. (I first called it an accident on 23 Sep morning and restarted sunicorn for ~15 minutes; wrong, reversed.)
- The three Solana keep-list wallets in [[copytrade-targets-3]] (zV18RQ..., BXL1iBww..., EK7Lgz...) are HISTORY, not tracked. Do not re-add them without Ben.

- The original 18 Sep lines were: U1 "10 coins, 2x+ 40%, 3x+ 30%, 5x+ 30%, 10x+ 20%, best 35x HOOKR"; U2 "7 coins, 29% at every bar, best 30x AI"; U3 "8 coins, 25% at every bar, best 16x ORBIO". Their method lived in /tmp on the Mac and was wiped by macOS on 22 Sep. Kept in config as `stats_18sep`.
- Every alert prints the stats line. Config also carries a per-coin `record` list per wallet.

# SUNICORN RETIRED, 23 Sep 2026, all four removals done
- unit stopped, disabled, unit file and drop-in moved to /opt/RETIRED-20260923/units; watchdog UNITS and PROGRESS rows removed; droplet and Mac botctl registries cleaned (Mac 23 -> 22); bot token blanked in config and every .bak, directory moved to /opt/RETIRED-20260923/sunicorn (uppercase RETIRED so the token scan skips it); fleet tokens 17.
- /opt/watchdog/stale_wallets.py now skips any service whose unit is not active, so a retired bot's leftover config can never again raise "stopped trading" or "Trading again" cards (that is what produced the 23 Sep "Trading again: sunicorn" ghost).
- Rule: a retired bot's config on disk is an input to three health checks (token scan, stale wallets, dead air). Archive under RETIRED or it keeps talking.
