description: Gem-hunter screen of VYNEX / Vynex on Robinhood Chain, 31 Aug 2026 — an ERC-4626 YieldShares protocol over tokenised equities that is genuinely deployed, holds $519 of TVL, has a null harvester, and whose token has no contractual link to the protocol at all. ## VERDICT DELIVERED: Probe, $1,500 to $2,500. Venue asymmetry real, mechanism empty.

## What it is
- ERC-4626 vaults ("YieldShares") over Robinhood Chain tokenised equities. Deposit NVDA/TSLA/SPY token, get a tradeable share whose redemption price only rises as swap fees are harvested in. No lockup, no claim step.
- Venue asymmetry is GENUINE: the vaults are over tokenised equities that exist nowhere else. Could not ship unchanged on Base or Solana.
- Private intent-based execution is DESIGNED AND NOT SHIPPED by the project's own docs.

## THE TWO NUMBERS THAT DECIDED IT
- **VaultFactory 0xee57E1B9B87Ca4318E046FAE2C45923f61d8D199 is deployed, 11,067 bytes, UNVERIFIED. `vaultCount()` = 16, matching the docs exactly.**
- **Total protocol TVL = $519.36.** ys-NVDA $267.94, ys-AMZN $138.96, ys-GOOGL $104.07, rest dust. **8 of 16 vaults hold exactly zero** (SPY, QQQ, META, AMD, COIN, AVGO, GLD, SLV).
- **`harvester()` on every vault returns 0x0000000000000000000000000000000000000000.** `harvest` checks `msg.sender == harvester`, so the vaults are structurally incapable of paying any yield right now. The whole product is switched off. This is the single best falsifier metric found on this chain: one `eth_call`, zero ambiguity.

## THE TOKEN IS NOT WIRED TO THE PROTOCOL
- usevynex.org and /docs never mention a VYNEX token. Not in tokenomics, not in the contracts table, not in the fee parameters. Only the @UseVynex pinned post of 27 Aug names the CA.
- VYNEX balance of the factory: 0. Of factory owner 0x9c08276E5FA641DCEBC05d650a1b0Ced671EB208: 0. Of the ys-NVDA vault 0xf8670be5530f383ac7d8cf1b60d1814f0aa827ac: 0.
- Token creator 0x3711ceA4feaDE896C913C68F01Eda97Cb06D1A42 is a DIFFERENT address from the factory owner.
- The 10% cut of harvested income goes to `feeRecipient` = the factory owner EOA. It never touches VYNEX. `feeBps()` = 1000, `MAX_FEE_BPS()` = 2000.
- Category: "infrastructure the holder must operate", the +29% bucket, not the +1,925% payout bucket.

## Structure, all clean
- Launched 2026-08-27 14:16:14 UTC. ATH $0.003843 = $3.84M mcap at 2026-08-28 10:00 UTC. Screened at $0.00128 = $1.28M, **66.7% off ATH, 66 hours after it**.
- Token source VERIFIED, `PonsV2LauncherToken`, 3,444 chars, **entire contract exposes only `getTokenInfo` and `socials`**. No mint, no burn, no pause, no blacklist, no tax, no owner, no transferOwnership. Fixed 1,000,000,000 supply.
- market_cap == fdv. 100% circulating, zero unlock overhang. 1.8% burned to dead.
- Holders: V2LaunchLocker 0x267444D099b10fB5Ed7c3Cc7B7c767AdcA574952 8.163%, PoolManager 6.104%, dead 1.800%. **Top human EOA only 1.45%.** No uniform slices. Many top holders are EIP-7702 delegated EOAs (23-byte code), i.e. real app users, not contracts.
- Turnover 7.4x the pool per day ($1,147,715 vol on $154,941 liq across 9 pairs). Real flow, not the fake-liquidity pattern.
- No narrative migration. X ticker search returns this CA only, no copycat with more volume.

## HOLDER SLOPE was the deciding tape read, and the method is reusable
- Full Transfer sweep from launch: 144,619 logs, 2,598 addresses with a positive balance (Blockscout says 2,735; the gap is pre-pool distribution, sweep covered 95.8% of supply because the binary search targeted `pairCreatedAt` not deployment).
- Holders still holding, by first-receipt bucket: 08-29 23h 1,799 · 08-30 05h 2,031 · 08-30 10h 2,229 · 08-30 22h 2,446 · 08-31 04h 2,598. **Up 44% in 29 hours while price sat 66.7% off ATH with volume steady at $10k to $20k/hr.**
- Reading given: the 66.7% leg WAS distribution from the 28 Aug top; the last 14 hours is a base. Volume steady + holders rising = accumulation. Both readings stated, neither suppressed.

## RERUN 31 Aug 2026 05:55 UTC — Ben asked for a full rerun 85 minutes after the first. THREE CORRECTIONS AND ONE NEW SIGNAL

### Correction A: my first sweep started at the POOL block, not the MINT block
- True mint: block 47,485,447, 1,000,000,000 to 0x11d05472c3db31498c41d6b4142533fd5616e062, tx 0xcdd768541aebb37d94a5cd15218a672a6fd0b4852ab31010e2cd3f910b70c6d7. The first sweep started at 47,506,790 and missed 21,343 blocks and 4.16% of supply.
- Re-swept from the mint: 147,045 logs, **reconciles EXACTLY** (positive sum 1,000,000,000.00, zero address minus 1,000,000,000.00). Corrected holder count **2,635**, not 2,598.
- **FALSIFIER 2 BASELINE CORRECTED to 2,635 as of 31 Aug 05:55 UTC.**

### Correction B: Blockscout /holders served STALE BALANCES
- Three addresses printed in the 04:30 top 22 held ZERO at the time they were printed, having exited on 28-29 Aug: 0x045e584cf329467294aCA9532110A636b5dC9bFD (1.029%, 29 Aug 04:38 into RelayRouterV3 0xb92fe925dc43a0ecde6c8b1a2709c170ec4fff4f), 0x49974744aB277cF42dd5B11cB3cbde9E06aafF5a (1.000%, 29 Aug 10:40-12:25 into Relay solver 0x39b38686a19836ac10162c490e4558e120cbbe5f), 0x56612eD804FCef43f86Baed0c616D3Ae9a0d0bF7 (0.882%, 28 Aug 22:35 to 0xe0a536671202642e0d8f2d4ad349833118e2b017).
- **The misleading figure was the 2.911% of supply those three represented.** Concentration conclusion survived: top real wallet still 1.450%, no uniform slices.

### Correction C: the backwards-walk heuristic in [[onchain-forensics]] is BROKEN as written
- It treats an `eth_getLogs` error as an empty range. The busiest range in a token's life is its launch, so the walk terminates exactly at the mint it is looking for.
- Second defect: "3 consecutive empty 25k chunks" is only ~2 hours at this chain's current ~870k blocks/day.
- **Fix used: hunt the mint directly with `eth_getLogs` topics=[Transfer, paddedZeroAddress] over a wide range. Topic-filtered, so it is cheap, and it lands on the mint in one pass.** Then reconcile.

### NEW SIGNAL, the best one in the rerun: PoolManager reserve delta
- **PoolManager VYNEX reserves 61,035,642 -> 48,163,204, i.e. 12,872,438 tokens LEFT the v4 pool in 85 minutes.** Tokens leaving the PoolManager is net BUYING, and it needs no trust in DexScreener's txn counts. Use this as the primary buy/sell-pressure read on any v4 token on this chain.

### What moved and what did not
- Token: mcap $1,280,087 -> $1,640,641 (+28.2%), off-ATH 66.7% -> 56.5% (ATH unchanged at $3.84M, 67h old), real quote bid $78,866 -> $109,872 (+39%, LP added), pooled liq $154,941 -> $186,444, holders 2,525 -> 2,635 rising, Blockscout 2,735 -> 2,751.
- **Protocol: NOTHING. Every `totalAssets` identical to the last decimal. TVL still $519.36. `harvester()` still 0x0 on every vault. 8 of 16 vaults still zero. `vaultCount()` still 16. Neither trigger leg met.**
- Verdict UNCHANGED at Probe. Entry now 28% worse. Round trip at $2,500 improved to 4.4% because the pool deepened. Net buy for 10x now $201,572.
- Likely cause of the move is chain-wide risk-on, not VYNEX narrative: same session PONS +15.9%, HOOKR +37.8%, UP +48.2%. X was rate-limiting on the rerun so narrative could not be re-confirmed.
- [stated] Ben asked for the full rerun 85 minutes after the first screen. Asked him whether he actually took the probe; unanswered as of this write.

## Depth, and the correction to reported liquidity
- Reported pooled liquidity $154,941. **Real quote-side bid across all pairs = $78,866** (21.29 ETH main pool $51,424 + 15,516 USDG + 3.30 ETH + 3,427 USDG). Main pool 0xcb30901873dfce397b8373413ce5e42f2246cca005a93f0bd9336c14269efec6.
- Impact routed: $2,500 = 3.1%, $5,000 = 6.0%, $10,000 = 11.3%, $25,000 = 24.1%. Upper bounds, v4 concentrated. **$10k+ is not a position here.**
- Net buy for 10x = $167,512, 1.08x the pool.

## Written trigger and falsifiers, as delivered
- UPGRADE Probe to Starter (33%): `harvester()` on 0xf8670be5530f383ac7d8cf1b60d1814f0aa827ac != 0x0 AND factory TVL across `allVaults()` > $50,000. Both plain `eth_call`.
- FALSIFIER 1: TVL still under $5,000 on 14 Sep 2026.
- FALSIFIER 2: holders-still-holding falls for two consecutive 12h buckets from the 2,598 print of 31 Aug 04h.
- FALSIFIER 3: factory owner 0x9c08276E5FA641DCEBC05d650a1b0Ced671EB208 launches a second token, or the team names a different CA.
- Offered to wire an hourly `harvester()` read and a daily `allVaults()` TVL sum into the bot fleet, see [[alert-bots]]. Ben has not answered yet.

## METHOD NOTES worth reusing
- **Reading the holder list for FUNCTION found nothing here, and that was itself the finding.** No treasury, no vault, no staking contract appears in the top 300. Absence of a labelled protocol holder is evidence the token is not wired in.
- `allVaults()` selector 0x063effeb and `vaultCount()` 0xa7c6a100 worked on an UNVERIFIED factory by plain selector guessing. Probing 10 to 12 common getter signatures against an unverified contract is cheap and often resolves the whole thesis.
- Blockscout `api/v2/smart-contracts` 403s intermittently from the container; **`api?module=contract&action=getsourcecode` (v1) works and returns the same source**. Use v1 first.
- Reading the FUNCTION LIST of a token's source is faster than reading the source: two functions means there is nothing to audit.
- The built-in Claude browser is LOGGED OUT of X and hits the login wall on /search. Claude in Chrome IS logged in and reads both /search and profiles. **Use Chrome for X, always.** Chrome's `get_page_text` returns empty while a post is still loading; navigate, then screenshot or re-read.
