description: How Ben wants his multi-team Cowork trading org run on his Claude plan (credit budget, edge hunters); read before sizing seats or wake cadence. Related: [[cowork-sessions-map]]
sources: [cowork]
aliases: [trading org, edge hunters, credit budget]
---
- [stated] Is on the Claude Max (20x) plan (usage screen he shared 7 Oct 2026; he had earlier called it Pro); ran out of weekly credits on 7 Oct 2026 and bought extra credit twice ($100, then $90); wants the setup sustainable within his plan
- [stated] Head Consultant seat removed 7 Oct 2026; the Consigliere is the only boss
- [stated] Wants at least one edge hunter analyst per team, always hunting for high-quality edges, with idea quality measured by bottom-line impact
- [stated] Going with day shift (Claude judges) plus night shift (long test scripts on servers) for edge hunting
- [stated] 7 Oct 2026 ~18:20 BKK, HARD STOP ORDER, overrides everything above: his weekly limit is hit and $90 extra credit was spent in 1 hour. Every Cowork session must: stop all running work and child agents unless Ben explicitly asked for that concrete task to continue (live bots and paper tests on the servers DO continue); preserve progress, delete nothing; NO background monitoring, polling, status checks, scheduled reviews, self-assigned improvements or new tasks; waiting means idle with zero model calls; do not contact or wake other sessions; new work in one session, no subagents by default, ask before parallel agents; use the cheapest capable model, moderate reasoning, short replies; finish the asked task, report once, stop; use ordinary scripts, not repeated AI calls, for repetitive collection or calculation; never invent costs or claim to enforce a dollar cap. All scheduled wakeups and doorbells were disabled (verified zero enabled 18:14 BKK).
